Resort Village

Nice hotel with a good view of the sea and the mountains, distant from the beach and main town area. The wooden cottages are really romantic, have clean and spacious bathrooms. However, very limited food options and very dim lights in the rooms.

The first impression appeared somewhat secluded in the hills above the place.
But it turned out to be an ideal accommodation for us. Far from the noisy nightlife in the village and the streets it was idyllically quiet.
The family is very friendly and helpful, immediately organized a scooter at a good price.
This one needs of course at the location on the hill, but the scooter is needed anyway to see something of the island. E. G.
To go to the secret Cove to a quiet beautiful beach.
The complex is quiet and invites you to linger.
The bungalows are clean and had good mattresses on which we slept super, which was important to us. Of course with aircon and hot water.
The hillside location offers a great view of the bay and the town to Bali and Mt. Agung volcano. Perfect. And especially in the morning coffee and breakfast a great sight. We really enjoyed that.
I said that we felt very comfortable and familiar.
Breakfast was also included in the price.
The food in the evening was also delicious and freshly prepared.
Here we would spend a few nights at any time.

Amazing view and super friendly staff.

Kibata is a quaint resort away from the main Lembongan street. It is a 20 minute drive to Dream beach and a 10 minute drive to the main ferry port. Most restaurants provide a free pick up and drop service to Kibata making it accessible yet secluded. The resort has only about 10 cottages, all with a balcony and sitting area providing amazing views of the coastline, Bali island and Mount Agung. The cottages are cozy, clean and moderately furnished and bathrooms clean and basic. The pool too is moderately sized with a great view. With only 10 rooms there is a perfect amount of privacy and calm. It is family owned so the staff is kind and simple. Wayan was extremely warm, jovial, helpful and gladly arranged for all our tours at very good rates and provided a lot of local information. The breakfast though can get a bit better, especially for vegans. We stayed for 3 nights and will definitely visit again.

Great accommodation (comfy beds, beautiful wooden huts, great infinity pool and pool area; and reasonably priced food and drink) and view, let down slightly by three issues. First, water pressure, it's awful, no excuse really and something an electric shower could resolve. Second, no hot water, which they say will come if you leave the tap running, easily resolved again by an electric shower or individual roof tanks, that heat up during the day. Finally, no TV signal. They offer DVDs, but tbh, it would be better to just remove the TV. Resolve these issues and you have s 5 star rating. Sure it is on top of a hill, but you can hire scooters out or, if you're like me and hate scooters most places offer a free pickup and drop off — the hotel will even call for you. They also arrange great snorkeling trips.

Value for money… Nice view with swimming pool… good bath room… breakfast was good.

I can't judge the facilities of the hotel, but can only share my experience: We booked a hotel room for 3 nights through the website of the hotel, paid for the room with visa card and received an e-mail with our booking information. Upon arrival, our booking was however not known and no rooms were available anymore. The friendly staff on site wasn't responsible for the management of bookings and reservations and therefore made a phonecall to their 'sales person'. Eventhough w…e had a printed copy of the booking reservation, the sales person kept saying they had never sent us any confirmation.
We had no other option than to look for another hotel on Lembongan Island. After returning home, we noticed that the visa payment was never cancelled. We reached out to the hotel via e-mail and Facebook but never even got any respons. We had no other option than to start an official procedure to dispute the payment.

Do not book online. We booked online then we we arrived (on time) they said they were overbooked so we had to find another place. The manager assured us we would not be charged, he even laughed at us for being concerned. And of course we were charged and they are not giving a refund. Stay at Poh Mani instead, much better anyway.

Loved this place, very beautiful views, perfect little get away location to unwind.

A bit far from the city center but nice view and rooms.

Recommend this place to any 1 wanting to come to paradise, hospitality awesum, views magnificent, villas are fabulous, amazing holiday.

It is a place apart from the. Village and therefore very quiet, but it is immediately arrive to the main street and the beach is 1 km more or less. It is best to rent a motorcycle. The people are very friendly, the breakfast quite good, although it takes a little q and do it on the fly. The rooms comfortable, the bed very comfortable. You put a mosquito repellent electric in the room. The bathroom is great, clean and modern, although it is a little in the open air, with two openings in the side walls, but very comfortable and all of stone.

Tranquility and kindness. It is not a luxurious place, but everything is very clean, the people are friendly and trusting. Need to rent a scooter, which can be done in the same establishment, to go down to the beaches.

Opened June 2016 — helpful, friendly family business.

Good plaice for stay and nice clean place to stay and can see the view of the beach and mountains.

Its a new location and is definitely one of the best. It is also fairly affordable. you get an individual villa which has minimal ammedities but the location far makes up for it. The bathroom is open concept though so it can get pretty hot during the afternoon where the sun will shine in. The equipment in the room is sufficient such as a really comfortable bed but a lack luster pillow. It also has a smal lsafe for you to put your valuables. It also has a soap and shampoo dispenser at the bath area but no soap for washing your hands. The hot water takes quite a while to activate so you have to let the water run for quite a while. Do note the place does not have any TV. the view in the resort is one of the best with a view of the entire city and the nearby mountain in mainland bali. one thing that can be improved is the inhouse menu. The lunch and dinner options are the same and only tastes average.

Frequent power outages that have only affected the facility and not the whole island, as we have often been told…

It is more a homestay bc a family lives there. They are friendly, but you have to ask them to turn the volume of the TV or radio down. The bungalows are a bit dark and need shelfes. Nr 5 has only lukewarm water.
