I like to stay in Harris FX sudirman, the room is clean, cozy, the bathroom is clean, 47th floor is thr highest and the view is sooo stunning. Recommended!

Hotel yang cukup unik karena harus masuk mall dulu dan kurang penanda jalan jadi harus tanya2. Biasanya kalau hotel dalam mall petunjuknya jelas harus lewat mana. Pelayanan bagus, banquet sigap, sayangnya makanan standar. Terima kasih.

For three stars hotel, Harris hotel FX excellent, in term of location and or services. It is just steps away from Gelora Bung Karno where Asian Games 2018 was held. I live it's coffee shop ATA 5th floor next to Eat and Eat FX.

Nice hotel, with clean, modern and adequately furnished rooms. Good business hotel. One drawback is that the thumping vibration from the disco on the 8th floor can be felt throughout the night (was on the 11th floor) but not the noise. Wi-Fi is good and the TV channel selection is great. The location is ideal for reaching most places within Central Jakarta, subject to the city's legendarily awful traffic. But it's not far from the soon to be completed MRT, so travel should be easier in the future.

Stay at this hotel last time for a business event nearby. They have small swimming pool with beautiful view of Jakarta's skyscraper. Quite comfortable.

Great place to stay for business travel, central and convenient, rooms are spacious and has amazing natural light from the full height windows. Only downside — the elevators, different lifts to access your room and the breakfast cafe. When there are 2 elevators serving the hotel levels and you're on the 45th floor, that's a painful wait. Wi-Fi is the room was pretty weak as well, but usable for light work.

Nice choice for corporate meeting or an appointment with clients. Delicious food with well designed restaurant.

Room is not good as the first time I come back in 14. I guess it's not well maintained. Location is good tho, really as the middle of the city with plenty restaurants choice downstairs.

Just visit this place for meeting, but the foods are really good! I think only this hotel which serve a machine coffee for a coffee break, that's really awesome!

Poor maintenance. You can hear noise from room next door. Elevator is very slow. The only good thing is its location.

Clean and good sized room, nice view of the city from 45th floor. The breakfast buffet has plenty of choices, the pool is a bit small but well maintained. Didn't try the gym and kids club but they're look great as well.
The aircon in my room sometimes turned noisy, and the room service menu is pricey. Don't worry, there were lots of restaurants to pick for dining down at the mall. Overall is good and will love to come back sometime. Go Orange!

Clean nice are for business meeting, conveniently located above FX mall so finding food and shopping for necessities are easy.

Nice hotel with good view of Jakarta esp in the topmost of 46th floor. Standard breakfast. Located above FX mall, very convenient.

When I was here, I found Noisy air conditioner Hot water not function Some TV channel not clear.

Please update your Room Photos. It's our first staycation with my son, and we booked here because we saw the corner room view in the Suite rooms. But then we finally found out that the suite rooms are not in the corners. This was really disappointing since this was our first time holiday after 6 months of no staycation. Late checkout price is quite expensive. 25% of room rates.

For my first time out of the U. S. It was a good experience, the staff are very friendly and were on point for anything our crew needed! Only complaint it that it can be rather warm in the evenings, butI assume the turn it down at night time to save energy, If I ever make it back to Jakarta, FX will be my place to stay! Also I Love that the streets close on Sundays right in front of our hotel and everyone exercises or has a flea market!

If you don't mind spending money for accommodation, this is a very good hotel located in city center. Rooms are clean, simple but stylish. Staffs are friendly. It's located inside a shopping mall, so you can find many choices of dining places. It has 47 floors, so elevator wait may take time. If you mind about being on time for an appointment, you should consider elevator waiting time.

It's to bad, I have guest from Japan, and on Friday 3rd June 2016 I send to gift for him and received by reception Harris Suites, they didn't informed to my guest until his check out on 4th July 2016. Today I call to the reception and the answer is "maybe. The staff forget to informed to the guest", How come they not informed. It's very bad.

It's a convenient place to enjoy your shopping, food, and a lot of things but this room smells weird. I hate it. And I also feel smoking smell even though I asked to book non-smoking area.

Very nice hotel. The room was very spacious, bathroom really nice. I stayed on the 47th floor, having fantastic view over Jakarta. Rooms cleaned every day. The only disadvantage was that there was no breakfast, but the hotel is located in a shopping mall, so there is no problem to get something to eat in one of the bars, or restaurants located within. The staff was very friendly and helpful if anything needed. The gym and swimming pool are located on the 10th floor. So from the open pool you have view to Jakarta as well. The pool is quite large so if one likes to swim he can really enjoy the one. The gym was really ok like for a hotel gym.

Hotel is on top of a fairly nice mall (lobby entrance is at Ground Floor of the mall). The hotel-mall is in a good part of town and easy walking distance to the Pacific Place Mall. There's a Starbucks and Coffee Bean (from Singapore) on ground floor and some good restaurants too. The only downside that I experienced was that the front-desk processes are not streamlined, information is difficult to get, and there was a lot of confusion over simple things such as online booking, strange charging practices, credit card holds, and so on. In fact, this confusion alone will see me stay in another hotel next time.

Stayed 10 nights there. The hotel is new and has fantastic views. Rooms are very clean and the bed very comfortable. Some rooms are smaller than others but the bigger rooms are excellent. This is great value for money in a very central and convenient area. I would definitely stay there again next time. Free Wi-Fi in the room is a great added value. You have everything here for a reasonable price (In room safe/ fridge/ hair dryer/ coffee making facilities) The front office manager is excellent and tries very hard to make the guests happy. The reception staff are very polite and helpful but need some more training. For breakfast try Deli France in the plaza. They give hotel guests 15% discount and it's a good cooked breakfast. If you prefer continental breakfast try Dome also in the Plaza.
