After having our flight delayed for 4 hrs due to the mount Agung eruption in Bali all we wanted was just to rest in a clean and comfy hotel room. When we arrived, the check in process was fast. Then the serial tragedy started to happen. When I enter the bathroom, there are stains everywhere. On the mirror, on the tap, white stains on the bathroom floor, thick dust on tissue box. We can easily tell it has not been cleaned after the previous guests. After complaining and asked for another room to the front desk, one staff (apparently from the cleaning department) came and asked what the problem was. I showed him everything. I even showed how easily the stains go just by wiping with damp tissue. He didn’t look happy. Anyway so we got a new room still on the same floor as before. This one is even worse. Stains on the linens! You wouldn’t wanna know where those came from. When husband complaint to that one staff from cleaning dept — since he was still on the same floor — he was being rude and grumpy and told us the hotel doesn’t do the laundry of their linens. It was not our concern knowing who does what as customers. Long story short the front desk guy helped us getting a new room on 6th floor. The cleanliness of the room is still far from perfect but it’s better amongst the two previous rooms so we took this one. Breakfast offered was okay. Not that many selections though. Make sure you get at the restaurant before 8 otherwise most of the food will be already gone.

Ideally located at the heart ofJakarta. Room space is big enough even for sholat jamaah for 2 or 3 people. Recommended for family as well.
