Review of Sea Breeze Lodge B&B Galway 5*

Sea Breeze Lodge B&B is a must stay location in the Galway area. My sister and I stayed 2 nights, and I wanted to stay much longer! At our arrival, I was tired by the drive and lack of sleep from the hard mattresses and pillows at the Inns we stayed at the previous 3 nights. When we arrived, we were greeted with a most gracious welcome and a glass of wine that immediately put me at ease. Fred, our host hand delivered our heavy bags to the room for us. Upon arrival to our room, we were most pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, modern bathroom, beautiful fresh cut roses, selection of fresh fruits, cheeses and crackers, biscuits and mixed nuts. The bath towels were 5 star luxury soft and the bed and pillows were heavenly comfortable… at last. The quilt on the bed was beautifully detailed and the windows opened to a lovely, cool sea breeze. The breakfast the next morning was beautifully displayed with a wide variety fresh cut up fruits, yogurt, meats, cheeses, home baked breads, sweets, and a choice of homemade hot breakfast. My sister and I had a homemade omelet that was skillfully created and filled with fresh vegetables, bacon, cheese assorted olives, and Fred's own mixture of Mediterranean spice, that was a sensation to the taste buds! Fred was attentive to every detail and remembered our names. He took time to talk with us each morning, learning about our journey, and sharing information about himself. I was sad to leave, but I know I will come back to Ireland and a visit to Sea Breeze Lodge B&B.
