Good place good view everything good.

Recomended hotel at Yogyakarta. Good service. Big parking area. Connecting with Jogja City Mall. Have 2 big pool, first pool at ground floor, second pool at MZ floor. Live music at night.

A very nice and clean hotel. Have a connecting door with jogja city mall. Have a nice breakfast and swimming pool in the high place.

A large hotel, international class in Yogyakarta. Located next to Jogja City Mall, it will give you 'shopping during stay' experience. The breakfast menu probably is not the best in my experience, but the taste is good enough and suits my taste.

Great place to spent weekend, good foods as well.

Room is very clean, next to the mall eating is quite convenient. The tour has two rooms, a city area, a volcano. If the weather is good, we can see the volcano clearly, but as we are going in the rainy season, we can only see it vaguely. Hotel Breakfast is also good, although not to say super delicious, but taste can also, that morning also eat very full.

Location, interior, pool are all good. Has a connection door directly to shopping mall. The employees are warm and friendly. But not for the food. Please improve the taste.

Facilities are good. The room is neat and tidy. Near and connected to a shopping mall (Jogja City Mall). A great hotel to stay for any vacation.

Great hotel, very clean, very welcoming. The reseptionist I good, but not very great. I once booked for an interconnecting room but at the arrival they said it was unavailable. I argued with the receptionist for almost 30 minutes, but eventually I got the interconnecting room. The room was huge, clean, neat. In the room facilities quite good, but not as complete as other hotels with same price range. The elevator was unintegrated, so you might need more than 15 minutes waiting for an empty elevator.

I cannot recommend staying at The Rich Jogjakarta. For the same price you can stay at a much better hotel with a better service. The lobby was warm and stuffy, the front desk officer was not very welcoming. The decor of this place is a mess. It wanted to be classical Javanese but the execution is bad. Avoid the breakfast buffet, and get a decent breakfast outside. Giving a 3 star is already so generous.

Great place with great amenities and services. Full facility with 2 pools, a gym room, large convention hall. Rooms is so neat and tidy. AC, internet, TV are working great. U get what u paid for.

Belum menginap, hanya beberapa kali ke sini untuk mengikuti acara dinas. Lobbynya luas dan tersedia welcome drinks untuk pengunjung. Setahuku sisi utara dan selatan tidak terhubung sehingga harus menggunakan lift di utara atau selatan. Mushalla cukup luas dan berpendingin ruangan. Tapi berada di ground floor. Tempat wudhunya terlalu pendek dan jadi satu dengan toilet.

Great services and facilities.

Very comfortable, quite affordable, strategic place not too far from Malioboro area. Beds are really comfortable. The foods are good.

The service is very nice and the staff is very polite. Only a few cannot speak English. The food is quite International, so Europeans and Americans should find something to eat. There is almost everything you need (2 pools, fitness, bar etc. ) in the hotel and it is directly connected to the city mall. They also have a huge place for very big ceremonies, and a medium bog sky lounge oj the top of the smaller building. The view from the top is fantastic.

The room and the bed is big. Got 2 beds with king size. The breakfast's food are plenty. The hotel connected to the mall too. But it's kinda dim outside the room so it feels uncomfortable. Maybe because some of the light being turned off. The car parking is often full so we often need the hotel's valet to parking the car. But, so far so good. It's a great hotel.

Location is very strategic, connecting door to the mall. Cleanliness is so so. Wide variety of breakfast food, but the taste isbjust OK.

The sahid rich hotels jogja very good, this hotels so enjoy. Swimming pool very nice. Foods at the sahid rich hitels is delicious. I happy can visit in the shid rich hotels jogja, but I can's visit just one day. Thx for all. I hope me take back this hotels.

Fire alarm set off in the midle of the night and its hard to contact any hotel employees… no one pick up when I called using room phone.

I haven't had the displeasure of actually staying here and I hope that day never comes. I did however try their restaurant in the lobby. The service was one of the worst I've ever experienced. I sat at the bar and despite making eye contact with the barista I was totally ignored. Then I sat at one of the tables with some colleagues I was meeting and it was impossible to get any service. As for the lobby itself it's not air conditioned and becomes really humid and warm, especially when it rains.

Crappy service — actually I'm not actually sure if they even offer any.

Nice hotel, big room for 4 adults.
