Kamarnya luas. Nice view. Easy to looking for some meals, beverages, snacks. Near supermatket, office supplies, etc.

The place is near university and I love the dormitory for girls (i live here for 4 years and the staff of dormitory is fast and kind)

This is cozy and strategic apartment and hotel ✅ 24 hours frontdesk ✅ cozy and clean room ✅ 24 hours security guard ✅ near starbuck and groceries and aphotec center ✅ easy to get taxi ✅ cheap booking via traveloka . need some imporvement in ⛔️ towel need change, white is become brown ⛔️ lift is needed security card, we need to ask security every want to upstair.

I have inconvenience experience in this hotel. I asked to receptionist there, but they didn't look friendly. They were not helpfully even talk inconvenience to me when I asked about my friend package, bcuse my friend kept in receptionist. They should to welcome and give a nice service to any guest friendly and helpfully bcuse they r work for public service. Management pls… take care of all ur staff.

Water heater, Wi-Fi, TV (local channels), swimming pool, bar, restaurant, kitchen stove & racks, etc are available. So close to campus. Starbucks, convenience store, and other restaurants/snack eatery are available downstairs. Big room and bed. Good food, especially breakfast. 9/10 would stay there again.

The room service is soo bad. It took 1.5 hours or almost 2 hours (making order on 5 PM) to get fried banana dan nasi pecel to be delivered to your room. The staff of the room service (a man) who took the order was not professional in answering the call and responding to the guest special request on the menu. Instead of explaining politely about their standard menu service, he reacted and spoke with a silly voice tone to comment about the guest's request.

Nice place to stay. Very recommended to book this hotel if you visit to surabaya. It is cheap but the facility more than I expect. There are starbuck, cafes and or restaurants at the ground floor. I would choose to stay here if I go to surabaya again.

Actually a nice and hustle-free hotel. Food was not so bad. Spacious room. Nice hotel crew. Well response. But. Book one deluxe king size bed room and turns out their standard for KING SiZE BED is an 160x200 bed which is a QUEEN SIZE BED not KING SIZE BED. Need more towel hanger in the bathroom. They don’t clean the room properly. They leave things on the TV table messy, they don’t clean the sofa and under the sofa I can still see dust. Too many ants.

Many food stalls at ground level and Starbucks only just steps away from its lift. They have gym and pool so you can still exercise while staying in here. You'll find dozen of restaurant and mini market around the hotel, also you can karaoke too in here.

According price, this is average hotel, clean. Hospitality. Having kitchen. Many foodcourt. The minus just when breakfast and narrow basement parking.

Rooms are without sound proof. Non-carpeted and also no sound proof windows. Basically my sleep was entirely disturbed. Get a proper hotel.

Snack tenant under this hotel apartment, good plaxe for quick byte, good place for wasting your time while your mouth is chewing.

I like the place because of close proximity to waru station. Other than that it provides a good breakfast with multiple varieties of food. It has a swimming pool. The rooms are clean an comfortable. However I found some ants coming out of nowhere while staying there for a night.

The first night of my stay, the lights out twice for more than an hour, there a women trapped on the elevator too. I'm surprise the hotel doesn't have a backup generator to support electricity. The place is clean, the air-con is fine. Too bad, it had stove but cannot be used. You can ask for extra pillow and towel, but not a blanket. It had safe in each room, a hot water, complimentary drinks (2bottle), tooth paste, soap, shower cap, you know, the standard. I stayed for 6 night and ate breakfast there. The food variety is limited to rice porridge, fried rice, white rice, stir-fry vegetable, chicken dish or processed meat. They have a small portion of omelette every day, made my order. They also have orange infused water as drink choice, very refreshing.

This hotel combine apartement and hotel room. The only deficiency is the lift that can only access one floor.

I'm so disappointed with the service.

I stayed at this place for 4 days and the service is quite good to us.
