Excellent services, this is what I can say! Our family visited Jogja on 17 — 19 August 2018, this time we travel with our parent, 2 little girls and their nanny. When we first arrive, the door man quickly respon when he see our mother 80 years old need an assistance, he quickly offer and provide wheel chair. And the next morning we ask a favor to help our mother for breakfast with the wheelchair and once again the hotel staff respond with gladly and really help. Overall we are happy for our time in Santika Hotel Jogja, room space is spacious, breakfast menu are various with the local taste, hotel are clean and all the staff are very friendly and helpful, start from security officer in the front gate, the doorman, reception staff, room boy and also the security at the parking space. Thanks a lot for the excellent services.

This hotel has it's very own uniqueness among similar other in every city. You will be welcomed by a calm traditional music once you stepped in. The staff are so friendly and devoted to give you the best staying experience. Located in the main road to Adi Sutjipto airport, this hotel is surrounded by many famous restaurant and spot for you to try on. Enjoy Jogja!

Suka banget sama hotel ini. Tempatnya luas parkir buat mobil sangat lega. Kendaraan terjamin aman. Sebelum masuk bakal dikasi tiket parkir. Tenang. Kaga suruh bayar kok. Di dalam hotel ada kolam renangnya. Restonya, Pandansari cakep parah. Suasana sangat nyaman. Lighting untuk makan sangat suka. Kagak terlalu terang tapi juga gak gelap. Pas banget deh pokoknya. Makananya cocok buat lidah Indonesia.

First of all, thank you very much for room class upgrading without additional fee! Very warm welcome. Compliment for receptionist, night shift resto staff and also bell boy, everyone were very helpful! Our room was very spacy, greats! Breakfast menu were so variative and also delicious! Just a little suggestion, we will very appreciate if room light can be more bright (it's very helpful for older people). Thank's Santika Premiere Jogja!

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very good location (a few meters from Telkosem and malioboro Street, not far from the train station)

Got Promo Rate during Hotel Santika Jogja Birthday period! I always enjoy staying in Santika Hotel Jogja, because of the luxurious environment, friendly and helpful staffs, but with affordable room rate. My last stay in Santika Premiere Jogja was for three nights in a room with twin beds, which was also my second stay in the same hotel. The food for breakfast varies and they are all in good taste. Room was clean, and the pool was nice. The hotel location is also very strategic as it is in Tugu area. The only things that I did not feel comfortable with is the spring bed in the room 261 is very hard. Me and my husband we are both having back bone problem, and it gets worst after traveling all the way to Jogja by car, and the bed really gave us a hard time. Also please repair the water outlet in the shower inside the room, because it was clogged and made water ran very slow. Despite the two things I mentioned that need special attention, in general I recommend Santika hotel as a number one choice for stay.

Friend staff. Breakfast is great with traditional offers too. Enjoy the pool 2m deep in the middle. Watch your kids carefully.

Small room for meeting but have good variant food.

Pernah waktu itu saya diundang oleh prof Eko Indrajit datang ke hotel ini untuk diskusi dan kebetulan tinggal bersama dengan beliau. Dengan kamar yang sangat luas sekali, saya merasakan seperti ditempat yang mewah. Mungkin ini adalah kamar kelas paling tinggi. Kamarnya sangat bersih dan sepertinya petugas yang mengelola sangat disiplin hingga membuat kamar selalu nyaman ketika ditinggali oleh pengunjung. Waktu itu pas suasana bulan puasa, pas buka puasa diiringi lagu live music membuat suasana makin berasa. Semoga layanan dan kualitas selalu terjaga dengan baik dan ketika ke Jogjakarta ingin kembali menikmati suasana khas kota Jogjakarta dan bermalam Di hotel ini kembali.

I had a perfect stay I can't complain. The breakfast is particularly great. So many variations and definitely delicious.

Clean n quite. Spacious room. However the air conditioning is not functioning well. Gym very small n equipment not well function.

Clean friendly affordable Hotel. Part of a Hotel Group. Clean rooms, big breakfast buffet, good restaurant, swimming pool, parking space under the hotel. Hotel Santika as well in Semarang.

Old hotel but cozy rooms. Good service. Wifi is slow except at the lobby. Breakfast is tasty with many variant. Over all, complete my vacation.

Clean & spacious bedroom, clean bathroom, clean swimming pool, ample parking slot. Unfortunately, the door / sound proof is not that good. We can hear children playing / moving around. Breakfast is good, many food selection to choose from. However, when it's finish it didn't get refill.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. Large swimmimg pool. There is a slide in the children's pool which is fun for the kids. The breakfast offers variety of foods, including local dishes. The hotel is not too far from the city centre (Malioboro Street). Recommended to stay whilst staying in Yogyakarta.

Located in the center of Yogyakarta. Serve with the nice touch of Yogyakarta. You may hear gamelan music live. The meal served are indonesian and western. Delicious.

Santika Premiere is a superb hotel. In a sentence: it is a great hotel which is starting to show it's age. My AC was barely blowing cold air, but they offered a portable AC unit after I asked. There was a leak in the hallway (after a major downpour). The breakfast was superb, rivalling most I have visited. Depending on where you are headed, the location is convenient — very centrally located. The rooms are reasonably spacious, and the shower is quite relaxing — with it's rainshower style showerhead and piping hot water.

Hotel with modern traditional feel, close to yogjakarta monument. The rooms in this hotel are spacious enough with minimalist impression make us feel comfortable. The food in this hotel is also tasty, with various variants of food, makes us want to eat again and again. Conclusion for this hotel must be visited for travel. You will not regret it.

Centrally located with a very pleasant staff. Nice clean room with a turn down service that included a different treat each night of my stay. The buffet breakfast had a huge assortment of food that changed daily. Good Wi-Fi.

Why do I said it poor, cuz when I go there minibar cant be used, and the hot water very dirty its similar with hot chocolate and we got the sands inside…

Relaxing room and restaurant, but the road side is a little noisy…

Aging hotel in need of renovations. The lobby is fine, but the rooms definitely show years of use. Other than that, the service is good and so is the location.
