Big NO NO! Service is quite slow, staff are unfriendly Putri, Elsa! They are so irresponsible!
The Aircon was not working properly but not a big deal to me. The toilet interior is modern and simple. Breakfast was bad.

A) Massive advertising Is False.
B) Bedsheets have blood lines and stains, not even washed.
C) Aircon All are in Poor Shape. Noise and not cooling. Booked 2 rooms and had to change both the rooms.
D) Breakfast is a turn off. Not recommended for Vegetarians. Food is not labeled and the lady is seen every few mins muching on the food that are on their table meant for staff.
E) Not given iron, water bottles. Some rooms have it and some dont.
F) Vehicle transport is not fixed. If no one leaves the hotel, dont bother them picking you from the Mall.
G) Phones lines are all spoilt.
H) Flies are in the dining area.
I) For the Pricing you can get a better hotel cheaper.
J) Bathrooms are in poor shape, cloaked up and wash basins in poor state.
K) Be carefull if you are a non smoker. People are smoking in the corridor whole day.
L) If you are fussy about cleanness, dont go here.
M) The places is far off from the mall. When they say 10 mins, its by transport which is hard to get. People can rob you.
