Beautiful "renaissance" themed building. You can see Bandung city from the rooftop. The rooms are so elegant and the cuisines are very delicious too!

Nice building but not nice the service, It's quite strict compare to others hotel which I've experience. Swimming pool doesn't have hot water for child. Interior at room is good but the bathroom is very poor. The shower was broken and some flood was happened. Maybe this hotel is really nice for taking picture. Breakfast menu very good taste.

OMG! this is the best hotel with a really awesome concept because you will feels like living in a castle, the service are the best, they're so kind, they always spread some smile and saying hi to customer, really kind. And the pool are awesome, you can enjoy swimming while order some drink, it is the best hotel, the place are also strategic because it is close to ledeng bus terminal, and there's a lot of tourist attraction near the hotel, really recommended!

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms. Breakfast was too good. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The entire experience was truly amazing. The property is very beautiful and one feels that you are staying in a royal palace. Just perfect in every way. I would very much like to stay once again.

This is the most beautiful hotel in town. U can feel in Europe building, u can see Bandung city and the mountains. The meals n drinks are good n nice, u can get a romantic dinner too. U're will be very exciting. Come n enjoy!

Great hotel to stay with family during holiday. They have many nice spots for photos and food is pretty good here as well.

The place is good and nice, but compared to the price it's not really relieving. Our stay there was a gift from my mom, and we stayed in a suite room (about 3.000.000 IDR per night). But the difference with the deluxe room were more or less just the room size. The breakfast was of course like a hotel breakfast, but for (a real) coffee, we needed to order from the cafe (restaurant price). Several other hotels we had before (with much lower price) just gave the (real) coffee for free during breakfast time. I mean, for a five star hotel to charge a cup of coffee is… The playground is okay. But for that price and that facility probably won't come back again (unless someone wants to give another gift)

Super! We choose this hotel because they gave us competitive price. We stayed for 3D2N include all facility of meeting package. And it's extraordinary. The food, the place are great! Except their coffee, they should more find better taste coffee. Over all, I like it.

A nice place to stay for holiday, family gathering, community agenda, weddings, refreshing, or any other interesting events. GH Universal has a very beautiful scenery to look after. It has a unique building architecture combined with an old fashioned design. It is very suitable for people who love vintage environment. And of course, the scene of the atmosphere is exquisite. If we catch the right moment, we can fully observe the beautiful city view of Bandung.

Rainy day before the wedding. Nice hotel to stay.

It was a great day to start the morning! They have outdoor pool, gym, comfortable room and I love the interior, they have roof top dinning and you can enjoy the view during breakfast. It was a great experience to come here and also they have a hall for meeting.

European style hotel @ lembang. Interior as value of selling. Other aspect, not so good but not bad either.

How can I say about this hotel, everyone will want to come here for take some cozy picture. Because the view is look like at the Europe situation. The building is very unique. And for important thing this place isn't very far from the center of city. Come and sleep here, will be joy!

Dine in belle vue cafe located at the 5th floor. Great food, great view and ambience, some photo spot (gazebo) a bit dark at night, lack of lighting. Waiters are polite and helpful.

Great place, but on my last experience when I swam I found some moss on their swimming pool floor, but I found I good landscape from the rooftop I thought that was a good spot when you wanna take a photo.

Room is great, a little bit small, but bed is super comfy and bathroom is quite spacious. Breakfast menus are great too, lots of choices and tastes good. The staffs are super polite and welcoming.

Beautiful place. Friendly staffs and amazing choice of breakfast buffet (even chocolate fondue). Kids friendly. In addition, the view is breathtaking. 5 days staying here is a perfect choice that we made ❤

Frankly, i'm dissapointed, this hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars at all, is unprofesionally managed, don't trust the beautiful pictures as advertised, it's only trying to be mediteranian style… but it fails. Is a photogenic hotel, thats all.

Although it is 5 star hotel, it doesnt live it rep, the room is around 4 star hotel but the scenery is awesome.

Everything is beautiful. Since I never got a chance to visit Europe, just being in GH Universal already make me feel like i'm in Europe. Not to forget the cool breezy wind that make me have to put my jacket all the time. Make the feel of being in Europe even stronger. But it's a bit smaller than I thought. The food was crazily delicious. Very recommended for people who want to have a fairytale theme wedding. There are 'castle' on the roof top! Gorgeous! XD.
