Disaster experience. The room is very dirty with the comforter which with blood stains. No restaurant service. In the advertisement they mentioned swimming pool. Which they are closed since ages. Never ever visit that hotel. Forget about stay there.

Reincarnation from old to the minimalis. Good for your budget.

Make sure u choose the room near the pool. Guarantee it's much better.

I booked for 3 nights but left at 2nd becoz its so bad, dirty room and bathroom, and the pool is deceiving from the photo at traveloka.

Positif : — Nyaman — Bersih — Petugas ramah — Wifi cukup kencang — Ada kulkas kecil dalam kamar — Sarapan cukup variatif — Sarana dan prasarana cukup lengkap — Cukup dekat dengan Mall epicentrum (4 km) — Ada ATM BNI & BRI Negatif — Lokasi masjid jauh (diatas 500 meter) — Agak berisik lalu lintas kendaraan depan hotel saat pagi hari (jalanan satu arah sehingga mobil & motor berjalan kencang) — Cari makanan / kuliner yang dekat susah (soalnya harga di hotel cukup mahal, makanan umumnya diatas 40 atau 50 ribuan) — Tidak ada minimarket yang dekat — Kolam renang tidak bisa digunakan (alasan sedang perbaikan) padahal menginap 4 malam belum selesai juga diperbaiki — Tidak ada jet washer (closet duduk model rear wash alias semprot dari arah bawah / belakang) — Tidak ada sendal dalam kamar (padahal lantai tanpa karpet) — Tidak ada alat pemanasan air (untuk bikin kopi dll) — Kamar 207 tidak ada kran, salah satu stop kontak bermasalah, tombol sabun mandi macet.

We came to lombok for our friends wedding party for only 1 day, so we choose the closest and cheapest but still good hotel in central mataram area. The area is quite nice, its near to and from anywhere in mataram, the staff were friendly, the pool is clean. Bed is nice and the bathroom is huge. It got high speed free Wi-Fi, free breakfast. The deluxe terrace room we choose is in front of the swimming pool, so we can jum straight from our terrace to the pool. Its our best choice for budget and location, also for the facility. Will come back for sure if we had the chance to visit lombok again.

Great little hotel frequented by domestic tourists and business people. The staff are fabulous and the rooms are clean and tidy. Located in the government and uni part of town, it is quiet and safe. But you do need transport to get to the malls. There are some warung kopi around that sell water, coffee and small snacks.

Bit of a budget hotel but in a great location. I found that the hotel food is over priced and isn't worth it, as for the room it was acceptable but the bed was built on cheap wood that keeps moving if you leaned against the wall & the toilet needed some plumbing. overall I will give it 5/10

City hotel located on the center of city, sorrounding by school, university and other interesting place. Eassy access of public transport, the hotel fasilities are swimming pool, restaurant, ATM onsite and many others give you more convenience for stay.

Budget hotel with a beautiful design, value for money, the price not expensive but the service and facilities are excellent! Every dollar you spend here are worthed.
