Old hotel, but still comfy to stay here. There swimming pool for kids, breakfast good. Near to lembang.

The staffs are very helpful and attentive. The breakfast just okay. Room amenities is very basic. The location is good, just at the busy main road. You will see so many restaurant, cafes, minimarts, just a walking distance from the hotel.

Nice and cozy hotel. Good service. Good price. Rooms are larger than other same level hotels.

The food in the restaurant is pretty good. The service is great.

A little tricky to find this hotel because the entrance was like an alley, and the sign is not too clear to see. This hotel has a nice, clean, tidy and big lobby. Staffs were humble. From the lobby you could look to the pool area. Swimming pool look great, but I didn't try it. Near pool area there was kids playground. They have basement parking lot. When we entered the room, it looks great and tidy. Air con functioned well. And from our room we could look at the mountain. Great view.

They went above and beyond to arrange activities and transport… with their unique local knowledge they were able to provide us with tips and tricks that saved us time and money. The hotel is family oriented, clean and comfortable and the price is perfect. The location is also good, close to all the restaurants and services and shopping districts. I will be recommending Banana Inn to my friends and will visit again next year.

Hotel near UPI Bandung and other reputable universities in Jl. Setiabudhi Bandung. Outdoor pool and veranda to spend afternoon in lovely Bandung. Rooms are clean, service is good. Worth to stay if you wanna visit Lembang too. I joined an international conference held on this hotel. Such a memorable experience.

Good location with spacious room. Would be better if the building and rooms get renovated. A few doors are not seems good.

Unclean room, found alive baby cocroach inside rice jar when breakfast, false morning call at 3 AM.

Good and decent facilities (love the small gym tho) decent breakfast and decent room. However the service and the staff are super NiCE. I come here couple times and asked them to fotocopy or scan my documents they always do it without any extra charge. And one time I forgot my jeans for 3 days and then I called bannana inn, the next day the jeans come to my home in a clean condition special thx to the front office and cleaner, it was mba Nita and the gank I believe. Much ❤️❤️❤️ and definately coming back.

Nicely good. The room is big but the bed in the superior room is too small the couches are bad. It's not cozy enough… overall it's good even though there's need some thing there's need to be fixed.

The Hotel is great. It has great service and room. The price is not so cheap and unfortunately the hotel neighborhood is so bad. Road in front of hotel is likely having traffic jam when dawn.

This hotel has never failed to surprise me, from the time I check-in to the time I check-out. First surprise, upgrade of my room from a Deluxe to a Suite. How totally AWESOME is that. Mind you not for one day but all three days I was there. The room is big and cozy. The only let down is the TV reception is bad. Second surprise, the hotel staff. They are genuine, heart warming, helpful and all smiles. I've been to many hotels, mostly mid-range ones similar to this one, but the service is of it's highest. Third surprise, the breakfast. It's is mix of local and international cuisine but for a mid-range hotel, they serve delicious meal. My wife, who loves to cook, can vouch for me that their food is very good. Fourth surprise, towels. This is the first hotel that I have been that has the best smelling towels. The attention to detail! This hotel did not leave any stone unturned. Do I recommend this hotel to anyone? Hell YEAH! For the price and the service, I urge everyone to go and have the experience. You won't regret it.
