We had a no fee cancellation at The Secret Jungle Villa when we booked and now, when we need to cancel, they have decided to change their mind and tell us that we no longer have a no fee cancellation policy. Despite the fact we have screenshots showing otherwise. Very upsetting and very deceiving. I would suggest all future visitors be careful. If anything changes for us, I shall be sure to update this feedback. 😡
I stayed recently with a large group of friends (13 of us! ) There was plenty of space for all of us. I loved the communal spaces and the floating brunch was sensational. Jerry, Wayan and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The Villa is centrally located in Seminyak so just walk out the door to restaurants, bars and shopping Great for a large group like ours but also they had small two people villas and family villas. Really so many options. Highly recommend it!
