Emailed us whilst we were driving to them rather than calling to say the room was out of service due to an a/c issue. Still trying to get a refund 22 days later. Replacement hotel was sub-par.

Beautiful view in the morning as we woke up. Monkeys from monkey forest playing as we ate our breakfast. The hotel Is far to access by car (thus making it a calm street, and our sleep easy) but by foot you can access the Jalan Monkey Forest in 3 minutes. Restaurants are thus easy to access from here. Personnel is helpful. Price is well in the range. Room is clean. Bathroom with hot water. Maybe we could advise a bit more quantity in the breakfast plate as we westerners like to eat :) We had a great stay and would surely come back.
