Pullman's purpose appears to be to create a funky modern chic environment for business and pleasure simultaneously. Its design succeeds in this aim, from the signature fragrance in the lobby, to the unique artwork in the hallway to the elevator, to the unintuitive controls for light and water in the guest rooms. Unfortunately, as an enjoyable hotel, the design fails due to many small uncorrectible annoyances that serve no artistic purpose. The rooms are small (not much bigger than an NYC hotel), made worse by the decision to put the shower in the center of the room. The sink and faucet are misaligned; if you turn on the water fully it will splash out of the sink. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors if they speak any louder than conversationally. The hallways always smell like Jakarta smog, even if the air quality outside is perfect. That said the hotel has a lot going for it. Everything works. The staff is excellent. The restaurant and pool are top notch. Every room has a great view. Having the central park shopping mall next door is extremely convenient. But I wouldn't stay here again.

This place really have a great concept and decorations. Love the painting, Eco friendly. So Clean, bed it's so cozy, too bad they don't have bath tub. Very friendly staff. (From the reception, concierge and their security so polite) But, it said soundproof wall, but I still can hear the noisy voice from the ceiling… Very close to the Central Park Mall. Over all, it's a wonderful experience to stay there. Thank You Pullman for the hospitality.

Secure, well maintained, good trained staff, mall next door, huge variety of food available within 5 mins walk. If you are in west Jakarta this is an excellent hotel. Can get busy on the weekend with weddings. Trendy fit out. Glass shower can be intimidating but over an exceptional hotel for the price. Highly recommended.

The meeting set up is an amazing. There's certain theme or decorations that changed in every coffee break. I love this hotel. I think it should be the best hotel in this jakarta area. And not only meeting set up but also when I was having lunch. All the waiter and waitress were so thoughtful. The will serve you by knowing before you asked.

By far the best meeting experience I ever had. They went above and beyond to ensure that the meeting was far from boring, with thematic coffee break and a lot of surprises on the table. I'm sure it was not easy and it took a lot of effort to prepare it, therefore my deepest appreciation and gratitude for everything that you did for us. It certainly warmed our heart and made our day. ❤️❤️❤️

Location : excellent location at central of Jakarta. Next to Central Park mall and walking distance to Neo Soho Mall Room : stayed at executive floor with king size bed. Bed was comfortable. Pillow quite soft to my liking. Prefer “harder” pillow. Room is clean, however the room cleaning service was not prompt. Internet : free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. Executive lounge : great place to chill out and have business discussion with free flow of drinks (alcohol included) and some light meal. Can have breakfast here which is reserved for those staying at executive floors and will have personalize service Breakfast: had breakfast at 2 places. Executive floor had less variety but more service oriented. The main dining hall for breakfast is more of choices. Gym : is small, but almost complete since not many utilize it. Spa : they have this service, but on the high side.

I was on a business trip for four nights at the hotel and had one of the executive rooms including access to the Lounge. The room was outstanding, the service Impeccable. For me, The Pullman Central Patk was one of the best about hotels I have had in South Asia. Would come back Anytime. The direct connection to the mall is also a big plus.

Nice hotel. Polite and friendly staffs. Some of the things need to be maintained properly otherwise it will look run down. The sink in the room cracked already. Cleanliness needs to be improved to bring to it's early days when the hotel just started opening it's door.

Security at the door is very strict, because there have been terrorists trying to break into the hall is small but there are many art rooms super large and spacious, the wardrobe has dumbbell and yoga mat xd 12 floor breakfast bar The scenery is very good, the environment is quiet, the food is also good.

Excellent amenities, very friendly and kind service for 5 days stay. Wide choice of delicious breakfast from different places of the world. As always, wonderful people to serve ready to serve. We really like the location next to a first-class shopping center and restaurants. It is not too far from the airport. We stopped together, stayed at Pullman Central Park from 2011, however, it is clear that the rooms are dated and dated. It takes some time to warm up the water when the shower. The floor of the bathroom board is no longer on the same level. However, the service remains at the highest level.

Rooms are of very decent size. Beds are huge but pillows are a bit too soft. The mini bar is quite confusing. Some will have nothing, some with no alcoholic drinks and some comes with beers. The location is next to a big shopping mall with a lot of choices for food.

Great hotel for staying, either for business or vacation. Located literally beside one of the biggest shopping mall in Jakarta, not so far from airport, and the ambience of the hotel was great. Definitely will come back again!

This luxury hotel hotel is located only two minutes walk away from Central Park mall. This hotel offer you great accomodations and choices of delicious food. All staffs are helpful and friendly. Another interesting part of this hotel is the spa. I tried Vichy shower which is relaxing, a spa without any hands touches the body but replaced by water. Amazing experience.

Hotel yang sangat nyaman untuk staycation, meeting atau workstaycation. Pelayanan yg sangat ramah. Fasilitas yg sangat memuaskan. Makanannya juga lengkap banget! Ada yang non halal maupun halal. Dari Western, Japanese sampai Indonesian food juga ada. Aman, karena semua lantai menggunakan access card. Samping mall jadi memudahkan untuk shopping, tinggal jalan kaki aja.

Nice and cozy five star hotel located within Central Park complex. A great Accor hotel. Collage all-day dining serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ala carte or buffet.

Location is excellent as the mall is nearby. Room is clean and big. Breakfast is great. Will stay again.

Great assortment of food for breakfast, sauna gym and the swimming pool was quite nice too. The rooms are spatious and it's nice that it's located beside SoHo and central park mall. The downside is the severe traffic congestion at the roads outside ofnit.

Clean and good service. The staff was polite and speak very good English. Room equipped and great location close to the mall. Mr. Frans is the one of the staff who is always welcome and provide useful information for me. Bellman team is very helpful Banquet team is very professional and always there when you have any technical problem with your it devices. F&B service team is the best. During my stay I am willing to have breakfast at hotel restaurant even it more expensive than outside but with the excellent service, I choose to have all meals in hotel. Thank you for your hospitality. It was great stay.

Fabulous. I got a free upgrade to a suite and it was mind blowing in everyway. From the bed to the bath to the home theatre it was awesome.

Wait too long for check in, so many people wait for check in, but just 2 staffs in the receptions. The process of check in also use many time. Besides, we check in at 2:30 p. M. But the room still not ready. Make my boss very angry for waiting here.

This place is very nice tobe choosen as one best hotel. Amazing landscape surrounded with excellent building connected with phenomenal new soho bridge.

Funky interior decor. Conveniently located in Central Park. The rooms were big and spacious. Gym was also well-equipped. Staff were nice and friendly, always helpful.

We stayed one night. As soon as we arrived at check-in we had problems; waited more than an hour and a half for the preparation of a room. The receptionist told us that they had other priorities. So we customers were not important, and especially not priority. Yet they were well paid and waited patiently for 1 h 30 min. When they saw me shake me, the front desk Manager tried to calm tt apologetically and willing to offer me a lunch in their restaurant. I refused and explained my dissatisfaction. She confessed that the check-in was not successful and that this was certainly not worthy of 5 stars.
5 stars? The rooms are badly designed. Toilet and shower room especially dirty and weird. Mould and mature them damaged. Value for money? No don't go ds hotel.

Have been with accor advantage plus for 3years, but this stay is quite disappointing. The hotel was pleasant, free hammam and gym, welcome drinks, but some incidents quite stained its stars. The day of the check in, I clearly told the reception that I had one car parked. She told me she would note it down. But at the day I exited from the parking lot I had to pay 61, 000. I returned to the lobby while my brother waiting in the car, the concierge scrutinized my Id and the parking ticket, took some good time after it had cleared. Finally told me it was okay, I went back to the parking exit door, and I still got charged 61, 000 rupiah (we even involved in a heated argument with the parking employee). We were finally forced to pay. Second incident, when I tried to use their all new Apple computer (s) downstairs (not the one in the business lounge) they asked me my Id, and the employee had to sync the keyboard and mouse (that went unsuccessfully) for over 10minutes. They might as well put a good old usable pc if they are afraid of theft. At least It can still be used by the customers that actually need it. The hotel is okay, needless to say, their bedding might be one of the best in Jakarta. But 5 stars? I don't think so. This is hospitality business, not King Koil's.

It was relaxing. All of the staff were very friendly and made our stay as enjoyable as possible. We thoroughly enjoyed the executive lounge and all of its benefits. The room was clean, large and well equipped. The only thing we found that surprised us was the cost of having laundry done. It was quite high compared to other hotels in Indonesia. The rate seemed as high as being in Australia.

I just returned home from a trip to see the total solar eclipse in Palembang. The entire trip was a wonderful experience. While we travel extensively, we have never been to Southeast Asia before. But enjoyed it very much. As part of the trip, we stayed at the Pullman Jakarta Central Park. I want to tell you how much we enjoyed the accommodation. We were extremely well cared for in every way, and our stay in the accommodation was one of the highlights of our trip. I want this survey to show that we had a very, very satisfying experience with the Pullman. Thank you again. We don’t plan on being on that side of the world in the near future, but when we return we hope to see you and enjoy your hospitality.

My overall experience (when staying) for two nights at Puilman Central park was great; I am very satisfied. BUT, the restroom at my suite (suite number 1210), please have the maintenance guy check on the door, somehow it made some noises like some screws were not tight enough on the door. Thank you.

Everything in this hotel are nice. Great garden view and nicely decorated rooms. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

A comfy hotel adjecent to Central Park Mall which makes it convenient for a stay and shop visit. The place is very clean with a contemporary feel that always accompanies a Pullman Hotel. Facilities and other amenities are top-notch and should fulfill your needs for both business or pleasure. The rooms are a tad bit small for my liking, but is spacious enough for a family of two. The placement of the shower stall in the middle of the room enclosed with a glass window is a bit odd as well. I guess we can chalk this one up to "Pullman". The breakfast buffet is one of the highlight of staying here. The variety and quality of the food is excellent. The price is reasonable relative to the quality. It's a definite WIN. Great hotel. I rate it 8/10 overall.

We have really a nice conclusion to our trip happy and have the Pullman Central Park booked, since we are already in several Pullman Hotels have slept and therefore standard rated. Upon arrival, it started already. You have to handle their own Luggage from the Taxi carrying, by the X-Ray-Scanner slide and then further into the Lobby wearing. Us was initially a room, which is totally old. The carpet was everywhere at the edges of the floor cracked, the grout in the bath / shower were brown, all fixtures stained and loose in the shower and also the furniture was totally vermackt. The assigned room looked only half as old, but had no charm and reminded more of a 3 star Hotel. Even the blankets were full of holes. As we have for less than half of the money is significantly better in Indonesia usual. Never would we here again want to sleep. In a 5-star Hotel is a must for just all agree, this is miles and miles away.

Been staying here twice via guided tours. But for a supposedly luxurious hotel, this hotel is quite average.

Stay pullman 2night with family and so happy ending.
