Amazing place. About the people I don't have words to explain how kind they are. The best destination.
We stayed here for 4 days at this hotel. We had high expectations from the reviews and pictures. The first approach was very nice, but all of the sudden we got informed straight away that the we could only stay here for 2 days, since all the other days are fully booked. We were very shocked since we booked & paid the stay for 4 days a long time ago through their direct website. At the end the receptionist told us that she could provide the room for us for 4 days anyways and had to send the other guest reservation to their sister hotel. We found this very unprofessional and impolite for the other guests who made a booking. On the day itself we had a SECOND BAD EXPERIENCE. It was the worst experience I have ever had. My partner and I were in the room 103 in the evening taking a nap. The male receptionist called to inform us to close the balcony door because there will be a wasp inspector spraying outside the area. We closed the door, but all of the sudden there was a lot of smoke coming through the whole room! All doors and windows had a gap and we couldn’t escape the room as well. Because of my astma I could barely breath and had to hide in the bathtub. It was one of the scariest moments I had during my travels. The receptionist wasn’t really helpfull at all and didn’t apologize! He told us that this is very normal and does this one time per second week without even warning us or checking the rooms for any open gaps before starting the smoke! BE AWARE TRAVELLERS!
