Our room was clean and we felt very well. Luxury shower, rain shower, bath and separate toilet. Just perfect super service. Thanks didi and the entire hotel staff. Absolute dream location in Ubud. We'll definitely be back. Infinity pool in the jungle. And short way's in the hotel. Breakfast was so beautiful and every day other food. Hotel is in the best place in ubud I think. And the hotel staff help's by all question. Thank you komaneka, you make our honeymoon to a very Speciale good and nice time :-)

The hotel is beautiful. It is located right in Ubud and still offers you peace and relaxation. The View from the Infinitipool in the jungle is great. The staff is super friendly and a very happy to help. The rooms are very big and clean. We were more than satisfied and will come back here. Thank you for this wonderful stay.

Excellent Boutique hotel in the heart of Ubud.

Have had the most wonderful time at Komaneka Rasa Sayang. The feeling of coming home is an understatement, every time you leave and return you are greeted as if you are part of the family. The staff are so helpful and show so much interest to what your day holds. Have made some wonderful memories here and some beautiful new friends. This hotel has surprised us numerous times with the astonishing customer service, room quality with many pleasant details and PERFECT location. The best shopping street&restaurants are right next to it. Also its own restaurant is top quality. Breakfast and afternoon coffee break are niiiice. Everything is just great. We'll surely book this hotel if ever come back to Ubud.

Good old fashioned service. In a lovely hotel with massive bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Morning breakfast is very pricey by Ubud standards but there are a lot of fantastic Cafe's within 100 metres of the hotel.

Very characteristic of a hotel, in the most lively monkey Forest road, make a quiet, staff very cordial and courteous, echoing their hope that guests can take this as their home central idea. Surrounded by a lot of quality restaurants and businesses, eating and shopping with the need to go without a cart, very convenient.

The environment and services are very good, but the noise is worse, five o'clock in the morning at the door of the voice of people heard all clear.

This was one of the most lovely experiences we’ve had at a hotel. The staff is super accommodative and the rooms and grounds are clean and very modern. We will be staying here when we return to Bali.

Very nice place located in the middle of town. If you do not like the food at the hotel there are many other options down the street. Also the rooms are very nice and the bathrooms are very big with lots of space. The staff are very quick to react and nice. I would recommend staying here.

I can't fault it the rooms a big and modern I loved the style of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and would do anything for you. The food is beautiful the pool is absolutely gorgeous and it's right in the heart of Ubud do not need to drive anywhere.

Nice hotel. Food, pool and quality breakfasts. Very well placed to visit. Beware for transfers prefer to use blue taxis (Bluebird) the service of the hotel is excessive.

We just got here. Very friendly and helpful staff. This chain of hotels is our favorite. They have other hotels in Ubud and they all impeccable. Very quiet, perfect rooms and great quality. A pleasure to spend here several days. I recommend it.

Service of great quality, very attentive and very retailers. We arrived at dawn and they were waiting for us with a cold tea and some iced towels. I recommend 100%. Very close to many places of interest. The room was super spacious. If I go back to Bali I will repeat accommodation at this hotel no doubt (we were after this hotel at the Meliá Bali and it was an absolute disappointment in comparison, the deal, the room… and on top the Meliá cost me more expensive and without the dinner).

직원분들 모두 모두 굉장히 친절하고 시설도 깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되고 있어서 별 다섯개 주고 싶지만, 1층이 공사중이라 좀 시끄럽고 먼지가 날려서 별 넷. (2017년 3월기준) agoda에서 예약했더니 공사하는 곳과 아주 아주 가까운 방이 예약 되었음. 수영장에서 에프터눈티를 즐길 수 있어서 좋았음. 다시 갈 의향있음.

We had the most wonderful stay here! The staff is so friendly and accommodating at all times. Food was wonderful and the afternoon tea service is not to be missed. The spa service was perfection even though we booked Super last minute (15 min notice). They fit us in for 2 wonderful 30 min treatments with the full spa experience and we were very happy with the experience. Loved the hospitality of this spot. This is then only place we will stay in Ubud.

If you are seeking accommodations in Ubud and you want a beautiful hotel and wonderful experience, choose Komaneka!
The staff is kind, attentive and helpful. The room is fabulous! The decor, admenities and presentation is outstanding. This hotel is "the best" we have experienced.
If Komaneka does not have what you desire, they offer other properties to use.
The lively street and shops are a misconception. Quiet, peaceful and serene best describe the hotel.
The mosquitoes and bugs can be sprayed for. My pet peeve is taken care of!
We will be back!

I'm so glad we chose Komaneka at Rasa Sayang for our special holiday! We arrived to a very warm welcome! At the entrance to the hotel we were greeted by very friendly staff with towels and a refreshing drink. After an efficient check-in we were shown to our room which was decorated by a garland of fresh flowers! all of the staff were so friendly and very willing to please us. They are really amazing! The hotel pool is magic and our room was so clean and confortable! I will never forget this Hotel and their staff.

Big rooms. Clean and comfy. Perfect location near the fabulous monkey forest on one side and market on the other side. Elephant park is nearby. Brilliant experience in elephant park.

This restaurant deserves even harf star to evluate. It was terrible experence visiting there. First of all it doesn't seem clean ever. There were dust on the table and glasses did had not been washed clean. The worst thing was that there were tiny stones in my rice! I told the staff but she did not appologize niether even seem feel sorry. She just asked me if I want to chage so I said yes, they brought new rice and put the dish on my table without saying any words. Ubud is perfect city except this restaurant, food was delicious though.

Great location, very good accommodations. Very formal hotel structure, no view of the garden. Staff very kind, like all balines… Breakfast left something to be desired, so we had no interest in knowing the dishes of the kitchen.

Our stay at the Komaneka at Rasa Sayang has been amazing throughout. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms and grounds are beautiful, and the restaurant's food is delicious including the 3 course breakfast every morning. They also have some free balinese activities (wood carving, cooking classes, etc. ) that you can schedule. It is within walking distance from the Monkey Forest, and several great restaurants! Will definitely be coming back!

It was fantastic vacation there. The people were very kind. Whenever I had breakfast in the morning, they asked my schedule and confirm my schedule and picked up any where. It want to go there again.

Excellent resort hotel with exceptional service. Location is also great to explore central Bali. Lots of restaurants, shopping and temples within walking distance. And also at a very good value.
