Good location and mostly great services the staffs is nice and helpful.

Staff were friendly and attended to the needs of the customers immediately. Rooms were clean and the surrounding area of the hotel (and the hotel itself) was peaceful. Good thing that they have the water dispenser, easy to dispense hot and cold water anytime.

I just checked out from Aston Rasuna. I had a very nice experience here. All facilities availiable. Very nice staffI will give 100% marks. Thank you all staff.

Amazing stay. Feels like home. If you are lucky to get the top levels check out the views. Also please hunt every corner. Coz few rooms have additional balcony in the bedroom. I don't know about the price of stay since it was booked by the company. But this should be a really expensive one. I enjoyed my stay there. The staff is amazing. They remember your name and greet you every day. The complimentary breakfast had lot of options as well.

Its pretty bad for the price. I moved out after three nights out of 31 I was supposed to stay. Location is great but everything else is really poor. Dirty bathroom, internet not working in bedroom, not enough wall electricity plugs. Shower had no pressure, bidet shower was leaking. Room window blind was not working. Most of the things that matter at breakfast had finished, especially on weekend. On exit the bell boys were missing and security staff had to do bell boy job. Room layout is not good, there are many better options at same price in the city. Highly recommend not to go there.

An excellent place with a wonderful view from the balcony / windows. Well kept rooms. Comfortable furniture. Had a wonderful sense of comfort staying here. Wish they provided one or two vessels for boiling water or at least an electric kettle. I could not find any. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay in total comfort in Jakarta.

What began as a conveniently located hotel with basic amenities slowly became a nightmare. Don't let the pictures fool you — the rooms are not well maintained, and service has to requested. The fittings are dated and badly need an update. The shower area in my room was designed for a child, because a normal sized adult cannot shower in there with the curtain closed… unless you like the shower curtain clinging to your body while you're wet. The in-house breakfast is ok, but the waiters hover around to clear your food the minute you step away to get something else. Sometimes they will even take your plate while you're on the phone! The worst part of my stay was when the air con stopped working. Had to wait for almost an hour for the technician to try and fix it, and then was told I need to move to a different room. Had to repack all my things late at night and move. The new room I got looked slightly better, but it was too good to be true. The fridge wasn't working, and so I couldn't move my food from the previous room. Technician and the manager suggested I put my food in the freezer section which for reason seemed to be working. I don't know if they know the difference between putting food in the freezer and cooler sections, but suffice to say I almost lost my temper when they alternatively suggested I keep my food in the other room. The air con in the new room isn't great, and it points away from the bed. Stupidest placement for an air con I've ever seen.

Excellent location. 18 towers connected with a podium with swimming pools, gyms, jogging track et al. I stayed in apartment provided by Aston for around 4 months. Very friendly staff and good food. Rooms are hygienic and good. Not very flamboyant though. Swimming pool view rooms are best.

Quite. Familiar … good services. Breakfast was better than another hotels around. Taman Rasuna area with all facilities there is very good location to stay in Jakarta.

Some part of the hotel quite ages, such as lift, bathroom, bedroom. Cleanliness should improve. The resepcionist is quite good.

This is very good place with top amneties. You have Gym, Swimming Pool, Spa and nearby shopping. Food quality is good, specially the Breakfast.

The place is a bit old. However it is still pretty cozy. The good thing is there's a lot of option for food in the surrounding area.

We are currently staying in 2 bedrooms unit until Sunday. The staff are friendly. However we don't enjoy the room. The quality of the room is not the same as the pics shown. Although it's quite spacious, the unit is old and the bathroom is a no no for a hotel, old and not spotty clean. I minimize my visit to the bathroom because of low international hotel standard. The walls and all needs some refreshment. The second bedroom has a musty smell. We are supposed to stay here again next week but reconsidering to find another more maintained hotel.

Cozy, family friendly, (and surprisingly still in reasonable price range) apartment in the middle of Jakarta's hustle and bustle. Literally minutes from anywhere (assuming no traffic :) ) ) Particulary loving the big park with 2 swimming pools in 5th floor. Always a blast to go down there with the kids :) )

Best place to live in Jakarta. They provide all kinds of amenities like gym, swimming pool, basketball, walking area, super market, and the best part is the beautiful view of Jakarta Selatan.

Very spaciuos room/suites. Two bedrooms with a lounge and kitchen. In essence a small apartment. Great for and extended stay and for working in. Hotel facilities make it very easy to, meeting rooms and restaurant provide a excellent service.

Location is excellent. Food is equally good. Rooms are fairly ok. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is huge. Excellent spa facility that too till late night. Decent value for money. Staff is very humble and good.

Reasonable price and location in city. Go to Aphrodite or Liquid Exchange (3 minute walk) for good food and a cocktail.
