I did end last year several nights in deluxe room incl. Diving in the Terminal Tulamben dive spent. The communication at the time of booking was quick and friendly, we settled on a modified package 4 for a fair price! The resort itself is beautifully designed and equipped, the food was good. The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated.
What's not all about the management, that went directly at the arrival. Completely inexperienced divers I looked me back on the cluttered home page and some wondered what has changed in accordance with my point of view for me. The lady who helped me at the time of booking intensively communicated with me, but never asked about diving experience, which is why I assumed that everything is so fit. When I arrived at the resort, the Manager asked me directly what I there would have booked for a shit. I was totally upset, he said I can my vacation in the pool with exercises and theory learning spend if I want to dive. After a quite back and forth we agreed to a so-called intro dives, where I was alone on the road with an instructor. That was a good solution, exactly what I wanted! I don't know why first had to be this impudence of the Manager and this unprofessionalism in customer handling.
Generally, the local staff was very friendly, the guys from the dive site are super and a totally relaxed atmosphere is there. Once, someone I wanted money so that mangoes for my fresh mango shake could be bought, what I found very funny and not agreed. Also since you saw that management is running the store but is not so properly afterwards. After I usually gruff and unprofessional is handled by the Manager and his Deputy a few exceptions I simply ignored you for the rest of the holiday. That was the best strategy to the dive, still relatively well to be able to enjoy the beautiful landscape and the resort.
In summary, I must say that the stay, which could have been really beautiful, so was messed up me by management, that I'm still upset when I think of the holidays. Sometimes it was also quite nice with these people, but it tipped too quickly, I definitely don't need something on vacation, because I want to relax. Once at the resort I don't sure!
