This resort is stunning! I love their sustainability vision, the location is excellent, the food is delicious, the views over the infinity pool were stunning, I had such an amazing stay here, most evenings there is some form of entertainment, they even had dancers one night, the staff are friendly and professional. I can't wait to go back.

We were at the restaurant for lunch. Food is good, prices are rather high (but ok, it's a five star resort). View is amazing! And there is a lovely infinity pool right next to the restaurant. I love the architechture with a high roof and a lot of bamboo! Quite impressive! Staff was very friendly and attentive. Recommended, also for just a drink!

Stunning resort. Hotel: almost 100% sustainable resort, structure and quality of facilities is absolutely over the top. It’s located right on top of world-known Padang Padang beach, very good spot for surfers of every level. Rooms: we stayed in “ulin” room with ocean view and it didn’t disappoint. Right next to the ocean cliff and overlooking one of the two pools of the hotel, room was cleaned twice a day and shower, bed and A/C were fantastic. Breakfast: very good. Good selection of cakes and jam plus homemade yoghurts, very delicious. On top of it, pancakes and omelettes available upon request (no extra fees).

This is an amazing hotel. The view is stunning and the eco rooms are fantastic — I even love the concept of the air conditioner in the roof of the bed. The resort manager Eva made our stay and looked after us whenever we needed anything. Will definitely be coming back.

Very nice hotel, interesting concept based on a sustainable model. On the other hand, you should not be a smoker… at least that's my fault!
The rooms are beautiful, but a bit dark — no Windows so ingenious system of wooden shields.
The staff is a little pushy but very helpful and we will never get enough of the manager who has upgraded us. A dream holiday!

Excellent location, for couple, amazing view facing the sea, without direct access.

If you love to stay in uluwatu, I recomen this one. They have an outstanding cliff view with the ocean and sky followed.

Just amazing. Clear view of the ocean from the restaurant, 5 minute walk to Labuan Sait Beach, you can check the waves while having breakfast. Service and employees are super nice.

Fantastic hotel! I enjoyed every minute. I was reading the reviews of other travellers and came across with some interesting, funny facts. However I have to say this place can just get better and better with the excellent customer services we had experienced. There was nothing to hard to solve, I am not specially the easier customer ever from what I know but outstanding job guys! thank you, we will definitely be back.

Only giving it a one star because a zero is impossible to give. Terrible property. We booked for the holidays in December and because of health issues we won't be able to travel (I've been advised bed rest). Tried to cancel our booking but the hotel is charging us 30% (a lot of money on a 10 night stay during peak season), despite sending them medical certificates from doctors. One would think this counts as an exceptional circumstance and the hotel would show some consideration. We've tried calling the hotel endlessly but have had no answer. What hotel doesn't answer their phone? This is as far from 5* quality service as I have ever experienced. If you're considering this hotel, DON'T.

After traveling around Bali and surroundings, having stayed in many different places, we decided to return to this hotel as nothing even comes close to this place. The design of the property is outstanding down to the details in the lounge areas. It's really a piece of paradise. We had to move around rooms as the hotel was busy and we booked last minute, so we ended up experiencing all of their rooms (of different categories. ) All are fantastic though of course we preferred the ocean view villas :) It's still a new resort and they're making improvements on things like cocktail preparation, wine list (keep in mind that alcohol is very difficult to get into Indonesia) The managers told us that they're also looking into diversifying the menu as well. I can imagine that this place will only get better with time.

Great service, lovely views and serene sunsets! The huge plus is the hotel is 100% sustainable only using solar energy for its electric needs, no plastic, sewage flushes to the volcanic sediment which filters out the toxins, ohhh and it is right next to Padang Padang beach. A place I don't mind giving my money to for all of the above reasons… I'll be back (in my Arnold Schwarzenegger voice)

Insanely idyllic in every way possible, huge Eco luxe feel and intricate stories on how the place was created by its Belgian owner… the whole place is built with reclaimed bamboo & run on solar power… stunning views, epic beaches nearby. Some villas have their own pools… so you can enjoy added privacy if you want it… the manager Arthur (from Madrid) makes you feel as though he's invited you into his own home. Great food & wine. You can even enjoy wheatgrass shots, green juices and more — they serve alkaline & antioxidant water in your room… their menu is designed to cater for every nutritional need & take you to foodie heaven in the process. FYI their Chef used to work at Noma in Denmark… voted the world's best restaurant 4 years in a row by the San Pellegrino Guide!

Up • want little pampering? This is the place • spectacular view & great food with amazing service!

Amazing hotel. The architecture is a must see. The view on the Indian ocean is great. The room are also very well designed. Food is good and they have an outstanding musician on Tuesday/Friday. They also a very nice shop. I would definitely recommend this place. A special thanks to Beatrice.

Beautiful view and stunning location… service very slow while we were there as the 'best ones were away preparing for the busy season'… Rooms very simple. BYO toiletries… nothing provided except soap and shampoo + conditioner. Not even tissues. Very nearly got bitten by a snake walking up steps to restaurant/ bar area… all thanks to being a sustainable hotel. Gorgeous gardens and plenty of space and privacy if needed.

Amazing hotel! Every single thing is hand made and in a very exclusive way. The owner has a super taste. Swimming pool is a paradise with the heaven incredible view! Lucky and happy being here! ♡

This resort has a great eco-story behind it but the practicality of it all is a little off the mark. The bed air-con concept is great but needs to extend to the whole room for those hot days. Be wary as there are a LOT of ants on site which only become a problem if you have any form of food or sweet drinks lying around for more than 10 minutes. Apart from that, the food is great & the views are stunning.

Except for the good kind of fun. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. Smoking in the territory and in the rooms is prohibited.

BED BUGS! Upon checking-in to Suarga we checked under the sheets as we always do while staying at hotels and were surprised to see an infested bed. We informed the front desk who informed the manager and they offered to upgrade us to a suite which also had bugs in its beds. We immediately asked for a refund but were told that this was normal. Excuse me but having bugs in a bed is not normal. They tried to tell us they weren't bed bugs and that they were ants. Last I checked, neither type of bug should be in a hotel bed that customers pay a lot of money for. This wasn't just one or two either, it was disgusting. Instead of understanding and refunding us for our 2 night stay we were finally lucky to get 1 night refunded. Don't stay at this hotel. The manager is rude and said this isn't America and you don't get everything you want. Excuse me, but it doesn't matter where you are from, this is business, plain and simple. If you fail to produce a good or service that was expected, then you should make good on resolving the problem and if not then refund the customer. The end of our honeymoon was ruined as we had to travel to a new hotel an hour away and lose one night of hotel expenses that Suarga refuses to refund us. The managers excuse was that they couldn't resell the room. Sorry, but you shouldn't be re-selling a room with an infestation in the first place. Shame on Suarga. Beware of booking this hotel and any excuse they throw back for the bug problem.
