Great Location in the middle of Sudirman & Kuningan. I am happy due this hotel very close with some Mall (Lotte Avenue, Plaza Semanggi, Mall Ambasador & Kuningan City). Good service and warm of Room. I will come and stay on my next trip.

Nice hotel, clean and inexpensive. Love it so much.

The roads leading up to this hotel are quite challenging as they are tiny and have a lot of turns. For the latter, the hotel provides ample signs. Be sure not to miss them. Parking is limited but car entrance is quite spacious. Service was great, staff are very helpful. Mind when you're parked behind another car though, I found out too late that my front bender took a hit.

Nice room and view, clean, and very cool room. Breakfast was standard but ok. One thing my membership did not check in to system unless I asked to FO team to do it. Because I would like to claim the discount FB based on stay. But overall it was a pleasant stay, staffs were very friendly and helpfull.

Good and cheap place to stay, but there was little crocoach in my room.

Service is good, foods are good and cheap, room a bit small.

So much temporal peace. It's like a hidden getaway from chaos outside Gatot Subroto. Felt welcome. Front desk ladies are so kind.

I love to stay here. I like their tasty breakfast, clean room and warm hearted staffs. If I have another chance, I will absolutely choose to stay here again.

Good location, clean property, good breakfast. The hotel need to have a routine deep cleaning and maintenance so it can still survive from the tough hospitality competition.

Small n no frills kind of budget hotel. Location is not on main street but if you're in Jakarta, have more than 1 option of street is a plus. Careful though if you're staying on weekdays the street can be crowded since it's an alternative street to avoid odd/even restriction street. Toiletries consists of toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo and soap is planted near shower. Not spacious but suffice for 2 person with medium luggage. Have more than 4 clothes hangers planted above luggage desk. For a budget hotel they offer water dispenser on lobby which is quite thoughtful. The dinner buffet is quite cheap for dining at hotel. The lacks are the view since it's blocked by building structure. So it's useless. Also their showers head is fixed but they don't give shower cap. Quite expensive for a budget but still within reasonable for budget hotel in main business district area and close to main street. Cleanliness need to be improved, towels is a bit smelly like it's too long hanging on a room and some tiles are moldy. Overall it's an above average hotel.

This Favehotel location is better, just in Semanggi, next to the high speed mouth. Standard room size is small, there is a safe in the room, there is no refrigerator.

Cheaper digs in the heart of Sudirman, the CBD. Excellent water pressure in the shower and a quiet neighborhood. ATM in the lobby of the apartment next door. Convenience store a five minute walk away. The breakfast is extensive and worth it.

Ruangannya kecil. Bersih, rapi. Colourfull. Chick n fun. Letaknya sgt strategis. Hanya tidak kedap suara… ga quite. Cocok untuk yg stay nya ga terlalu lama.

Tempatnya nyaman dan berada dipusat kota. dekat dg pusat perbelanjaan dan perkantoran. Pilihan yang tepat buat yang bepergian untuk keperluan bisnis namun sambil refreshing ke mall :)

A decent and reasonably well maintained hotel for the budget quoted. The location is not far from major shopping malls and amenities. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.

Fasilitas lengkap, harga bersahabat. minusnya kurang strategis.

Not bad for 3-stars-hotel. The staffs are really kind and helpful. The place is clean and comfortable. But the room access cards sometimes get error and the guest need to back-and-forth to the receptionist to recover the access. This is happen to many people when we stay.

The hotel is clean and not so noisy (it's not so near to the main road). The security and the front office staffs are so friendly.
