Nice place, room and people, the bar and restaurant are not 24 hours open like they told us. The breakfast okay, but there is no fresh fruit! After we left, they call us. We didn't pay all the bills. We asked several time, every paid. Yes they said. I think they still use paper instead of a computer. In my opinion the say YES even when they don't understand you.

The service is awful. We arrived at 3.30 pm and had to wait 1 more hour until we were able to get into our room. In the restaurant, the guy who cooked the eggs is very rude. When we asked about the eggs we ordered he got angry and yelled that we didn't order any eggs. The room service is so slow and not helpful at all. We rented bikes and they broke. We had to wait for almost 1 hour for our transport home to arrive because they messed up the order. Though the place is nice, we don't recommend this place due to very bad service.

Nice experience, quiet and luxury. Every worker is polite, nice and smily. It's on the sunset zone. Just beautiful. Restaurant prices are quite expensive.

Great hotel. Staff very kind, helpful. We were late for breakfast (had the wrong hour) and they calls us to remind us of it. Food is absolutly yummy. Everything we order was excellent. Pool really nice. Quite and nice music. Cocktails very nice. In terma of location is a lil bit far from the center, but you can get there walking (within 15 mins)

Well service, friendly staff and nice view hotel. But this hotel is so far away to cafe or another place. You can use bicycle or cidomo to reach there.

We liked it. However the whole infrastructure is already old, but the rooms are in excellent condition. The staff is very friendly. Soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste and brush, hair comb, slippers, body lotion, cotton sticks, tea, coffee, sugar and two bottles of water every day change to new. Breakfast was very good.
On the beach ebb and the sea is not deep, if to swim and buy want to go to the other end of the island.

Nice Hotel, nice rooms but leave to be desired some housekeeping, great location a nice holiday.

Nice resort, it is located in the more quiet side of the island. They have bicycles and snorkeling gear for rent. The food at the restaurant is pretty good aswell, good options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Good room. Nice staff. Amazing breakfast. Stunning swimming pool. Awesome beach panoramas. Poor place.

Great resort with friendly staff. Grab the new rooms if you can in the rear of the resort. It's a ways walk from the strip but a nice walk. Can't stress how friendly all the staff are and the swim up bars are great.

Our stay at this resort was really great! Sea facing resort with 2 swimming pools and calm environment that's how I like to spend my vacation. Service is great along with food. You will get nice options in breakfast, it will be American plus Asian breakfast. Melah spa is also nice. In general I would recommend this hotel for stay. Few meters to the left or west, you will get nice glimse of wonderful sunset.

Place is calm, peaceful having ocean view for restaurant. Rooms are clean. Had bad experience with spa though, only one person is there who gives massage at the same time attend calls, so unprofessional experience for spa of this resort.

The hotel is far from the main promenade, where there are restaurants and shops, the rooms are very large, lovely two pools, great breakfasts, the hotel grounds are very large, clean and cozy, the beach is only suitable for snorkeling, the hotel staff is very Attentive and friendly.

BED BUGS Stayed 2 nights at the beginning of Jan 2018 and on the first night got bed bugs bites all over my back. We stayed in one of the poolside rooms at the back of the hotel. The following morning — staff weren’t apologetic, had to fight to get a refund for that night and move rooms and no effort was made to make up for the inconvenience and annoyance of our experience. Breakfast wasn’t as good as many (cheaper) places they we stayed in during our trip — felt unclean in the breakfast area (chef was scratching behind his ears then cooking our omelette). Staff were smiley but didn’t seemed to be trained to a high standard given the price the hotel is charging. Look at other options.

Visited frequently during our time on Gili T (stayed elsewhere). Staff hospitality was second to none. Would recommend the Spa/massages, cooking classes, restaurant, mocktails by the pool and barista coffees (collectively our group would have had close to 40 coffees here). Try the chocolate milkshake too, you won't be disappointed.

Great place to wind down. Resort is immaculate and people are great. Will be back some day.

The rooms are good quality for their price with large bathrooms. The bathrooms are not air-conditioned though. The staff are super friendly and greet you throughout the day. Both pools are great and both have bars in them which are staffed most of the day. The restaurant is also good quality with tasty affordable food and a good selection for breakfasts. It is somewhat far from the main town area, around a 30 minute walk, but this meant it was nice and quiet. The only downside was the Wi-Fi being somewhat unreliable. We would stay again if we visited Gili Trawangan.

Some staff are friendly but some staff are not especially to the local guest (like me). The food is quite good. The room service didn't do their work well. I asked to repair pipe in my bathroom but they didn't finish it. I had to ask more than once. The room is okay. They have large room.

Foot and drink prices were good. Didn't stay at the hotel. Quiet beach area.

Nice resort in gili. Complete facility & nice service. But a bit far from central gili.

Complex spectacularly located just 2m from the beach, with dining area on the beach. Away from the more crowded area of the island about 30min walk, and 10 in bike by cutting through the interior of the island. Cleaning service happens every day in the room. We had problems with the hot water, came out warm and with not a lot of pressure, but it seems to be that is u. General problem of the island.

Best place to relaxing after long work hard… Cozy place, best beach view… Love the food from the clubhouse, and love the ambience of this place…

Restaurant service awful, take forever to respond and serve.

Bad food malisima… risotto with fruits of the sea without fruit, rice cold, old and no fruits of the sea, bad service pesimo waiters q do not bring anything that pedis nor will it matter… pesimo.

The room is semi detached type, very spacious and clean. The garden outside the room is beautiful and cozy. Beach is just infront of the hotel. The staff here all are friendly and helpful. Inexpensive foods. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay, however quite far from the main city. Very nice accommodation. Slow service in the restaurant.

Clean rooms. Excellent deal. I was for 5 days and had a great time. Relax. The food is spectacular. Part of the restaurant for the nights they put bars hotdogs mexican etc, you Have the beach in front has a bit of coral at the beginning but it is the area where the excursions to make esnoquel and diving. A seafloor that in few places can be seen. We saw turtles etc Beautiful.

Good price, great room, good service, good breakfast.

We have a romantic honeymoom moments there. Great journey starting from Denpasar, Bali to Gili Trawangan where this Oceano Jambuluwuk lies on. The place is great. Clean. Have beautiful beach. The service is also excellent. The staff are so polite and helpful. Unfortunately. We have only 3 days there. We expecting more days to stay, to enjoy the hospitality and memorical moments.
