This is my second time stay at NEO MELAWAI. Everything was excellent just like I've been there before. Except the pillows is not the same as my expectation. Thanks to the night manager and security guy who gave the quick respond of my complaint. This will be my hotel if I want to stay again. Good job, neo hotel melawai!

Several times stayed at this minimalist & budget hotel. Nice rooms with sufficient space, if you travel with lots of bags and suitcases, I'm afraid the room's space can't accommodate. Had ifthar and sahur meal, great choices of food and beverage to pick it up. Unfortunately, the breakfast choices of menu are not varied as it used to be.

Overall the hotel was good. Staff are friendly. Wi-Fi is excellent and fast. Breakfast was acceptable. Did suggest to include cheese in the menu. Location: Close to 2 Malls (Blok M Plaza & Square). Dislike — Mosquito in the room and toilet. Had difficulty to sleep due to mosquito bites.
