Super location — absolutely recommendable.

Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was great. We had each of the 3 set menus that they had on offer and each of them were equally amazing. I’m not very good with spicy food and they were able to accomodate my needs for not only spicy food but my dairy intolerance as well. It was also my boyfriends birthday two days before our stay and they still surprised us by coming out and singing happy birthday and giving him a complementary cake. In our stay we were provided with 1 free 60 minute massage each which was amazing. The massages were a delight, they almost put me to sleep.
Will definitely stay again.

New or next to new Hotel. Rooms are modern and clean. Dining area looks fancy, food is great and they have a baristafor all thise coffee conessours. Pool a big let down.

Good hotel in perfect location in ubud (near ubud art market, very good breakfast, the cleaning is perfect but little bit expensive and the stuff are amazing and thank you (mega) the night duty manager she was amazing.

Good location and modern design. Room design is unique and I realized they have in bath room. It helps older people to take a bath and not many hotel has it. Friendly staff and very helpful because of we came to hotel very late.

SenS such an interesting room. Glass windows for the entire bathroom. Little bit strange when travelling with a mate but there is a curtain. Everything is completely branded in SenS which is a little weird. Their logo isn’t that great that it needs to be on EVERYTHING. This particular Ubud hotel was new. Really nicely finished. Clean and the staff were lovely. We had dinner here and it was like fine dining, food was really nice too.

This place is awesome. The room is very clean and the staff were extremely courteous. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Great hotel with a beautiful view of the sunset from the end of the bedroom corridors, very friendly staff who make you feel at home and go out of their way to help! We'd definitely stay here again. There's a good court across the road and Yoga places all around! The monkey forest is only a walk away.

The room was beautiful. Very modern and clean. We thought it was a bit strange to have a fully glass bathroom. Like the toilet wasn't enclosed. So when you have to do your business, your partner can fully see you. My husband didn't care for it. The air conditioning worked great. We had our laundry done there during our stay and it was reasonably priced. The hotel is close to tons of restaurants just a short walk away. Taxis are always available right outside. The staff was extremely friendly. The only downfall was the courtyard pool area. It didn't get that much sun and there was no breeze because it was in the centre of the hotel with no view of the outdoors. The room service margherita pizza wasn't great. Very soggy and no flavour. But it was pouring rain outside, so it served it's purpose while we waited for the weather to clear up.

Thoughtfully laid out hotel, staff who are attentive and also speak good English. Clean and nicely decorated rooms with glass walled bathrooms. Would recommend.

The hotel rooms are gorgeous… one of the best in Bali. Not typically bali style. Very modern and the bathroom is all glass. They also drop you off to tourist destinations in Ubud. What I didn't appreciate is they don't support grab or Go-Jek (their version of uber) to pick you up from the hotel… I found their monopoly with private taxis to be a ripoff and refused to support it. ✌

Wow, this hotel from the get-go simply amazed us. We were greeted with a cold towel and a welcome beverage. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. They always had a smile on their face. The room is comfortable and clean. We booked a spa treatment and boy oh boy was it fantastic. It was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep on the table. This location also has a swimming pool and other amenities that we didn't get a chance to check out. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others traveling to Ubud. Actually come to think of it… I'll probably book directly with this hotel the next time I travel to Indonesia because of the wonderful experience that I had. Friendly staff, clean hotel. Feels a little compressed in the way that the backyard/swimmingpool is surrounded by the hotel itself. Breakfast is ok. Still — I don't know if any hotels in Ubud would be more spacious or better. Walking distance to the main streets.

Cleanliness, quality mattress giving me total relaxation, superb services and Congee for breakfast my favorite. Feels like I'm home. Location is accessible, a lot of places to explore by walking. Highly recommended for tourists.

Phenomenal value. Staff are very friendly, facilities are good, and the spa is a great deal. The shuttle runs approximately hourly to the central Ubud area and will drop you off wherever you nerd. If you're doing an early morning activity, they will make you a box breakfast. We got the Asian breakfast to go at 2:30 AM (pre Mt Batur trek), and they made it fresh for us!

Notice that for the spa. Really good, very professional and at a good price. More expensive than others in Ubud but more luxury and it remains 25 EUR for 1h of massage.

Pool is tinier then it looks. No where to wash clothes if you wanna do that. Bathroom walls in room are glass do you have to pull a shower curtain around it. Food is good but expensive so it's better to go out. There's never any sunshine on the sunbeds because the square architecture shades everything, which gets cold. Put room Aircon at around 25°c.

Great modern hotel. Very good helpful staff. Clean facilities. Free drop off shuttle service to main areas of Ubud. One of the better Spa m / Massage therapies in Ubud.

Excellent Location, spic n span rooms, sumptuous breakfast.

Super clean, wonderful staff, room was like new, and restaurant offered nice breakfast buffet and tea time. Pool was cold due to its location (very refreshing on a super hot day though), but would stay here again.

Location is nearby Ubud downtown. Staff is polite and apologized when the cleaning crew forgot to lock my door during the day. Thankfully nothing seemed to be missing. A lot of variety at the breakfast table although food could be tastier. Room was comfortable but bathroom has glass walls so not much privacy if you are rooming with others. A few small bugs in the room and lizards along the outside walls. Room comes with some nice ameneties such as shower cap, toothpaste, and toothbrush. Hotel arranges airport ride for 370, 000. The best part about the hotel is its price. I would recommend this hotel for those that plan to travel around Ubud.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at SenS. The staff are extreamly helpful and very friendly. Our room was extremely comfortable. We loved the swimming pool, buffet breakfast and the special BBQ dinner. Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights at the hotel. This is our first time to Ubud. What a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your trip if you are looking for a more upscale hotel to stay. The staffs are very friendly, and the hotel also offer drop-off to locations in Ubud. The room is spacious and quiet. Not a large resort as compared to hotels in Kuta or Sanur, but perfect size in my opinion. Would stay here again.

Modern hotel in Ubud. Good access, walking distance to Ubud Palace, but also can reached by car without trapped by the traffic, parking lot for cars available. I love staying there for 3 nights. Room interior looks really new. Staffs are super friendly, never found in other hotels. Free Capucino or Latte durring breakfast, and they have juicer so we can make our own fresh juice. Spacious room, with complimentary 4 bottles mineral water per day.

I have made a right decision to stay here for two nights while exploring Ubud area and around with my friend. :) The room is neat, clean and beautiful beyond my expectation with all the high-quality amenities and comfortable bed. Even my friend commented the same. Not yet the swimming pool and gym facilities and also spa facility that we can go for if we just want to stay in and relax in the hotel. And the best part, the location that is so close to Ubud Centre and Market, C…ampuhan Ridge Walk, Ubud Palace, and the Famous Bebek Bengil or Bebek Tepi Sawah (crispy duck) Restaurant that are only few minutes away by car. Orh, they also provide shuttle to Monkey Forest or other Ubud area, remember to check the shuttle schedule at receptionist counter. :) It helps to save some cost if you plan to go around without any vehicle with you. :D Last but not least, the friendly staffs – from the receptionist that helped my check in process to the staff that assisted me to check out until I left the hotel. They were all awesome. Warm and friendly. Thank you for your great service. :) If you are looking for a modern stay while exploring the natures in Ubud area, I will say, SenS Hotel & Spa is the right place. :) Will be back again def. :)

Lovely boutique, such a beautiful oases in the dessert.

No other five stars hotel can beat their friendliness! We were greated with a nice welcome drink with a slice of dark chocolate moouse cake. Shiela, in particular, was so helpful to assist me with all my request to throw a surprise for my boyfriend on his birthday. The hotel was very well maintained, great staffs, cheap beers, nice food and they provide free shuttle to Ubud town and even fetch us back to the hotel. The massage was great too! I have stayed in many five stars and none of them can compete with this hotel. Would give them a 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much, SenS! Keep the great work and I would definitely come back!

Outstanding service! Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. I stayed here for my birthday celebration and room was decorated with balloons, also a lovely birthday cake on the table. Definitely will come here for my next trip to Ubud.

Brand new hotel, rooms & facilities in mint condition, very clean, free fast & stable Wi Fi, good location, 10 minutes walk to Ubud markets and restaurant area. Great hot/cold water pressure & A/C, universal power points on walls. Wonderful service especially the free shuttle van (no Bluebird taxis at night in Ubud), staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money, will definitely stay at SenS again on my next Bali trip.
