Their family room is spacious and can accommodate up to 4 people. One extra king size bed and single bed. Good location. Near seminyak area, price very reasonable, water pressure and temperature just right.

The five sunset seminyak has friendly staff, nice coffee break and delicious lunch… thank you Fave Sunset Seminyak.

Pelayanan tidak memuaskan. 1. Security tidak tanggap terhadap kendaraan yg masuk maupun keluar. Harus komplain terlebih dahulu baru ada tindakan / respon. 2. Menu sarapan tidak bervariasi. 3. Pelayanan saat sarapan juga tidak tanggap dalam membersihkan makanan sisa di meja. Customer harus teriak atau mencari pegawai terlebih dahulu baru bisa dikerjakan. 4. Kamar pada saat ditinggalkan, tidak dibersihkan. Masih terdapat kotoran ataupun noda. Overall sangat tidak memuaskan menginap disini. Pikir ulang kalau ingin menginap disini walaupun hotel ini merupakan jaringan waralaba yang tersebar di berbagai kota di Indonesia, namun untuk pelayanan terhadap pelanggan sangat perlu dijadikan pertimbangan kembali.

A comfortable lively well locatedhotel. Food was very good and breakfast abundant. Prices reasonable. Shops closeby.

This hotel because located on the main street, My room was facing the road and If you are come back to the hotel from outside very late. You can hear clearly alot of motorbikes noise very bad from speeding, Which mean makes me hard to sleep. So try to sleep before 11pm or when the road are still busy. For breakfast suppose ready by 630am and for scrumbled egg/poach egg station by 7am. But they always late around 10-15mts. It can be a problem if you really need to go to the airport/for the tour group when they have to follow the schedule. Also room dont have a refigerator which mean you cant keep it cold your drink. The only reward goes to the front desk and the security team. They are friendly and being helpful.

What you paid and what you got. And I guess this place was fair. I should confess the staffs were sooo friendly. Breakfast menu was standard, room was fine, clean but yeah a bit noisey because I was there when the hotel was fully occupied. The bar was also a nice one. Good. Satisfying. Local atmosphere. Warm service.

I guess you get what you pay for, the rooms were small and seriously noisy. The wall are very thin and you can literally hear people in the other room and even the screaming tourist in the hall ways. This was an emergency stop for me as I did not book something earlier, not a ;lace to stay when you want comfort, but not bad if you just need a bed to stay for the night.

Good place to stay. Not that pricey. While is very packed during holiday season. Recommended!

Love this hotel Sooooo Muuuchh. Great staff,, room was clean and the swimming pool is awesome. I will suggest my family to stay here if they visit in Bali. Fantastic!

Pool a bit small, the rooms are clean and simple, with a toothbrush toothpaste, the ointment is there is no Hairdryer, need to talk to the counter to borrow, if the DVDs you didn't have to blow in the room no fridge, can't buy need to be refrigerated items.

Stay here for 5 days. Less crowded road. You should rent a bike. Coz this place located on main road.

Breakfast is OK, live many days but housekeeping only clean half a set, generally speaking, this kind of house price is very cheap bar.

We stayed the first four nights, bed sheets, Duvet cover, didn't change. Bathroom shower gel not replenished, rooms many mosquitoes, there are daily see. Also no fridge, Hairdryer but also to to the counter to borrow, is trouble.

We stayed in 2 locations at the fave hotel. One being on sunset which we were not a fan off. The lot attendant was extremely rude and verbally abusive towards our uber driver that was picking us up in front of the hotel to take us to the second location of fave hotel Umalas. Fave hotel Umalas had a balcony to the room which was nice to have as an option, if your room is facing the Main Street you do hear all the noise throughout the night however the island itself is very busy regardless of where you are so this is just something you need to get used too unless your at a resort on the beach. The beds were decent not the most comfortable but for the price was decent. The breakfast was good and pool area was really nice. The property is well maintained and staff are very very pleasant. If you rent a scooter the hotel does provide a designated parking for guests at the back of the building at no cost. The rooms were clean and location was great, close to everything in walking distance. We would definitely stay again at fave hotel Umalas.

Value for money is the right thing to say about Fave. For such price you can't really expect anything more. If you have stayed in Tunes Hotel, it's basically similar — you get the basics. No hair dryer provided in the room. I checked in really late at 2.30am and checked out in the morning. I'm glad this was a one night stay, don't think I will stay for more than one night. Pros: 1) 24 hours reception counter, we checked in at 2.30am with no issues. You just need to email the hotel and inform them earlier. 2) Friendly staffs — really friendly front desk and they have the always willing to help attitude. Very good 3) Very reasonable rates for basic stay Cons: 1) Rooms need refurbishment. At least repaint the rooms and walls along the hall way — it looks really worn out. 2) Bathroom water goes down really slowly. What's the point of having rainshower kind of pressure but the water doesn't go down that fast. 3) Walls are super thin — if you're staying for a long time you may have sleep issues. 4) Because the walls are so thin, why have renovation works early in the morning at 8.30am? Drilling sound started way too early — if it was 11am onwards it probably wouldn't bother me that much. Then again, I'm glad this was a one night stay, and it's fit for a one or maximum 2 night stay. It's a place for you to shower and go, not a place for you to stay in the room. Please don't blame the hotel for being so basic, because they are charging really inexpensive rates.

Very good value for the price. The breakfast is too asian tho. More western options or normal asian dishes like fried noodles / fried rice would be appreciated in my case.

Very nice hotel. Modren clean and friendly staff. Location is not so good but there is pizza hut and burger king near by. The matters are not so clean. No refrigerator in the room. They offer really good cocktails and open buffet breakfast. The pool is very small. Overall 7 out of 10

Great food, good customer care, nice rooms and cheap prices. Have a convinced store right outside, easily accessible. Honestly absolutely nothing to complain about this place for the price. Will be booking this place for my next stay too. Thank you Staff.

Very nice budget hotel for a short stay. I only stayed one night. Rooms and facilities are clean, staff are friendly and efficient. Hotel also has a restaurant and spa (though I did not use either), so very convenient if you don't want to go far. Only downsides for me were the pool and hairdryer. The pool is situated right next to the restaurant so I would feel awkward lounging by the pool. Also, hair dryers can be requested, but there were none available when I inquired.

The fave hotel was a beautiful family friendly hotel we stayed 9 nights on the 5th floor.
Amazing staff, very friendly, polite Agus, Rai & Devi were just fabulous they go above and beyond to help you and always felt very so welcome you should be very proud of them!

Nice restaurant, great food at the breakfast and very freshness food. Good room service quick respons from a staff. Ask for extra ordinary a scoop of iced cream or nice iced apple tea. Me and family will come back again. Thank you for chef and the awesome manager.

Friendly staff and nice clean Hotel, I was drive for view days for my customer stayed here, the location is perfect on main road, easy to access everything. As the driver in Seminyak of course I will recommend the fave hotel for your hotel on holiday in bali.

Booked the hotel as dayroom only cause my flight is quite late. The price is extremely affordable so I was concerned about the quality. Friendly helpful staff, immaculate clean room, basic amenities all there, comfortable bed and very good location. What else can I ask for? Love it.
