Petugasnya sangat ramah dalam merespon para tamu lainnya walaupun dalam proses mencari kamar kami pada saat yang sama. ^_^

Harmoni Suites Hotel is in the city of Nagoya on the island of Batam, Indonesia. The location of the hotel is a plus because it's close to everywhere. It is also less than 10 mins walk to the Nagoya Hill Shopping Center. There are at least 3 convenience stores and eateries located beside the hotel. It has 144 rooms for the guests. I like the room, it's big and very comfortable. Every room has personal mini fridge and electronic locker. The food is ready in the morning in buffet style and it's very tasty. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is so big and they also have billiard table on the lobby area. They have pretty good sauna. The poll is nice enough. It really felt like a 4 star hotel. Overall, I will come back here again in the future.

Good value for money hotel near walking distance to nagoya mall and other amnesties whiles costing less than Nagoya hill hotel. Good and friendly staff.

One of the best hotel in Batam, Indonesia. Great location and the staff are friendly. Gym, swimming pool, restaurant makes it more convenient. If u are in Batam u should check it.

Location wise was okay, walking distance to convenience stores. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but one of the bathroom was faulty and there was an air-con problem on the second day. Service was good for transportation wise, booking wise encountered problem about an additional bed to be added but wasn't provided upon arrival and was not provided in the end.

Recommended to all who love to have a comfortable stay. And all the staff and service very nice.

When I enter the hotel, I see the lobby and one word came through my out and the word is wow. The have a lobby with a artistic environment and the seats are so much comfortable. In double beds room they two key cards per room. The hotel security is so tight. If you haven't any key card, you can't control the elevator, u can't open the room corridor door and off course you can't open your room. The room's switches are all in a remote control. The beds are so much comfortable.

Great location, direct opposite nagoya hill and near local indo chinese food. Proximity to harborbay ferry terminal means no jam and can reach in 10 mins or less.

Nice rooms and good breakfast, pleasant staff. If you are a light sleeper better check where your room is, noise level is high on main road side. Smoking and non smoking rooms.

Awesome people, they help just out of the box even we were not staying in hotel then still staff offer Wi-Fi and chairs to sit. Great guy helped alot.

Nice hotel with good price. Staffs are friendly and hassle free check-in. Room is spacious. Breakfast provided is good with many varieties. Definitely Worth the money for staying there. Few minutes walk to Nagoya SC.

Pros: Large bedroom with a classic furniture. Bathtub available. Near 24hr restaurant such as KFC and McDonalds. The hotel is located in front of a large mosque and behind nightclubs. Cons: Sometimes the electricity went down.

The room looks classic but clean and nice. 24 hours KFC and Mcdonalds just beside the hotel and also the nightspots there. Overall a nice hotel to stay at.

I was with my family and stayed in the hotel on 24-26 nov 2017. It was a grate hotel with most of the facilities it had. Location was good, staff are very friendly and helpful, Wi-Fi is fantastic, very clean in hotel and room, hotel breakfast was good but need to improve on the rice coz it is too hard for singaporean. Maybe it can put in extra pillow in the room and also adjust the price of the massage spa as it was too high. Overall it worst it for staying there. I will visit this hotel again.

The hotel is located nearby nagoya hill shopping centre… rooms are big n clean… However I feel staff from the front counter should be more responsive. I was there on 10/11/17, ahead of me was a group trying to check in. One of the staff was assisting them. I was patiently waiting for my turn. I saw Ms Lulu (staff from the front counter) was standing there doing something. So I thought she was helping out with the big group check in… but to my suprise she wasnt… a lady from no where went to her n ask to check her in. N Ms lulu did… if she wasnt handling any guest from the start. She should have check with the colleague if theres any other guest who need to check in… this is my only disappointment…

Great location to nagoya mall. Good facilities in the hotel like gym and swimming pool. They even have free rental of dvd movie to play in the room dvd player.

Quiet hotel. Near to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall through back gate. Provided with pot, knife, chopping board, rice cooker, bread toaster, cultery, cup and dinnerware. Can cook inside the room. The room and bathroom are big.

A bit old but nicely maintained. About 5 mins walk to Nagoya shopping area. But have to cross 2 busy road.

Location is ok, about 5-10mins walk to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. 20mins away from Sekupang Ferry Terminal. Arranged for a birthday surprise and they did it well! Excellent service!

Service is good. It is clean and comfortable. With a mini kitchen in the room it's amazing. Hotel is cheap and situated near major shopping malls. Plus good food all around.

A nice night's stay for a group of 8 here for the very first time. The concierge is very friendly, helpful & courteous. They provided us with every information we asked for & acceded to most of to our requests. Thumbs up for their rooms, cleanliness, location & staff. I love the Bolster provided! The basic toiletries provided are almost complete except for shortage of a shaver. Location is very good, 5 to 10mins walk to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. Cons: The sound proofing is p…retty bad. We are able to hear the radio from another room & my friends conversation who stayed beside my room. The water heater is not working very well as we still felt cold when we took our shower at night even when we turned to the max. But the very next morning, the heater is working perfectly fine! Is there a timing for the heater? Anyway, we will come back again & hopefully the cons will be improved by then. Cheers!

Location is near to City center. Room is kept clean and service is generally good. Some staff do not speak English well.

I think this is a first cheating hotel, security measures very good on the elevator to play a room card, out of the elevator and a glass door also to play a room card, the price is a little more than 200 ringgit a night without breakfast, the pool is very clean but a little.

Strategic location a walk away from eateries and the mall. The room is clean though the toilet can be better. A good spread for breakfast menu and friendly service.

Looks dated but the rooms are clean albeit a slight musty smell. The breakfast selection isn't fantastic but you can cook in the room as an electric stove and microwave are provided.

Lots of bars nearby. Convenient place to stay in Batam. Free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast.

Hotel is not bad but our room located at level 2 the window one side cannot lock. And there is a foul smell in our room.

Is what you will expect a hotel would be. Surprisingly quiet compared to the location by the road side. Staff are very helpful, Ahmad zaki, Lulu, Al Afghani went the extra mile to deliver wonderful staying experience.

Satisfied with what the hotel has to provide. I will give it a consideration to book the hotel once again the next time around.

Loved the stay in Harmoni Suites Hotel! Staff were friendly, service was prompt, and had no problem communicating with the staff. Breakfast was really decent, and it is located very near Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. Great place to consider when visiting Batam! Most of the aspects exceeded my expectations, for the price paid!

Nice hotel and exceptional services. The music band is wonferful. They even have microwave and kitchen utensils for cooking. Good for long or family stay.
