One of the best hotels in Surabaya! Despite relatively new hotel, it offers a great hospitality and services. The room is equipped with smart toilet, hair dryer, etc and the ambience was so nice! I also love the breakfast, it has so many options to choose. They also provide free shuttle to Mall Pakuwon. Definitely will go back!

Very nice hotel. Hotel lobby, room, security, swimming pool, restaurant, staff are nice. It even have kids play room near swimming pool and kids sitting area at the restaurant. The room is fairly big, shower and toilet are separate. Everything is nice here.

Everything is so nice, the room, the amenities, also the price. Nevertheless, the air conditioner definitely need a fix. Me and my mum slept in super cold temperature, have been trying so many times to make it warmer and it just couldn't work. Even there is a controller on the wall.

Absolutely no complaints. The view isn't exactly spectacular, but I don't think that's the hotel's fault. I did not have any of the food options, but I had a few cocktails which were superb. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. This is quite unusual for me, but I really don't have any critiques for the staff. Just an awesome job all around!

Very fancy. But if you want to go there by a motorcycle, you have to park it on the basement and there's no shorcut to the lobby from the basement. You must walk again through the motorbike entrance and go to the front lobby. But overall great ambience.

We stayed here with our little daughter and we really enjoyed the room. The staffs are friendly, the room is super clean, and we love the pool. Best location in town, since it is near our favorite shopping mall and restaurants.

I went to coral meeting room for my friend's seventeenth birthday. It's good place for meeting but not so much for birthday with a lot of people. Their foods and beverages… so-so. Not too bad or good. But it will fills your belly. I hope you can improve it. Bonus point for their restroom tho. Its futuristic and elegant.

I would definitely return again for the 5-star hospitality. Miss Made made it easy and was VERY helpful. The other staffers to were great! The only negative feedback was the toilet draining system, the water does not drain in the correct direction and will flood near the exit of the shower which made it slightly unhygienic. Everything else was perfect!

Walaupun hotel ini masih tergolong baru, namun tempat2nya bagus. Untuk ballroomnya cocok juga untuk acara. Selain itu, tersedia ruang ganti dan ruang make up khusus di ballroomnya. Makanan di sana cukup enak juga. Selain itu, tidak perlu bingung juga untuk mengantri lift, karena di hitel ini liftnya banyak dan ada escalatornya juga. Parkirnya juga tidak susah. Pelayanan di sana juga bagus dan karyaeannya juga ramah2 . Tempatnya mudah dijangkau, namun emang di daerah mayjend ini seperti yg kita tahu lalu lintasnya padat dan seringkali macet.

Hotel nya bagus, mknan nya enak2, pelayanan nya ramah plus tanggap dan cekatan. Kebersihan nya mantab. Great hotel comfort, clean and nice service. Harga kamar sesuai dengan kualitas dan pelayanan nya. Kamar mandi bersih banget, lobby nya nyaman untuk di buat duduk menunggu kendaraan.

It's new and trendy, a great place to hang for those who intended to do errands while you stay in Surabaya Barat. The food was excellent, the service was excellent. We loved our stay here.

209 Dining located on 2nd floor which provide a buffet dining experience for the guest. Offers wide range of food from Western, Chinese, Italian and also Japanese. Love the cauliflower soup, Avocado mousse and Thai Beef salad. Good ambience and environment and can be quite crowded when this place is booked for occasional event. The parking area can be difficult to get as they have limited space.

It's a mixed experience for me. We were checking in with the big group, the check in process is quite good. I was staying for 4 days (3 nights) but the most UNPLEASANT experience is I was putting 1 jacket into a laundry on the day 1 in the afternoon and hoping that the day after it will be finished. Unfortunately until day 4 when I was about to check out, I was still NOT received my laundry back in the room. I was calling reception and ask where was my jacket? This is day 4 already and I was about checking out. Then a hotel staff came delivered my jacket and giving me the receipt, I said Thank you. Because it's a bit late I decided just to wear that jacket as an outer then I was taking out my jacket from the plastic cover, then somehow I realize that my jacket was not being washed / laundry as it's supposed to. The hotel laundry staff DID NOT washed / Laundry my jacket but they LIE instead. This is not acceptable. If you happened to be forgotten to do the laundry please just say so & apologized but not LIE & CHEATING to your Hotel guest.

Staff are very polite, serve with smile. Room is decent size and clean. Breakfast is tasty with many variations. Check out the huge crystal lamp at the reception, beautiful and extravagant!

We had dinner at 209 dining.
For me, The buffet is way better than the other 5star hotel in surabaya. But the minus point was when we came a little bit late, the fav food like lobsters were run out and they changed it with bacon. The first time serve bacon had different taste with the second one.
So my suggestion for you who want to eat at 209 dining, come early and don’t be late or you will miss all the good food.

209Dining might be the best buffet restaurant in Surabaya, in terms of choice, quality, but not their service. Their buffet is rotated based on that day's theme: either seafood or 'meat'. We came for their seafood buffet and were surprised by the extensive choices. Their smoked salmon, salmon en croute, and sashimi were my favorites and the quality was beyond my expectation. But by the time my family ordered their lobster, the staff told my parents that it was sold out, while they served it to the customer that came right after we ordered it.

The hotel is so cozy, with lots of entertaiment such as pool, gym, kids corner on the same floor with the Chapel also. Breakfast was so delicious and many variants. Lunch and dinner at Vasa hotel also yummy and worthed it. Just love all the foods at Vasa restaurant for sure.

I just have lunch at 209 dining restaurant. They serve international buffet menu. The taste is quiet good. But they usually full book at lunch an dinner. If you want to dine in there, I suggest you have to book first. If you bring your kids, you can let them play in their kids playground at 5th floor but careful it's beside the swimming pool. But their playground is quiet big and they have so many toys.

Lagi nunggu ujan deras,,, well hot tea is good, lobby bagus,, tp saran aza bukan rasis. Harusnya yg bagian pintu x ray depan gak pilih2 guest jika mau masuk. Jd yg berkulit putih gak disuruh masukin tas ke xray,,, yg berkulit tdk putih diperiksa,,, next time jgn begitu, bukan berati beda warna kulit gak bisa bayar. ☺️

4 star hotel (as far as I notice currently) located at West of Surabaya. Very close to the toll exit/entrance which provide easy access to/from airport. Just beware of the rush hour because the traffic become really bad. Strategic location if you are looking to explore local foods or international foods nearby. Room is clean. They are currently renovating 29th to 36th floor currently and will be available soon. I will stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

New hotel in west part of Surabaya. As per October 2017, there are still finishing the parking lot. The hotel is completed, and they have nice restaurant inside perfect for family or larger group gathering. The food is quite delicious too.

The breakfast buffet far below expectations for a 5 luxury hotel.
Some tasted have MSGs on it and too salty.
The bakery section on the buffet sadly dissapointing for the quality.
During weekend with an event held at the hotel, the 209's staffs like too slow to recognize the food out in some sections. …
The high chairs were fancy but have no table on it, so young kids tend to jump from the chair!
The parking lot seems unsafe especially if we bring young kids.
The TV cable have low pictures quality.
My room have no pillow for the corner sofa.
The room fridge so frustrating and annoying, I was bought cool drinks from outside, keep in the fridge and after a while it become warmer. It's a big issue for this hotel.
The swimming pool not so clean. It has sand or something like grits on the pool's floor. And last night I found one of the pool's floor tile is off. And the changing room, it's slippery!
The lift was hot, and when it's almost full you'll sweating in no time. And why everyone can access the lift? Thank you for the staff's hospitality and the comfy bed and pristine squeaky clean hotel (i don't sneeze at all)

Great architectural design, delicious breakfast. Nice gym. Unfortunately the hotel is still on development, so expect many dust and noises every here and there.

Hotelnya bagus, luas, toiletnya modern. TAPI parkirannya payah pake banget. Belum siap untuk dipakai. Lift hanya tersedia di lantai 2B, sedangkan parkirnya (saya) di lantai 5. Payah!

Well, I'm not staying at this hotel, I just go to the chinese restaurant and it turns great. The service is very nice and friendly, food also delicious & has an ellegant display. Enviroment and atmosphere in this restaurant is nice and comfy.

A luxurious hotel in Surabaya. Spacious and tidy as it is a new hotel in town. You have your own big size bed, sofa and a Harman Kardon wireless bluetooth speaker inside your room. You can find various kind of menu for breakfast. And the staff always helpfull. A comfy place to stay.

New 5 Stars Hotel at West Surabaya. Developed by Tanly Hospitality. Elegant hotel, very complete facilities, the food is also very good. My only complain is just the unfinished parking area.

It has good and cozy interior. Friendly staff. Bukber has a lot menu and good taste.

This is our first stay in Vasa Surabaya. My wife and I stayed there for four days. Our first impression of the hotel was the warm welcome. The hotel is clean, staff was always polite and helpful. Location is very strategic to the west surabya and easy to get to the freeway. Our only downside was the pool area. The water wasnt clear and it needed more shade. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel. John from Australia.
