Lovely hotel, fantastic size rooms.
Staff friendly.

Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are big and comfy. They surprised me with balloons and cake for my birthday which was nice. Pool area is small and shaded during afternoon. Prices for food and drink are much more expensive than elsewhere which means that it is empty most of the time.

Great location close to nice cafes, shops and restaurants although not on the actual beach short walk to it.
The most friendly and amazing staff. Rooms are lovely and clean and well decorated. Pool a little cool and shady but can find sun at times during the day. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel, service, location. Great bed!. 5 min walk to beach. Across road, down a laneway. Too easy. Bathroom extractor fan doesn't turn off with light. That was annoying… Otherwise. 5 stars.

Fantastic hotel… walking distance to the beach, loads of restaurants in street. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely recommend and would come back… we were a family of 4 (travelling with 2 teenagers)

Great room and style! Love the artistic design very much. Perfect for family with young children. The staff is great. Location is great. Food is everywhere. And we enjoy most of our time inside the room, haha. Will definitely come back again for longer time!

This hotel is amazing! Super clean, posh and comfortable. The bed is so nice and so many toiletries provided. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to sanur.

Clean, large modern rooms with the most comfortable beds and pillows you will find. Reasonably fast Wi-Fi and plenty of TV channels. Friendly staff. Restaurant food good as is the attached spa. Nice pool, only gets sun in the morning though water is a good temperature throughout the day. Highly recommended.

Clean, polite staff, generous with water, coffee chocolates. The bed and pillow is extremely comfortable. Free in house bicycles. Next-door to fairly big supermarket. Food is everywhere from street food that'll cost you 20, 000 rupees and expensive restaurant food. Generally most of the people I came in contact with are polite.

Comfy hotel close with restaurant and convenient store. A bit touristy.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel.
After a warm welcome and welcome drink, it went straight to the room, this is very modern furnished, spacious and clean.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant reservations or day trips, all no problem. Check-Inn and check-out also afloat.
Breakfast can be arranged in a varied way. A la carte with pre-selection. Breakfast starts at 7. If you need anything before, you can also prepare a breakfast package.
The hotel is centrally located, right on the street with restaurants and bars. Evening live music in the opposite can be heard, but from 22Uhr, the family-friendly Sanur is also quiet.
I would book in the Maison Aurelia again. A really successful hotel.

Our stay at Maison Aurelia has been lovely. The staff is exceptional and the room is one of the nicest we've stayed in on our three week trip. The beds are fantastic. Easy to sink into for a great sleep. In the heart of Sanur, there are options of every kind within walking distance. Highly recommended.

The beds are THE BEST! Spacious modern room with decent furniture. The bathroom is compact. The pool area is the perfect size and quiet enough being as close as it is to the road. Loved it! PS if you are staying here and breakfast is not included it's only 100 Rupiah for a fantastic breakfast.

Beautiful interior decor with impeccable cleanliness. Friendly staff 24/7. Affordable proce with huge room size. Strategic location within the heart of Sanur and near really good restaurants. Really nothing much to nitpick about the property. Got the room without breakfast included but there are tons of breakfast options within a stone throw so you can change it up every day.

Such a beautiful hotel. Not too big, not too small. Ambience is so pretty and peaceful. The staff is accomodating, helpful and respectful. You will feel right at home.

Good hotel with friendly staff, the guy with the tattoo was especially friendly (contrary to the looks). The only drawback was it's Wi-Fi stability and location (need to walk about 1km before reaching the beach? )

Excellent staff. Clean hotel. Excellent lobby design. One thing minus is the room has no refrigerators. Only have coolbox which is not cool.

It was amazing! Staff are so friendly! I never dare to have Boreh before, and trust me this was one of the best spa experience we had. My husband surprised me with treatment here and he did it!. I loved it! Deni and Nopri were our therapists and they are so nice.

The place is superb! It's pretty cool decoration. The place is quite clean the room was pretty big! Have small gym and small pool but it's okay. The breakfast have not so much choices but the taste of the restaurant! It's excellent! The stuff very friendly and Nice!

A hidden gem in Sanur; surprisingly affordable, easy access to the beach. It has that nice, boutique hotel feel. Staff is incredibly nice. And they give you a welcome drink you actually want to drink (not some lame ass juice from concentrate). The downside would be the breakfast — they could do so much better.

We originally booked 5 nights here, we were here one night and extended it to 7, it's AMAZING. The room are very large with good quality linens, the bed and pillows are so comfortable. The staff are attentive and nothing is a problem. The pool area is clean and welcoming all be it a little small but perfect for a dip. Great location with cafes all around. Well done to everyone at the Aurelia Maison.

Maison Aurelia is the epitome of luxury! Kudos to the team who conceived such a concept. Everything from the minute you enter the hotel to the room itself is fabulous. Attention to such great detail is worthy of praise. Maison Aurelia will definitely be one of the highlights of my bali jaunt this year!
