Staff were friendly and went out of their way to recommend better place when asking for directions. Wi-Fi connection was unstable and some TV channels were unwatchable due to static.

Nice hotel. In the bussiness district, the town hall its just right around the corner, clean room, comfy bed, everything was just fine.

Good place but no parking area. If you want near building you must parking at the main street.

Had my cousin's wedding here. Has a rooftop pool. Quite nice.

The receptionist making mistake. We book non smoking but she still gave us smoking one. Breakfast choice is not bad there are kinds of egg like omelete and its room is big.

Good hotel, friendly staffs, near to masjid agung and alun alun. Easy to access, just by the road side. Just 200 meters to pasar baru. Near to Bandung Railway Station, less than 1 kilometer. I get used go-jek online to go around the city. It was cheap and easy.

Was here for a function in their 3rd floor ballroom. The parking lot is incredibly small & very tight space. You have to be very instinctive & skillful driver to get park here. The walkway corridor around the escalator from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor is lightly dimmed. Public toilet on 3rd floor is considered filthy for a proper hotel, thank God they didn't run out toilet paper.

Nit and clean room, bathroom are clean and spacious depend on your room type. Overall golden flower hotel is a nice hotel in the middle of bandung city.

You can't really expect excellent service and very nice room from a budget hotel. For a budget hotel its not so bad yet they should really improve their service and cleanliness. There was a room with broken mirror so we had to change the room. This place located near Gedung Merdeka, you could walk around to see the famous building used for Asia Africa Conference. But yes you have to walk, because one way road only.

Good place! the room is so comfortable and the price is affordable… It serves great food too.

Sharing pengalaman aja. Kami datang jam 2 kurang, seharusnya sudah bisa check-in jam 2, tapi dimohon tunggu sampai jam 2-"an". Sementara menunggu, saya ke kolam renang karena keponakan yg masih balita ingin berenang. Jam 14.10 saya dan kakak kembali lagi ke lobby untuk memastikan apakah sudah bisa check-in. Katanya kamar sedang dicek oleh supervisor. Kemudian kami menunggu di lobby. Setelah menunggu beberapa lama, kami cek lagi ke resepsionis, dan kamar masih dicek oleh supervisor. Kemudian kami diberikan 2 kamar yang berjauhan (235 dan 257), padahal sebelumnya ketika kami pertama ke resepsionis, dibilang akan disediakan kamar yang berhadapan. Kami pun menolak dan tetap meminta kamar yg berdekatan, karena sudah dijanjikan demikian. Resepsionis tetap berkata bahwa kamar yang berdekatan dengan 235 sedang dicek oleh supervisor. Pada akhirnya kami bisa menempati kamar yang bersebelahan. Namun pukul 14.30 kami baru bisa memasuki kamar tersebut. Kejadian lainnya, ketika kami mau keluar dari tempat parkir (tempat parkir menggunakan tiket dan gerbang parkir harus dibuka oleh petugas menggunakan sistem komputer, seperti parkir di mal pada umumnya), petugas pemeriksa karcis sempat tidak berada di tempat, sehingga kami harus menunggu sampai petugas datang kembali ke booth agar kami bisa keluar. Di sisi baiknya, menu makan paginya beragam dan rasanya lumayan.

Hotel staffs are friendly, services are good but the maintence of utilities & facilities need more improve (i. E: room too dark, bed cover a little dusty. But overal hotel location is perfect, surrounding by historical buildings and centre of crowd.

Nice lobby but uncomfortable room. I've changed room twice but none of them provided a good night stay. Especially the bathroom was dirty plus, the shower and towels hanger is broken.

Recommended place to stay in Bandung. The room is big and comfort, various bfast, very nice staffs. Bathroom need to be improved.

Veru nice hotel close to Gedung Merdeka Bandung. The room is clean and big enough. Bathroom is clean. Staff are friendly. Good restaurant with food choice of food.

Cheap hotel that offers a lot more value than comparable hotels. Avoid the taxi cheats right outside the hotel, call uber.

Parking entry is just too small and almost not convinient. Air smell bad since people are allowed to smoke. Swimming pool is not well maintained with no filtration. Aircon not cool and water heater is not working well enough. Receiptionists number is less so service is poor. Lighting in the room is too dark. Interior not good.

Full service … so in I recommend to.

A week stay in this hotel. Polite staff, good and lot of breakfast menu, lunch and dinner so-so. It's downtown Bandung. Rate is medium-high.

This hotel suitable for any family that wish to have a pleasant stay at bandung. But we facing probolem to charge our phone as its socket are not matched to our charger. Their socket were kind of round socket hole. So we manage to get a charger that matched it from nearby store at matahari mall.
