Need 1 hour until they handled our reservation. And need more than 6 hours until we get our room! The AC was broken, no towel on my room. After I call the housekeeping, they give me SWIMMING POOL towel zz. Poor service ever!

It's very a recommended hotel to stay in. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The room are clean, sweet-scented, complete facility and fast Wi-Fi connection. The restaurant are cozy and luxury. The foods are very various from traditional to modern foods. They serve Indonesian, chineese, and japanese foods with good taste. Since this hotel is very crowded, I suggest you to early reservation (by phone) if you don't want to wait for a few hours.

A very nice hotel centrally located in the heart of Jakarta. Their rooms are super clean and comfy. The restaurant has the most variety of food I have ever been. The quality of food is excellent, also very friendly and well trained staff.

On the date I arrived in Jakarta, I am starving and especially right after the torture on the airplane. Right after check-in in the Hotel (Cemara), I right immediate came for this place for lunch buffet. I really have to say that in terms of five-stars hotel, the lunch buffet is really internationalized. All you can eat and with variety of choices. However, for ordering from the staffs has to very cautious since it would be outside the buffet charge, for example, I ordered sparkling water for three bottles (pretty thirty) and finally in checking the bill, that was included for additional charge. However, to avoid this cases, and especially in this kind of five-star hotel, they usually would not let customers to take drinks on their own. Ask if charge additionally before you drink it. Be cautious.

I was spending the nights in the executive room with my family. Service is excellence. Room is spacious, clean and modern. Facility is awesome with connecting to executive lounge for free finger foods and drinks whole day. Location is also a plus point. Breakfast is something that cannot be missed. Awesome experience.

I was in transit and wanted to stay somewhere nice to relax for a night. I chose the basic room option with breakfast included. The room did not have a city view. Overall, the room was nice. Cleanliness and maintenance was not an issue. The room was a bit on the small side however if you are travelling with allot of luggage, and the smaller hand towels had a slight smell of wet laundry. We did not use them. If money is no obstacle, the upgraded room is a definite step up and worth paying for the larger bathroom and floor space. The hotel is located just across the road from 2 large malls; Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. Both are about a 5 minute walk away. You can also find bottled water at street vendors outside the premises. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Passing through security was a breeze and the concierge service were very quick to take my luggage and direct me to the check in desks. Check in took less than 5 minutes. The breakfast was excellent, and probably one of the selling points for returning to this hotel. Again, the staff were very friendly, and the variety and quality of the food and drinks was very good. I enjoyed the fact you get a full thermos when you order a coffee, so you can refill your cup twice before having to ask for another. The gym is well stocked with equipment.

Nice and luxurious hotel. Precisely at the centrum of the city. For those who can afford the price, it is worth to stay there, especially as it offers you high quality of service.

It’s a nice, clean, well facilitated all purpose hotel. There is a sizable swimming pool with drinks and food served at pool side. Service was very good. I only give five stars when there is something surprisingly good.

Ruangan kamar nya lumayan luas dan nyaman. Toilet kamar juga sangat luas dan modern. Furniture nya keliatan masih baru. Kolam renang nya kurang wah, tapi oke-oke aja. Gym nya lumayan banyak alat2 nya. Pelayanan bagus, lokasi luar biasa strategis. Lebih cocok untuk Business dibanding untuk Keluarga / anak-anak.

One of the best luxury hotel in Jakarta. The room is spacy and clean, the ballroom and the whole hotel design is modern and contemporary. The hotel service also great. Located in a strategic area and easy to notice from normal traffic. The foods served are also delicious and tasty. But unfortunately it is not offering budget accomodation, the price is a bit high for general people.

Overall, this is an upscale and contemporary hotel with clean facilities and rooms. Entry level rooms are a bit small though. Breakfast buffet is fantastic with lots of live cooking stations and different variety of cuisines from around the world.

Exceeded my expectations on every level. The spacious lobby to the executive lounge, checking in was a pleasure. The suite is really huge amble space for my wife and i. Wide variety of menities are given. We also have the international dinner buffet, spoilt for choice. It had Japanese, Chinese, Western and Indonesia stations. Very high quality food. Tastes great. The service from every staff we met and interacted was excellent. The hotel is also located right opposite a mall. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel has the 5 star vibe. Well decorated and cleanliness that is well maintained. The breakfast has a lot of varieties. Staffs are all friendly and professional. Location is just next to Grand Indonesia Mall. Offers Pillow Menu too.

Nice hotel — good service and the name recall of staff is pretty impressive. Bed and pillow were super comfortable but room was a bit tired. The Back Room Bar was 'interesting'. Normally not a fan of a hotel buffet but this one was great (both breakfast and dinner)

Another Pullman for me, this time in Indonesia. Fantastic location and fantastic staff. We came for the New Year's Eve party and was not disappointed. The staff put on the most amazing event with a live Dj and balloons and various stalls selling traditional Indonesian dishes. The deluxe room with interconnecting room is spacious and well presented. The swimming pool is nice and cold. The breakfast is amazing. The executive lounge my favourite in Asia. So many helpful and friendly staff. I really love this hotel.

Check in experience with Sian was first-rate. She is an asset! Warm, friendly, articulate and informative, she was able to assist me in finding all the places I needed to visit on my business trip. Very grateful she was on duty! Your staff at breakfast, housekeeping and in the bar were all extremely helpful and customer focused. Excellent team. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast selection was second to none. Thoroughly enjoyable stay from check in to check out. Thanks!

The hotel and service are lovely, but the whole experience has spoiled the fact that at check-out on October 11th from the hotel I have not been returned a deposit of $400. Today is October 14th and the deposit has not been refunded so far. I am disappointed with the attitude towards the hotel guests.

This Hotel is brilliantly located in the center of town and has some of the most amazing facilities. Staff is super friendly and attentive. I could not rate it less than 10/10. Well done guys. I'm definitely coming back.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, always for business. I spend a lot of time travelling around the world, and stay in a lot of hotels — you get fussy about the small things when you travel a lot, because they are important. I love this hotel. Everything is really first class — the rooms, staff, services, restaurants — everything. It simply is the best hotel of anywhere in the world that I stay.

From the moment I stepped into Pullman, the reception was fantastic you will feel like a guest of honor! Really! The check-in was a breeze, the hotel room is modern, well decorated and the bed, pillows are so oomph! The break fast spread was excellent! Location is within short walking distance to restaurants, Skye bar, etc. You'll never feel left out! I told my peers that if I ever come to Jakarta again, I'm gonna stay in this Hotel again!

This is my second stay in Pullman Thamrin. I reached the hotel at 4pm and the room is not ready yet. I waited until 4.35 to get my room. I remember I told them I wanted a smoking room, but it does not have. The next day, they promise they will give me a smoking room. However, I need to wait until 4pm to get one. The location is good. It is near Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. The breakfast is awesome. The facilities like swimming pool, hotpool in the Changing Room is good.

Stay at the hotel was awesome! love the pillows and bed. It is so comfortable. Breakfast is fastantic, with my favourite blue cheese with bread and sparkling water served in the buffet spread. However, the coffee need more improvement. Cant really taste the coffee bean. Overall, I love staying with Pullman. I will definitely come back if I have the chance to go to Jakarta again.

Superb hotel. Service provided was excellent. I went out for dinner immediately after checking in and upon my return, they still remembered my name. I'm so happy that I'm still a Gold member of the Accor group. A real pity that I've been downgraded from Platinum due to a halt in travels for a year or so. Back to the experience. The concierge were ever ready to assist in informing the taxi driver on your destination. What really impressed me was that upon my return, they actually remembered my destination and asked for my review. Terima kasih, Pullman Thamrin. I'll be back in August. See you guys again.

Some interesting parts to the hotel but unfortunately it came across as a rather sterile environment that shoots above it's station. Shame.
