Lokasi hotel strategis, tapi akses lobby sempit utk mobil. Pelayanan baik dimana request tambahan fully accomodate. Kamar memiliki semua fasilitas yg dibutuhkan, hanya suara dari lorong kamar terdengar cukup berisik dari dalam kamar. Breakfast buffet kurang variasi rata2 carbo yg dihidangkan. Overall experience lokasi strategis dan bnyk tmpt makan sekitar hotel. Harga sebanding dgn fasilitas.

Clean room, easy access, near eatery places. Soft pillows, I love it. Friendly and helpful staffs. Best value. Highly recommended.

Beautiful. Simple but perfect. Lovely quite venue. Close to the centre, lovely staff. Clean rooms, simply decorated.

Overall i'm satisfied. but there were some minor issues I want to add from my personal perspective. Room : the big mirror was not really okay since there was no enough lighting especially when I used it at night, the light was only from table lamp near the bed bathroom: I think it would be better if there is a soap & shampoo box hang on the wall. We only got soap & shampoo in tube & the soap was too liquid & I had to ask housekeeping to add more soap few time. Also please pay attention more on public toilet (near front desk) for the cleanliness, since it is provided for anyone who come to the hotel but me & my father like most is the food. The food were the best. But I think you need to add more staff to handle restaurant to keep everything clean. the staffs are friendly & helpful the location is near to my favorite cafe, so I chose this hotel keep up the work.!

Nice ambience, modern look, clean room and good response & hospitality from the staffs. Strategic location make it easy to go to different part of the city & to access public transportation. Walls a bit too thin, external sounds easily heard from our room. Small, short & shallow main pool, difficult to get a good workout because children also plays in it. Small gym. Too much carbs on breakfast, should have add more veggies, fiber & protein. Overall: recommended since they have done well for the basic, necessary services of a hotel.

Nyobain Family Room di sini, tiap lantai hanya tersedia satu kamar which is di paling ujung. Ada tambahan sofa dan kursi panjang. Sama seperti Hotel 1O1 di tempat lain, ornamen-ornamen hotel bikin seger mata, eyecatching. Fasilitasnya ada ruang meeting di lantai M. Selain itu juga ada kolam renang dan fitness di lantai 1, ada juga massage. Lokasi juga strategis karena dekat dengan berbagai tempat makan, ada pula karaoke, cgv, dan tempat oleh2. Untuk breakfast bervariasi juga, mulai dari Indonesian food, western, maupun lokal palembang. Dijamin bikin kenyang deh.

Hotel is so good. Service they give, really responsive, really nice, I think I will stay in this hotel again. Room looks beautiful, the place looks so clean.

Nice hotel, the room looks like new. Stayed 1 night for suite room. The food for breakfast is okay. Location wise is good, near a lot restaurants. However, be careful even if you just walk near the hotel, I was unlucky to get pickpockets snatched my bag from motorbike just 2 block away from the hotel. Lucky it was unseccessful attempt as my bag dropped from their motorbike. But it was really scary.

Hotel ini bagus, dan punya theme yg kekinian. Interior lobby bernuansa kontemporer, luas dan terkesan elegan. Pelayanan yang ramah dan penuh senyum. Koridor dan interior yg bersih dan wangi. Kamar yg cukup lega, sesuai dengan kelas dan harganya. Fasilitas baik dan terawat. Overall hotel ini recommended lah. Tidak terlalu jauh juga dari kota, dan disekitarnya banyak resto, cafe, bar dan tempat hiburan.

Good place. Nasi kuning dan nasi uduk nya enak. Tempatnya pas bgt dekat kmna mana. Sebrang nya ada kopi o dan happy puppy tmpt biliard dan syahrini karaoke. Samping kiri nya ada kedai beringin beraneka ragam masakan palembang.

Tempatnya nyaman. Kamarnya bersih. Stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu. Variasi makanan di restorannya banyak. Wifi di sini beberapa muncul tampilan otentikasi password untuk login sehingga agak mengganggu. Lokasi hotelnya cukup strategis. Di sekitar sini ada beberapa tempat makan seperti restoran pempek, kedai kopi. Untuk yg ingin melepas penat bisa mampir ke tempat karaoke depan hotel. Tempat ini cocok untuk yg ingin liburan dengan fasilitas ok.

Comfy hotel. Fairly ok food nearby. Fairly convenient getting around from here.

Hotel facilities are good. The location near Pempek Beringin. But one mistake was made in our last day, our laundry was picked up by officer without any permission and customer's signature in form, so we disputed with housekeeping officer and receptionist, while we were checking out. It spent about 30 minutes-45 minutes to solve that problem.

Great design, spacious room, generous pillows, comfy bed. However the water stream was really weak. Then there was this disturbing offer for laundry service that was knocking on each room at 8 AM. Moreover the walls are thin so we can hear them knocking on each room in the hallway. Breakfast was fine but you might want to improve a lil bit. Overall it was a great stay, thanks to the satisfying pillows, bed and good looking design.

We stayed for 3 nights at Family Room and we have pleasant experience during our stay. Clean spacious room, nice ambiance, variety of food during buffet breakfast, friendly staff, quiet surrounding and value for money. Recommended for leisure or business trip.

Hotel yang nyaman dan sangat bersih, keragaman menu yang disajikan serta rasa yang cukup enak. Fasilitas Kolam Renang yang baik juga bersih untuk anak-anak dan alat Gym yg cukup untuk digunakan. Bagi kami sekeluarga Hotel The 101 Rajawali — Palembang sangat memberikan kesan yang baik dan sangat cocok untuk kami singgahi saat berlibur ke Kota Palembang.

Everything is good. Just the swimming pool is rather small… the hospitality off the employee make my child and our vacation so comfort.

Saya dan 2 keponakan saya datang kesini untuk berenang di lantai 1. Karena kami bukan tamu hotel, saya tanya ke staff yang stand-by di pool, berapa harganya untuk dua anak. Dijawab sama dia "100rb per orang". Sekitar satu jam kemudian, saya ngobrol sama keponakan saya yang sudah bbrp kali datang kesana dengan kakak saya. Dia blg ke saya, sebelumnya mereka berenang kesana (tiga kali, terakhir dtg 7 mggu lalu), harganya hanya 50rb per orang, tapi kalo kita mau berenang + dapet makanan, bayarnya baru 100rb. Saya bingung, karena staff ga bilang apa2 soal makanan. Lalu saya langsung nanya ke staff di pool yg terima uang saya, dijawab dengan "Sebentar saya cek". Ditunggu sekitar 10-15 menit, staff pool belum ngasih kejelasan juga. Saya nanya lagi, dijawab "Kalo dengan makanan, ibu mau pesan apa? " Saya menolak makanan (karena kalo makanannya optional, saya tidak tertarik untuk pesan makanan disana) dan makin bingung dengan perilaku staff, yang tidak bisa memberi kejelasan. Akhirnya saya turun langsung ke bawah (lobby) dan tanya ke reception. Dua staff reception langsung nelpon (mgkn ke supervisor/ manajer). Staff pool dipanggil untuk datang ke lobby. Akhirnya salah satu staff reception memberi penjelasan bahwa: 1. Harga untuk anak2 menggunakan pool baru saya diubah. Anak umur 11 tahun ke atas dicharge full (100rb) dan bisa mendapatkan makanan. Salah satu keponakan saya berumur 11 tahun. 2.

Parkiran bisa sedikit menjadi masalah. Menu makanan tidak terlalu menarik.

A great place to stay. You can cross the street to find other culinary at Rajawali food and entertainment or you can bought Pempek Beringin as souvenir that only 1 meter from hotel. This hotel need more space for cars parking.
