Hotel yang sangat bagus di daerah Jimabaran. Pernah mencobs menginap di Jimbaran Bay Beach Resort & Spa. Lokasinya cukup dekat dengan Cafe-cafe di Pantai Kedonganan dan Pantai Jimbaran. Fasilitas cukup lengkap, kolam renang lumayan besar, ada kolam renang dewasa dan kolam renang untuk anak. Menu sarapan pagi cukup bervariasi dan rasanya juga enak-enak.

Room is good but some are rather small & apparently family room is one of them. Unfortunately, it means there is no balcony as well. So nowhere to hang wet clothes & swimsuits. The beach is just across the street, so plenty if wet clothes.

It was a great experience in this resort. The rooms are well furnished and maintained. The breakfast they serve is absolutely fantastic. The staffs were very friendly and cooperative.

Good hotel, we got a complementary upgrade to a sea view room. Unfortunately these rooms are very noisy due to the ice factory fans next door that run 24/7. We spoke with the hotel manger and requested a room change back to our original room. The hotel catered to our needs and we had a great several nights rest. Choose the pool view room.

It is quite good place, and like other hotels in Bali and Indonesia, the hospitality is two thumbs up! The service is very good and fast. Receive welcome drinks with unique glass and cold towel to fresh you up. And also we get upgraded to suite room! Nice and big room with beach view. Thanks for that. Unfortunately, the room is not well prepare enough. The floor still dusty when we enter the room. The food, I will give 6 out of 10. I usually have a long breakfast time in a hotel, but here, I don’t want. The worst of them, the online cab is not allowed to pick us up in the lobby so we have to walk for about 500 metres (10 minute) to get the online cab. There are local cab but you have to pay 5 times! Not worth!

Very happening place with lots of space and ocean view seating arrangements with trendy crowd. Very well maintained and really great staff members with really adds to the overall experience. One of the best place to hangout and chill with friends and families throughout Bali. Give it a shot and you would not regret.

Fantastic experience! Exceptionally friendly staff, good food and very spacious, clean, well-appointed rooms. Very reasonable price for the area and charming facilities. Rooftop bar/restaurant excellent for sunsets!

Nice stay in the heart of Jimbaran Bay. Upgraded room before we reach the hotel. Clean room & good breakfast. Secluded yet beautiful specially the sunset view and candle-light dinner by the Bay.

It is very nice hotel for a reasonable price if you are from Europe or so… Rooms are nice and clean with AC, fridge, safe-deposit and hairdryer. People are always smiling and they will do anything you ask. There is nice big pool with a bar that offers all kinds of drinks. SPA is nice and clean with proffesionals taking care of you and there will be no awkward moment of "sexy massage" as this is out of question in this hotel. (I guess it can be a bad thing for someone :) ). Food is great as this hotel is in Jimbaran that is known for the best sea food. — — Minus of this hotel are that everything in here is 2-3x more expensive than outside and the 70m beach is dirty with a lot of plastics, papers and woods in the water and also on the shores but just in 10 minutes walk you will find nice and clean beach.

Hotel is located at the front beach of Jimbaran far away from any commercial area. Doesn’t live up to the expectation as a “resort” as I don’t get that resort feeling. Beach front is a public area but cleanliness is pretty bad. Room is clean, suitable for 2 person. No towel on first day of check in. Amenities are very basic but they are very generous with the complimentary water bottle of 4 per room Breakfast was a disappointment as I expected better. Swimming pool is small in my opinion Gym is so small that it can hardly fit more than 5 person. Spa closes very early at 10pm and last call is on 8pm. Walking distance to beach front overpriced seafood restaurants. Suggest go to the other side which is near Le Meridien Hotel beach front if you want to have Sunset seafood. Staff is very friendly. Uber / Grab drivers are not welcomed at this area as they have designated “paid” drivers waiting outside hotel and tourist will be charged a bomb. Getting a taxi is also a hassle as the fare are pretty steep. Having been to Bali many times, there are better hotels at better location for the same price.

Nice hotel with european standards. Only problem they have is sewers. When rains IT smells bad at the lobby and on front od the hotel. Very good, proffesional service.

We had lunch. Very good and very friendly staff.

The treatment, dedication and cordiality of its employees has no comparison. New, well-maintained facilities and spectacular rooms. We tried the spa, I recommend the honeymoon package, the treatment of the masseuses both my partner and I was wonderful. I honestly don't have any hotel snags, employees or facilities. We tried a lot of dishes from the restaurant. Breakfast is not wasted.

Good hotel. Good staff. Close to the seafood resto on the seaside. Just walking distance. Breakfast OK. Well just the beach which make us dissapointed. So dirty.

The staff were very friendly and the location was great. Attention the beach in front is pretty only for the sunset because the water remains impracticable for swimming. On the other hand do not hesitate to rent a scooter and visit the island in complete freedom!

Hotel on the beach very comfortable and a large terrace on the roof to admire the surroundings at nightfall.

Staff top, place top, facilities top, spa top, wlan flop, only eating at the restaurant once but small portion no special taste ~, breakfast top but many flies around the food flop, money to spent for a night a little to much! Cleanliness is ok — but for that amount of money you pay should be bling bling shiny, 7out of 10 for hotel, 10 of 10 for staff.

Overall a wonderful hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location right on Jimbaran Beach but no separate section.
The first room muffelte after drain, the second after smoke, which can not be reproached to the hotel, as all are non-smoking rooms, the third was great. The handling with the rooms ran smoothly.
Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, completely modern (housekeeping/please nixht disturbing by means of a light table at the entrance), Clean room service.
Point deduction for the rooms and the annoying kindness (maybe this was due to the few guests who vmtl because of the volcano) conclusion: Recommended!

Very clean and comfortable room. We booked room without the balcony and got a free upgrade. Breakfast was very good with a large variety on offer. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The swim up bar was good. From the rooftop bar you have a beautiful sunset.

Superb stay with excellent, friendly staff. Had a great dinner in the restaurant too and they have a nice Skybar on the roof. Fantastic value for money.

Clean rooms, internal spa, wide choice between sweet and salty for breakfast, comfortable swimming pool, located near the port and the fish market. Great Hotel.

A great hotel in a good location in Jimbaran. I got a basic room which is compact, but it has pretty much all the essentials and it's very clean. The hotel has all the usual facilities that you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The food is average — good. My favourite thing about this hotel is their pool… which comes with a pool bar! The cocktails are great, especially when you get the buy 1 get 1 free during happy hours ha! :D.

You eat from God, the beach is Eyipenda.

Very good service. Our room for two was rather small, but balcony and bathroom which had a glass wall (can be coverd with curtain) visualy extend the space. A large selection what to eat on breakfast. Great pool and comfortable beds near the pool. 5 min walk to the beach. And its true that Bali doesnt have a sandy beach.

Great hotel with nice rooftop terrace to watch the sunset. Very close by the beach, with an enormous amount of seafood restaurants that offer dining on the beach at night. Looking at the amount of construction sites nearby, this number will soon even increase more. The hotel also has good lunch and dinner options if you want to stay inside. Only remark is that the places at the pool are limited, especially during morning.

I stayed there overnight on my stopover on the way from Australia to Europe and just needed a hotel for a night before I catch my next plane. The bad — 1. Bed was officially as hard as bricks. I had to look and check if it had a mattress on it, or it was just wood planks, the mattress was there, but it did not give at all, even if you jumped on it. 2. The sound travels through the windows like they are not even there. There was a rooster next door and it started making noise before sunset and it would not shut up. 3. Location is not good. The beach is used for locals for fishing, so there were many fishing boats, which is somewhat picturesque, but other than that there is nothing to do. I would not recommend to go swimming there. The good — the breakfast included was ok and the price is not too bad, close to the airport. But I would not be staying there again.

Great accommodation! Very helpful staff members. Were upgraded to a Deluxe + room and have to say that's beautiful. Own bathtube outside on terrace. Amazing!

Very Bad rooms for a beach hotel not the 4 star standard you would expect. We highly recommend not staying in this hotel for a honeymoon you can see their superior room standard below… The Hotel Manager didn't really care we were on Honeymoon. The view from the hotel room window was shocking for a beach hotel. We suggest not booking in to this hotel for a couple holiday it is worth paying more to stay at another like we will do in the morning! The customer service was terrible and the room standard was a 2 or 3 star hotel… be careful what you book …

In the critical moments is when you show the professionalism and delivery. Thank you! At 1.30 in the morning we needed an emergency doctor, the drive to the hotel took us to the hospital and waited for that to come out. The driver was very friendly, patient and good driver. The hotel was inaugurated recently, in may 2016. Modern design. Clean Hotel. A very good cuisine. Bad management. At 12 we arrived to make the delivery, there were problems and up to 18h does not we were assigned rooms. There were No didculpas or no detail. If you have contracted breakfast and you must leave before the hotel, it is possible that they can preparártelo before. When you are able to properly aim it, will be an excellent hotel.
