Great New Year's Eve night in the Arches. Very well organised. Music and celebrations but we could still chat. A lovely local crowd. Well worth a rerun next year.

Food is unbelievable. Potatoe skins are Devine. And lamb was delicious.

You have a great team of staff very friendly and efficient. The girls couldn't do enough for you. The food was delicious both breakfast and dinner. Great menu choice. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. A great time was had over my few days stay. Highly recommended.

One my favorite hotels. Close to Galway and away from the noisy streets in Galway City. Close enough to get a taxi in and out with no problems and without breaking the bank. The staff are all super helpful and friendly. The restaurant is one of the best in the area — with great value. I was delighted to see vegan options on the menu as well — and the curry there is heavenly. My son tends to devour the spaghetti Bolognese, while the rest of the family loves the meat. Children eat for free on Sundays, which is a nice touch. Great breakfast options. Loving the rooms. You can only win with this hidden gem.

Had our son’s confirmation celebration dinner there last Friday, absolutely delicious food, service truly was with a nothing was a problem, portions were so generous and prices very reasonable. Was most enjoyable, highly recommend The Arches ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This a fabulous hotel we stayed here and enjoyed the facilities and the menu is vast and varied &fabulous staff. We go regularly for evening menu which has a wide range to sample its one great place to eat with wonderful staff.

Had Sunday lunch there with my hubby and 4 kids, food was absolutely delicious our waitress couldn't do enough for us, so helpful and friendly… highly recommend and the best value for money in Galway… keep up the good work guys.

Did not stay there but they provide a good value hearty (fixed) full Irish breakfast, take or leave what's provided. Or make up you own variation at a extra cost. Good pot of tea. Be careful asking for brown bread toast or toasted brown bread.

I could definitely recommend the Arches, friendly staff, rooms were clean and comfortable and well maintained, food was excellent and a wide variety to choose from.

Myself and my partner had dinner in The Arches on Easter Saturday. I had roast pork with apple sauce and my partner had lasagne. Both meals were so delicious that we returned for dinner again on Easter Sunday. On this occasion I had chicken breast with a spinach and mushroom stuffing. I can honestly say that it was one of the nicest chicken dishes I have ever tasted. If you are looking for tasty food at reasonable prices I would definitely recommend that you pay a visit to The Arches.

I had the pleasure of staying in the Arches for 8 nights. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The true jewel in the crown of the hotel is the quality of the staff. I was so well looked after that I was sorry to leave. Friendly and helpful in every way. Thanks.

Presentation was supurb, meat was cold and a very small portion. The other meal was a homemade burger and chips, chips were only shown to the fryer.

Food is fabulous here friendly staff and reasonably priced happy days.

Stayed here a couple of times nice rooms very clean, food excellent.

Ottima esperienza, camere spaziose così come il bagno, servizio in generale soddisfacente e cortese. Colazione su ordinazione decisamente da menù nordico, per cui robusta. Discreto anche il ristorante. Wi-fi gratuita e funzionante. Insomma per me promosso.

One vegetarian option for main — has feta cheese in it. (Can't eat feta cheese) Wouldn't do anything else even just a salad. Left hungry.

The hotel is very good looking although the room cleaning service was incomplete.

Went to the restaurant. Weren't warned the meat came with mushrooms after asking to replace the mushroom sauce on the pasta. While the meat was good, the pasta was overcooked and overall not tasty. And service was also sub-par.
