Love the place. Great room, great hospitality, the food is okay. Breakfast is a bit like traditional market. Crowded, hectic and eventhough the place is spacious, its rather hard finding a seat. And this happened from early in the morning till maybe 11pm. But the breakfast offer a lot of variety from traditional to western and eastern menu. There's also the kids section where they offer marshmallows and glazed donuts. The rooms are standard. They have family rooms too. The fun part is the pool. There's also a mini zoo where you can feed a variety of birds, turtles, goats, cows, etc. You can also water cacti and flowers there. There's a sandbox and kids playground. But its a bit of a hassle if you wanted to swim yet you stayed on the other building, as they have two separate buildings and if you want to go to the other, you'll have to come down to the lobby first, walk over to the next building and take the elevator. Other than that, its a great hotel.

Very nice Hotel, the pizza and steak we had at the restaurant was very good, almost like Texas. Breakfast buffet was also very good. I am very impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. They made us feel right at home. Which is hard to do since home is 10, 000 miles away! Hotel is in the perfect location for every thing we wanted to do here, from shopping (wife's favorite) to site seeing. Would love to stay here again next time we drop in from Houston.

Hotel yang bagus. Cocok untuk liburan bersama dengan anak-anak. Memiliki area bermain untuk anak, juga menggratiskan sarapan untuk anak di bawah 130cm. Bar tempat welcome drink di lantai 7 juga oke, bahkan menyediakan playstation, biliard dan beberapa permainan lain untuk tamu bersantai. Minus: tempat parkir yang tidak memadai. Namun hal ini mereka atasi dengan menyedkakan valet parking gratis untuk para tamunya. Overall, nice.

Hotel ini terletak di Jl. Cihampelas, dekat dengan Ciwalk Pusat Belanja di Bandung. Hotel Grand Tjokro berbintang empat dengan pelayanan yang ramah dan fast response. Untuk makanan dan minumannya saat breakfast ataupun lunch lezat dan bervariasi. Baik kamar atau ballroom dan ruangan lainnya bersih yang dilengkapi dengan pendingin dan filter udara yang tidak berisik. Selain itu, terdapat area bermain untuk anak di sisi kiri pintu lobby utama hotel. Untuk prayer room yakni mushollah ada di lantai 2 yang ditata apik dan nyaman, jarang menemukan mushollah seperti ini yang diletakkan di bangunan utama hotel.

Ambience, food, interiors. Impressive. I went here for a two-day seminar. So I didnt spend the night in the room. The location is within walking distance of many attractions.

Liburan lebaran ke sini pesan kmr deluxe dptnya premier wow kamarnya besar dan menghadap jendela jln dpn. Untuk deluxe dan superior jendelanya ke koridor, premier keatas ke jalan dan luar. Sarapannya bnyk bngt menunya tp ramai bngt krodit tp petugas sigap bersih2nya, rasanya cukup enak. Sayang kolam renangnya dingin jd anak ngga bisa lama, disini ad mini zoo bayar buat ksh makanananya. Ada playgroundnya jg jd anak2 betah.

Comfortable rooms. Really… Really… Good and many choices of food while breakfast. And also on and the only hotel who provide mini zoo in the roof top that make our children more fun to stay. And the price is really valuable.

Luxurious hotel. Great location. Have a nice room even for their standard rooms. Breakfast menus was amazing. Provide a lot of selections and also prepare Breakfast Kids Corner which is so great idea. Suitable for business or leisure.

Great hotel with cheaper price than well known other hotel chain with same facilities. Breakfast wast excellent with tons of variety. Pool located on top of north tower ofter great view of north bandung hills. Also have a mini zoo so the child can interact with them. Good choice if you want a calm and relaxing hotel. Good for family and the children will be loved stay here.

The hotel rates is 4 stars hotel, the facilities are excellent also staff and room service. The room furniture is normal quality… not reflect a 4 stars ✨ hotels. The breakfast is excellent.

The meeting package is good. The location, the meeting room, the food, the facilities. The hotel room is good but not that special. The plus points comes from the facilities. There are rooftop pool, gym, and 10-minutes free spa. Ok there's a lot of hotels offering that same facilities. But there's more here, it has a mini zoo in the rooftop. They even have a cow in there The main highlight here is the breakfast. They have a huge selection of food for the breakfast, from the standard hotel breakfast menu, to Indonesian traditional, Middle East, Japanese, and Chinese.

I have stayed here more than twice and I would say this is one of the best hotel you can have near Cihampelas Bandung. I love it because it's worth it. Enjoy your breakfast here with so much menu to try. It had swimming pool and pet area for kids on the roof top. Your family will love it.

Grand tjokro hotel is very convenient. Rate is affordable its location is very nice. Close to all places. Examples of his attractions, malls, hospitals, his place was very clean.

A comfy and pleasant place to stay with your family. My kids love so much to stay here. They have kids corner in Ground Floor, playground area and mini zoo in 10th floor. The breakfast have many various meal.

Room & location is perfect. Unfortunately their Vallet Service is very very very bad! The point of using vallet service is we don't need to waste our time for parking matter. But we waste our time more than half hour to get our car back. When I ask how long I can get my car back, no answer When I ask to meet the supervisor in charge, he/she is on break so I can't meet. Unbelievable! Very very dissapointed on the supervisor attitude. Doesn't have courage to meet guest.

Dissapointed. Booking 1 Family Room and 2 Superior Room and check in at 4PM. Family Room not yet ready, 1 superior room ready with the key failure… wait for 30 minutes for them resolve this and still wait 45 minutes for the family room to be ready. Super slow respond and not expected this issue since we are coming at 4PM.

A high class hotel that is clean, affordable, and close to the main shopping centre. The hotel offers an enormous breakfast selection, including middle eastern and Asian foods. The pool is located on the rooftop, and spa prices start at around 450, 000 Rupiah. The gym is also well equipped. Staff are polite and helpful. The only negative thing is that check in took about 20 mins. Payment via credit card either online or at the counter is available.

Has so much varieties on buffet menu, nice atmosphere, also reachable and strategic, and the service is so nice!

Best Hotel five stars in Cihampelas St.

Staying at this hotel was great. The hotel staff always took care of everything that you needed. They took the bags to our room for us, they opened the taxi door for us when we arrived, we got a welcome drink, and we were even offered a spa treatment! The pool was great, the bathroom and room were super clean, the view was really nice, and the breakfast was more than amazing. I definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a easy and nice stay.

Very new hotel with wide selection of food for buffet breakfast. Within walking distance to Cihampelas Walk (1-2km) and shops around Cihampelas Walk selling mainly clothing. Rooms are very clean and Wi-Fi access available in the rooms and the hotel lobby is a plus point for those that require Wi-Fi access.

One of the most scrumptious breakfast I ever had in a Hotel. It is THAT good! For the room its okay, I do think they should provide carpet inside the room because they say they are a 4 star hotel. The swimming pool is also cool as it is located at the rooftop. Location is also nice as it is at the entrance of the famous Cihampelas. All in all a good experience and an unforgettable breakfast!

Great interior design with minimalist touch, comfort and cozy room, located near cihampelas shopping avenue. But for me it's a little bit expensive.

New hotel, very nice room, definitely good value for money. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Breakfast selection is awesome. Excellent hotel for traveller and those with family.
