Stuffs are very friendly. Rooms are okay… Lizards everwhere… little adventurous experience …

Our stay was nice, but I forgot my charger and wrote 3 (! ) Mails in order to organize a delivery at my own costs to Jimbaran in Bali (where my next stay was) and didn't receive any answer! This is very sad, because I see this as service too, therefore only 2 stars! Room and Pool were clean, stuff was friendly and breakfast was good.

A fantastic hotel. Discreet, intimate and with tremendous staff. Very good option in Bali.

We stayed there a few nights and its just beautiful. The stuff are helpfull and attandive specially Mr Wayani.

Excellent villa vd spacious room & music system to create a buzz … Along vd pvt swimming pool is super awesome… Although food is average…

Location is far from central, but they offer a shuttle. Rooms are nice to look at, but the correction and attention to detail leaves something to be desired. The service from the staff have been very attentive and accommodating.

A beautiful place to spend your honeymoon or just to enjoy a holiday in Bali. The villas are beautiful, the attention of the staff is perfect and the location unbeatable. Highly recommended for couples or anyone who wants to know Ubud and its people.

Had a very good experience being there. Would highly recommend this place especially for newly wed couples.

Pros: Nice place, private pool by villa, good location, good breakfast buffet, large and comfortable beds, spacious rooms.
Cons: Where to start… better to List:
-Full bathroom outside. Assumes: complete lack of intimacy to make your needs or shower comfortably. In case of rain, forget about having a bathroom, everything is useless. Although every day they are cleaned, due to being in the jungle… in half an hour they get dirty.
-Unusable outdoor shower: not even protected with roofing… which implies that it ends up always full of dirt: leaves, bugs, birds.
-Faucets of broken bath elements, which do not work properly. As well as a bathtub with water leaks. Clear lack of inspection or maintenance plan.
-Furniture spoiled, would require a progressive renovation that clearly do not perform.
-The canopy of the bed does not fit into the cleaning plan. It is filled with mosquitoes and dead palometas, which there are still throughout the stay.
-Doors between the room and the outside of the old villa that do not close properly. They do not prevent the entry of mosquitoes, and in case of rain does not prevent water seeping from the outside.
-Excessive local fauna in the villas. It denotes a complete lack of interest in limiting at least a little the invasion of autochthonous fauna in the stay where their clients sleep.

Not great… Pool was just for name sake. Quality average. Lizards were all around so feeling quite irritated. Food quality was below avg… Would not recommend to anyone.

A 1 star aint a 5 star! But I ll give you 5 Stars for amazing pictures on the website and booking site! But this property is a 1 star overall! I dont have a problem staying at a 1, 2, 3 or 4 star hotel… I have a problem when a property promotes itself as a 4 star when its clearly barely a 2 star. If you are going to have that ranking than the whole place needs an overhaul! Breakfast is questionable for a 4 star hotel, rooms are used and abused and staff though sweet are certainly not 4 star. My room had paint pealing off, broken glass in the pool, mold on all the bathroom walls (yes I know its outdoor but how about maintaining the quality? ), bathtub was stained black just to name a few things. There is also one particular older male reception staff member that couldnt have cared less if I had been shot in the head whilst checking in… terrible service! These are the pictures they are not going to show you on the website… Stay at your own risk but do not expect anything grand and certainly not 4 stars!

Gino Feruci Villa is close to the center of Ubud. The Villas are really nice with a private pool and a lot of space. They are very confortable. The food is good and you can manage many activites like rafting or visiting temples from the hotel. You can rend a motorbike too or book any transfers. It could be a perfect place for a honeymoon and for a family with children.

Poor hospitality. Their water broke down couple times and the light went off too. High rate but low maintenance.

Nice private place. Wonderful rooms. Open bathroom concept is nice. Very friendly staffs. Always smiling ☺

We stayed for 2 night in the villa forest experience best place to stay with privacy nice breakfast and ambience is too good must stay place for couple want to spend private time.

It's a very private place. All one's meals can get delivered to the room. The outside bathroom, semi covered is great. The gardens are beautiful. I mistakenly thought it was within walking distance to Ubud central but the shuttle runs twice a day free of charge to Ubud central.

I stayed here 9th November for my Honeymoon for 5 fab nights, the staff were so friendly & very helpful with organising day trips etc, The Villa's were absolutely Gorgeous, we will definately be returning! This place is perfect for honeymooners. Thanks for such a gorg & memorable stay here in Ubud! Xoxo.

A very awesome place.
Very calm.
Best destination for honeymoon couples. The private pool villa would be the best thing that u wud ever choose. Loving it. Staff is good and so is the ambience.

A big disappointment. The room is big and nice, the bathroom outside of the room. Too much to bare. There were lots of bugs, spiders, mosquitoes, lizards… What's worse is that the room did not lock, the sliding doors were not well and had a great space with the wall (there was a hand) gave me a lot of fear and we went to the hotel. Too many insects and too much openness could enter any thing in the room.

Beautifully located and amazing service and hospitality.
The staff is very professional.
Stayed there for 3 days, comfortable stay and the food is good.
As far as I remember whatever we asked for, never heard a NO.
Keep it up guys.
