REVIEW UTK APARTMENT WATERPLACE (TOWER C) FYI aja buat calon tenant Apartment Waterplace. Biar ga kaget. Air panas/water heater ga bakal bisa d pke lama. Kenapa? Elemennya itu ada “masa”nya jd harus d ganti katanya. Setelah di ganti (dan harus bayar ke pihak WP) ga boleh pke teknisi dr luar. Harga ganti elementnya Rp 800.000. Tahannya berapa lama? 4 bulan. Setelah itu kumat lgi, tiap nyalain air panas, listrik padam. Teknisi naik buat cek saklar doang paling cuma “oh iya nnti kami bicarakan sma atasan kami”. 2 minggu ga ada kabar. Begitu di tagih utk perbaikin, malah mereka suruh ganti baru lagi. Suruh benerin eh malah di suruh ganti elemen baru LAGI. Ganti elemen baru Rp 800.000 4 bulan doang tahannya. Jadi sengaja lah yahh gantiin elemen murahan, yang tahannya cuma 4 bulan biar tiap 4 bulan tenant d suruh ganti baru. GITU YA? Biaya Maintenance berapa? Rp 3.432.000 / 3 bln. Di suruh benerin barang rongsokannya, malah suruh kita bayar LAGI. Yeh. Jdi pikir2 dlu lah mau tinggal di sini. Mau pke air panas, 4 bulan aja. Klo mau pke lg, bayar lagi. apartment waterplace tower c, surabaya.

One of luxurious appartment with reasonable rate… The facilitues and cleaness is at high scores… My boys loved and felt comfortable staying here…

The room was comfortable and the facilities are well equipped, but the service was terrible. I was once asking for an additional cutlery and they said that, they don't have any. Even for a single spoon or fork. But, overall it's a nice place to stay.

We love this hotel, very very pleasant stay… The kids are very happy. We'll recommend this hotel to relatives and friends.

I often go here because my boyfriend's parent have 1 unit here. The service was nice, a lot of facilities that you can use like swimming pool, gym, ping pong, zumba class, yoga class, etc.

Value for money. Right accross a mall that link to the bigger mall. Super spacious room.

Ascott Waterplace is a serviced apartment unit with kitchen facilities. The units are clean and the staff are helpful. The apartments are in the centre of a new supermall where dining and shopping is plentiful.

Ascott waterplace have a great rooms and service. They are always greet a guest whenever we meet. And also the location of ascott hotel is so strategic.

My favorite hotel in Surabaya. Clean, modern, perfect, the breakfast had not many variant but tasty enough.

Nice apartments bit to dark inside because of small windows. Breakfast is not so good choices are small but also the dining room is a bit dirty. Service is okay. Staff friendly.

The location is very good because it's just across the road of Pakuon Mall, the room is very comfortable, and the services are very professional. We recommend to stay at this place when going Surabaya. Definitely will come back next rime we go to Surabaya.

Nice apartment hotel. Walk 1 minute to the biggest mall in Surabaya. A lot nice food there. Got almost everything you need.

Ascott Surabaya. Why I give you just 2 star instead of 5 star. 1. I booked from traveloka and there are no description or even explanation that I must deposit for 500K IDR. Yes I know, your place near PTC. But what if the PTC is closed too, say I check in at 11 PM. Go to Alfamart and the atm machine is broken. And I dont have credit card. So I must go search for ATM machine near your place. Where is the logic in it. Oh dude, you are big hotel. Why just receive deposit from direct money and credit card only and no debit card option. 2. I just know that the breakfast end at 10 AM. But im already late to realize it when I go to dining room at 10:30 AM. Even if you tell me at the receptionist 1 day before when I check in. Dude im busy man. How supposed I remember the breakfast end at 10 AM when you tell me 1 day before. After I just got back from dining room and get nothing to eat. Back to the room and see guest guidelines in the table. The guidelines say that breakfast end at 10 AM. Yet I found it after I search for 50 pages. Omg. Your way to tell information aint good. At least say something, reminder the guest in there. Either by phone call in the morning before breakfast. Make an explanation about it. Ascott you failed me. Bye.

Stayed for a night. Was very pleasant. The only let down was loud music on Sunday morning due to an event across the street.

Great facilities (fully equipped kitchen and washing-drying machine). Modern interior and huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Bathtub available in the master bedroom's bathroom. Located across PTC, Supermall and Pakuwon Mall (the biggest shopping mall in Surabaya). Breakfast starts from 5am.

Spent only 1 night here but its satisfiying! Very close to the mall across. U can go by walk for sure. The room very spacious and nice breakfast. For additional. U can get some discount to saloon nearby if you show your ascott roomkey.

I like this place, im so happy at here. This is a good place, good view and good service. I like that pool so much, so amazing design.

Really nice rooms, service and view… Only down side is I wad near the top floor and decided to look at the stairs. I then proceeded to get locked in the stairwell and had to walk all the way down… funny I know!

The close proximity to Pakuwon Trade Center is one of the nicest features. Rooms are clean, nicely arranged to cater for four people. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The place is very wonderful and convenient. There are many big swimming pools suitable for young children and adults. Thumbs up!

This place is the roof over my head for about 6 years. I love staying there. It is relatively quiet on week days although it can be crowded on weekends. The facilities are well-maintained, the staffs are friendly and always ready to help. I haven't had any significant complaint during my time there. Its close proximity to one of the biggest malls in Surabaya also gives major plus points, because you can find practically anything you would ever need simply by crossing a road. Add to that 3 bookstores in the aforementioned mall, and I am sold for life.

Such a wonderful place to stay… the staff was wonderful and genuine. The rooms were clean and spacious, the location was perfect. A great hotel for a business/family stay. My son did not want to go home he had such a great time and felt right at home. Thank you!

Best place for long stay in surabaya, next to supermall pakuwon indah.

A bit far from everything else but hopefully this will change when Pakuwon opens. Nice pool and lots of great food nearby. Lovely apartment but the amenities are constantly lacking — no slippers, no soap bar… but still the best serviced apartment in Surabaya. Good breakfast.

Nice apartments with large rooms. Wifi is sometimes problematic and need to increaae speed.
