We had dinner there it’s beautiful and food is amazing.

Place is just amazing with great infinity pool looking over jungle and only 5 mins from monkey temple.

5* Im writing this as I lay the infinity pool overlooking the stunning Ubud forests, peaceful vibes, drinks flowing, relaxing music and incredible food (seriously you have to try the food here) not to mention the rooms are huge, clean and by far the most comfortable beds I have slept in in Bali.
Don’t hesitate just book it …

Great location in Ubud! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and everyone made sure our wait for room was pleasant. Had some great massages, wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful boutique resort in Ubud. Very highly recommended. Excellent customer service, lovely and peaceful environment, and very good food. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a view of the garden and a background of jungle. We really liked the smaller size of this hotel, compared to large, touristy-types of places and it is located off of a quiet alley, close to everything, but nice and quiet. In particular, we thank Awan for his kind service.

My experience at Goya was very average even though I had very high expectations when I booked the deluxe room! The hotel is definitely not a resort cos its very small and it is far from being a cute and homey boutique hotel. The positives: The deluxe room is big and spacious, beautifully decorated, hotel is new and still fresh, views from the room are breathtaking and the pool view is nice overlooking the jungle. The negatives: the bed is not very comfortable and ours felt like the wooden part was broken! The bathroom is comfortable but water leaked from the shower to the toilet after taking a shower. Smell in the corridor was really bad, they definitely need to fix that! Add another door and put the AC on because smell came from the kitchen. And to top it all up, there is a construction site near the hotel now in May 2018 and our room was located directly next to it! But They were nice enough to turn off the engine one afternoon. Breakfast is average and some plates did smell bad and quality of food is below par from the other breakfasts we had in Ubud. Finally, we never got to use the pool because it is very small and the water looked murky all the time as if it is not filtered and there are no showers next to the pool! Summary deluxe rooms are way overpriced for what you end up getting.

This place is just a piece of heaven. You truly get the best out of what you invest in. The staff is very kind, attentive and at times went out of their ways to make us feel more comfortable. Front desk was no matter what time easy to reach, food was delicious, our villa was spotless and all the staff is very friendly, respectful and positive. The experience of staying at this hotel alone has been some of our most memorable moments throughout our trip. I also highly recommend massages. We received couples massage and it was absolutely the best massage I have ever received for a very fair price for 4 hours, followed by a relaxing bath and a romantic lunch. Even if you are not a client, I highly recommend booking massages or having meals here!

Excellent hotel in Ubud. Great view from the restaurant and infinity pool. Excellent staff. Food is more authentic in city restaurants (naturally). Not aimed at small children / family however (For the sake of other guests) Would definitely go again.

All I can say is WOW! My husband and I were absolutely blown away by this gorgeous hotel. We are very frequent travelers and this place surpassed all expectations! Exquisite pool, views, rooms, food and service. Pickup from the airport was quick and easy, the cooking class onsite was SPECTACULAR and the staff here are the kindest and most attentive people we have ever met! Neither of us have a single negative thing to say about this place. Definitely recommend!

Really dicious breakfast, helpful and nice staff, big and spacious rooms, very clean hotel, great infinity pool, not far from the city but just enough to get tranquility and get away from traffic. We also had a private yoga class (teacher from Yoga Barn) and he was incredible. Overall, we would come back and recommend.

Forward facing staff with guests are wonderful, but security man at entrance yesterday was disgustingly rude and humiliating to my own staff dropping something off for me. Straight out bully. Turned off any desire to return or recommend.

Great rooms, amazing pool views, very good breakfast on the terrace. Dinner was hit and miss though, but there are so many good options around.

Beautiful place, friendliest staff and rooms were well maintained and comfortable. Drinks are quite pricey, but it is a hotel so that’s to be expected. Food was good and infinity pool it absolutely stunning.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. We've stayed in lots of lovely 5* hotels, but this once… for the service, views, value for money… it was just utterly fantastic.

Admittedly, I was in a rush when I booked my accommodation in Ubud, and based my decision in large part for their infinity pool that overlooks the jungle; however, as incredible as it was, my stay proved memorable for different reasons. A relatively new hotel, Goya is close enough to everything, but so perfectly tucked away that you can disconnect on a whim. Decor-wise, it seems careful consideration was given right down to the minutiae. (Quite frankly, I was left momentarily… speechless when I first stepped foot in my room. ) Odd as it sounds, it seems unfair for me to recognize individuals when the entire team did such an amazing job. The staff went beyond the day-to-day pleasantries and duties one might expect of an establishment of this caliber. More than just prompt service, my needs were anticipated before I had even thought of them. To give a few examples: within a minute of grabbing a seat poolside, a glass of lemon water was placed by my side and topped up as the morning wore on; in hearing of my early morning flight, a complimentary breakfast basket was offered by one of the waitresses; and I was escorted umbrella-in-hand to and from the terrace for breakfast one rainy morning. In learning I was a vegetarian, Chef Robby, who was not only personable but incredibly patient, created a custom menu for my cooking class and further adapted it to suit my preferences.

It's not far from the royal palace. The environment is very comfortable. Villa is very comfortable.

Great resort located just one street outside the busy and overwhelming central street of Ubud. There is a complementary shuttle service to the center or you can walk approx 10min. The rooms are huge and look nice, just as the pool area. The young people of the staff are great and made sure we where nothing short.

This new resort (Oct 2015) is ideally located in a quiet street at mid way between the monkey forest and the city center. The accommodations are very good and the local team makes a great job to make you feel there like at home. To be recommended.

It's a beautiful resort to stay… great views… very friendly staff and good food… walkable distance to the ubud centre… rooms are very well designed and spa is also great… I highly recommend this place… the private pool villa is the best I have ever seen…

Easily the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! Gorgeous, luxurious room with amazing view of the jungle valley. The infinity pool is AMAZING, and the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. We literally did not leave the hotel grounds for the ~18hrs we stayed there and wished we could have stayed longer!
