It's a good hotel with good facilities.

View buatan oke. Persawahan, sungai mini dan taman. Banyak spot untuk anak, playground dan kolam renang. Mushola dan toilet oke. Rasa makanan standar banget, tidak sesuai harga yg relatif tinggi. Staf tidak komunikatif dan kurang ramah. Begitu masuk tidak dipandu harus daftar waiting list dlu untuk bisa duduk. Begitu dapat tempat duduk, harus rela terusir dan menunggu dlu. Waktu menunggu dan tanya2 staf tempat duduk yg kosong, dijawab tanpa melihat, sambil lalu, dibilang semua penuh (staf laki2 menjawab sambil mengetik dan tidak melakukan konfirmasi dulu). Padahal sudah banyak kursi kosong sedang dibersihkan. Akhirnya dapat tempat duduk tapi kepuasan sudah hilang karena pelayanan yang buruk.

Hotel di daerah Ungaran… dengan view dan taman bermain yang sangat luas… jadi satu dengan resto taman indah sari. Menunya variatif dan cukup bersahabat dengan kantong untuk kelas hotel… Enjoy Ungaran at wujil.

Good place, clean, worth the price. nice room for staying overnight or more. but there s limited choice to do some athletic activities. swimming pool are safe and child friendly (not too deep)

Pros : lokasi dan pemandangan bagus, kolam renang cukup oke dengan air mancur di ujung kolam. Cons : saat check in, kamar belum ready, kami pesan 4 kamar sampai harus menunggu 30 menit dr jam check in. Washtafel di kamar mandi ada kebocoran. Wifi sempat terputus, tp selanjutnya cukup oke. Makan malam di restoran bawah, ada menu yg tidak keluar dan bahkan belum dimasak, karena menu dan nasi lain sdh hampir habis, kami batalkan pesanan nya. Sarapan jam 9 SUDAH HABIS. Katanya akan direfill, namun kami harus menunggu sekitar 45 menit baru terisi kwetiau, nasgor, dan fillet ikan asam manis. Omelet pun harus mengantri karena tamu lain juga tidak kebagian sarapan. Tolong agar pelayanan dan kesiapan hotel diperbaiki. Sayang sekali tempat nya oke tp servis nya seperti ini. Dapat salam dr omelet.

Great services by friendly staffs, clean and comfortable rooms, balcony in every room, wide and beautiful garden with jogging track, swimming pool, cozy restaurant, luxurious hall… oh, don't forget to register tauzia privilege membership and get some discount, not only at this hotel but all hotels under tauzia management!

We spent a night at the hotel. Service was unimpressive. We brought some bags when we came at the lobby, no one help us. So me, my wife, and my two kids had to carry it by ourselves. Room was not large, food was average. The pool was nice though. It was spacious. Parking lot was convinience. Plenty of spaces, easy to park.

What impressed me the most are the service and (of course) the hotel itself. My in law's shoes were left in the room and we realized that one day after we left the hotel. We called the hotel and they promptly looked for the shoes, found it, then sent it to me to Jakarta for free. Excellent service! Stayed here for 3 nights and I loved the hotel. Check in and check out were smooth. The hotel looks new, it's clean, modern and well maintained. Room is spacious and elegant, the bed is comfy. There's a balcony too! And it's pretty spacious, so it's nice to hang out at the balcony. It has a nice park and playground. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back in the future!

I had a wedding here, the ballroom is big, and the hotel itself is excellent, it rated 3 star hotel but I found it to be a match for a 4 star hotel, and there is a beautifull park too, with fish pond, fountain, and kids playground, and they claimed to have a jogging track 3, 3 km long. The swimming pool is also fun for children. Finally when it comes to the price, you cannot go wrong if you stay here for vacation or create an event.

Great ambience, clean room, tasty food… one more star for location which is a bit far from a crowds.

This place is very cozy, and good for weekend getaway. They have a very large parking area suitable for large family to have holiday gathering. Also have kids playground indoor and outdoor area so kids will have good play time here. Good Quality toys so its safe for baby to play around in indoor playground facility. But some toy are missing Right now. In the Outside there is a pool that have water jet to play around with kids and the tile are safe and not slippery. But the water are very cold because they locate at the valey of Ungaran mountain. Over all its very refreshing to have weekend in here. And the room is clean the bathroom also clean very cozy. Welldone.

Great hotel with great ambience. Each room has balcony. Nice breakfast. Local shop that sell local coffee and merchandise also available. Polite staff. Why not 5 is because of the location. For vacation maybe ok but for working I don't think so. When you want to enter the hotel area from semarang city, you need to cross a very crowded street so it's kinda difficult and dangerous. But beside that, this is an awesome hotel to stay.

Great view, nice and quiet, modern design, unfriendly receptionist, it's a pity, so windy at night, prepare your jacket, delicious food.

The location itself is already comfy. I'm on wujil restaurant, ordering some food. The taste is good. Bun there is one food that taste weird. It isnt gone bad yet, but i'm sure it taste very 'old. ' Like its has been made yesterday, but it get warmed over and over. But others menu has been excellent for me.

Big place. Big parking spot. Great for family. Have children playground too.

It's a newly opened 3 star hotel under Tauzia Management (Harris Hotel Group). The car park are so spacious. Room is also big & it has balcony. Architecture & hotel interior are nicely done. The air outside is quite cool.
