Old and worn hotel. The rooms were musty and the bedclothes moist. In the bathroom, which had very bad lighting, you could see mould around the sink. Staff was nice and polite though.

Nice pools, especially the infinity pool at the back. Rooms damp and musty smelling with mould in bathroom — obviously not very well made or designed. Breakfast passable, but could be better. Staff very friendly. Quite a walk to monkey forest or restaurants down a bumpy dirty road — safe to walk but maybe not too late at night. Definitely not worth the steep prices here; you can get a much nicer room, and more central, for half the price in a perhaps more traditional style Balinese hotel.

Not exceptional. We got better por much cheaper in Ubud.
The only positive is in my opinion the pool. Breakfast is expensive for what is offered (powdered juice. ). The location is not bad, you can reach the monkey forest n 6-7 minutes.
The staff are very polite and courteous.

The rooms are clean (even if many ants in the bathroom. ), the comfortable bed.
The pool is in a beautiful setting (in front of the jungle) but it is a lot of people (yet out of high season)
7min walk from the Monkey Forest, and 3 free shuttles to the center of Ubud.
I lowered my note by a star because a rooster woke us up at 6am every morning (despite our remarks to the reception that was surprised to know that a rooster was towards the rooms)

The front "normal" rooms are not recommended. Here it smells like mold from afar. The rear deluxe rooms are beautifully spacious and look newly plastered/bathroom newly tiled. The lower floor also has mold. The upper rooms are recommended. Climate and Wi-Fi run reliably. Breakfast quickly becomes boring. Villas look okay at least from the outside and are right by the back pool. Discovered in the back pool a yellow-ribed or similar water bug. Probably not cleaned so often.
FEUCHTIGKEIT in Ubud seems to be a fundamental problem. Rooms that don't get air from the outside probably mold quite quickly here.

The rooms were decent sized but I think there must be some kind of bugs in the room. Something had bit me while I was sleeping and I got two bites there resulted in some swelling for the next 12 hours. There is free Wi-Fi but it is not very functional. No hair dryers provided in the room. There is a pool shortly after you walk past the reception but there is another pool at the very end of the property if you keep going. The property is off a smaller road and difficult to access. The manuals in the room said that breakfast was offered to all guests but this was not the case.

Booking made in advance, at our hotel arrives very dirty. Meal trays on the floor in the corridors, murky pool, very degraded road to get there and very far from the center on foot, we canceled our stay at this establishment.

Really calm and quiet location. The mornings are lovely. Its just a short walk to the monkey forest. Breakfast was simply awesome. Rooms are really spacious and well kept. Right outside the property you get a good view of the rice fields.

Stayed in the bungalows with a private terrace, AC and a luxurious bathroom. The location is a bit remote, with a 20 min walk to the Ubud centre. Would recommend regardless!

Best place to stay in ubud. We are extremely happy with their services. Amazing breakfast. 5 minutes walking distance to Ubud Central.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Good treatment from the employees. Spectacular pool. It needs some reform.

Quite hotel. Pretty Decent for the price. But prepare to walk a lot of you stay here. Friendly staff and decent food. Good for relax and chill! Infinity pool is amazing!

Magical. Great place to stay with a lovely pool. Very good breakfast and food from the Lobby. Miss this place. Thumbs up.

Staff try hard to be extremely polite and helpful. Place is very clean, grounds people busy, reception super pleasant. 5 out of 5 for this. Our room on first floor is directly above our near adult age childrens Room. Our bathroom leaks, it is slipped to the wall. The water over time has seaped through the wall creating lumps of paintwork, and mold is visible in downstairs room. They fumagated mosies across the site and although advised close doors which we did it seaped into the rooms through poorly designed sliding doors. So bad we scrambled to the bathroom and closed door. This stuff was vile. The obvious frog calls night 1 no longer heard on Night 2 and 3. Forget happy hour, it took 20 minutes to find the menu and conditions. Breakie is plentiful.

Low cost hotel with decent room, nice pool, breakfast just ok and walking distance to everywhere in Ubud central.

Firstly the rear pool is amazing… possibly worth it just for the photo opp We did have problems with broken air con but the staff were good at getting it dealt with. The bathrooms are pretty grim and restaurant/room service really wasn't great.

People just tell the Truth! Have seen three Rooms there, all had Mold on the Walls. Even from the outside, it has been seen that the Substance is moist. In addition, it smelled unpleasant in every Room due to the Mould. So Why the many positive Reviews?

The pool with the view is great. Otherwise it's quite expensive for a basic hotel. The bed was comfy but the humidity was terrible and there was mold everywhere. It was very noisy and the walls are thin. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't adapted to vegans and that's a shame.

Terrible Wi-Fi, drastically insufficient pool furniture for the 200+ guests, and curtains that fail to block out any light. Decent enough breakfast and air con on point. Staff were always nice too.

Small, beautiful and full of everything. Meals that you leave wanting. Nice and clean rooms. Unique staff. Swimming pool… dream.

This hotel is modern tropical style building. Spacious room. Large bathroom. Some rice fields around the hotel. The hotel doesn't have big space for car park. Walking distance (15 — 20 minutes) to monkey forest and central Ubud. Breakfast is so so. Pool is okay. Very relaxing atmosphere. I like it and for sure will be back.

Really reasonable price, staff are friendly. Room cleanliness is acceptable. Only downside is walking distance to main road for shopping — takes about 15-20 min walk to reach the main road.

Superb staff that make you feel really comfortable and welcomed. They really went out their way to make stay better even offering their work laptop on the registration counter to let me do some work! The rooms were good and the hotel itself is well maintained. There are 2 setting pools, one near the lobby and the other at the back of the hotel which overlooks a forest but is much better! Restaurant options were not that good and they kept running out of some foods on the menu however breakfast was pretty good with a small selection on their menu but really big portions! The location of the hotel is about 10 min walk to the main city Street therefore it's easy to navigate around. The hotel does offer scooters to travel on if you are brave enough and there's many taxis around to get you to places further away!

Clean friendly and well priced, booked in for one night, will extend for more.
