Room service is exceptional. Great attention to detail (even neaten my headphone cable) Restaurant is very horrible for service.
1st experience — asked for a Cappuccino and the response was "sorry its not included in your room". He explained this to me twice when I acknowledged it isn't included which came across as "no you cannot have it" had to go to reception and asked the manager if he can request a coffee from the restaurant for me to buy.
2nd experience — came for my coffee and cigarette, had to tell my room 3 times, asked for my coffee three times and an ashtray 4 times. Every single time they came to me they kept on opening the menu in front of me even though I gave my order so I had to repeatedly keep folding up the menu and place it out of my way. Another guest in the table adjacent had to tell room number 2 times and then after ordering their breakfast, was told its not included and was asked if they will pay for the breakfast. He looked at me and rolled his eyes as he was frustrated. The restaurant staff are not very attentive, recommend going elsewhere for breakfast. However, the food is good there. I had no choice as I already paid for my breakfast when I booked my room. Big Mistake.

We had a great stay, good location here in Bali. We enjoyed staying here a lot from friendly staff to clean rooms to very delicious breakfast ❤️ and roof top bar, instagramable modern design, very fast free Wi-Fi. We will come back soon.
Also near grocery store and money exchange are only 2mins away Thank you Dash Hotel for this wonderful experience.

I've stayed at the dash Hotel a number of times and it's one of the best places to stay in Seminyak close to everything minutes to the beach service is fantastic and second-to-none the staff are always accommodating and welcoming looking forward to my next stay.

Great location clean service very good service. Recommended for young kids and groups.

This hotel is my worst experience ever. The roomservice food was cold & the internet didn't work for 2 days. Using data roaming for 2 days, after I asked them if that was a option. Yes you can mister, if you can proof the extra costs. I sended all the documents about the extra costs and they still don't wanna pay.

This is one of the cool and funky l hotels that I have ever had the pleasure to stay at! The staff were very accommodating and even gave me a free room upgrade. Even the rooftop had such breathtaking views of Seminyak. Highly recommend staying at Dash!

The breakfast s were very nice and lots to choose from in our 11 day stay. Safe and central hotel also. Very clean and English speaking staff.

Great venue to watch State of Origin I 2019. Extensive food menu.

My room had a major bug problem. I told the cleaning guys and they never did anything about it. They said they were spraying the base of the hotel, but that doesn’t get rid of bugs crawling around my room near the top floor? The bathroom smelled sour on most days. Front desk was very helpful for multiple questions—but their arranged transport seems overpriced. Overall, I’ve had better hotels in the area with larger rooms, etc for the same or better price. I enjoyed the bottomless breakfast. The location is walkable to multiple beach bars in seminyak. The decor is a bit intense: ugly red pool reminds of blood, raunchy items included for purchase inside room make it unsuitable for families with children, writing on ceiling and face on wall makes and lite up bed makes it hard to relax. Water and toiletries provided as well as 1 stocked fridge was a plus.

Great value for money. Sleep quality will depend on the location of the room your in. Stay away from the ones facing the street. The location is excellent and central to everything in Seminyak. Service deserves a 12 out 10 and staff friendliness is second to none. However the hotel is in dire need of a proper cleanup and a bit of maintenance. The rooms are not spotless clean, the common washrooms leak of bad odor and are dirty in the times we had to use them. Don't expect to use the common pool for a tan but there is a rooftop lounge area with a plunge pool designed for that with an awesome view. Food was great but there are many highly rated restaurants in the area that are a small dash away! Wifi was very strong and excellent across the board.

I booked for a standard room without breakfast because initially I thought only me and my friend will stay for a night but last minute another friend decided to join us. The hotel forced us to upgrade the room to Studio plus extra bed and asked to pay extra IDR 500, 000. We insisted that we are okay in one king size bed as we are all petite and small size and we won't stay long in a room as we are outside most of the time during our stay. But they didn't allow us. Which to me was a thumbs-down. The hotel / room design is contemporary and a bit "naughty". Clean and spacious. There are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. Generally, our stay was good. If we are to stay again? I think I'll try other hotels on my next stay on Seminyak.

Very out there decor. First and last time. Good location. Hotel room ok — kinda dirty. Very out there decor. Roof top bar/pool is nice if you want to escape the loud crowds at the beach clubs close by. Service is good. Didn't eat at the hotel as there is plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. Room Tip: Only stay here if you're looking for something different in term of decor.

I love the place, it was clean, and the hotel food service was phenomenal! The first time I ever loved a hotel food service. It was better than a restaurant, especially the tom yum soup. It had a great location too and the breakfast! you definitely Want to get a room with breakfast included, TRUST ME.

Very different atmosphere and interesting. Quite comfortable but very dark and hard to see and read. Unfortunately the red pool was not very inviting at all. Breakfast menu best ever had so include breakfast in package strongly recommended. Great location as close to beach & public pools, shops & restaurants. Staff so friendly.

The staffs are all friendly and helpful. Love the unlimited breakfast orders, satisfied with the food serving. My suggestion for the f&b staffs is to assign few tables to each staff so dat he/she wud able to focus on their own section for easier and faster service. Other than dat, definitely a place to recommend. Thumbs Up!

It would be the most unforgettable, awesome 5 nights in this funky & chic hotel in Seminyak. Missing already Weda, whom been so accomodating since my arrival and during the course of my stay there. Foods there great & not to mention its located in the most happening area… so convenient to just 'shop till drop' & partayyy like a rock star! Highly recommend Dash Spa — Rabbit Hole, Signature massage as skillful local masseurs who will make u knock out with their magical touch Lost for words on the quality of food … you will be served a breakfast to perfection! Aaaww, Dash will now be my 2nd home each time I'll be in Bali.

The Dash Hotel Seminyak was an awesome hotel! Unfortunately I just stayed for 1 Night and I think I should come back to this hotel and stay for some nights. Even when I post some pictures and video about the hotel, some of my friends asked and curious about the hotel. I would glad to recommend this hotel to my friends. But for a note, the single bed is so small for me. If you are tall person or need more space for sleep, do not choose the single bed. Overall this hotel was stunning and awesome. Good job The Dash Hotel Seminyak!

We loved this hotel. It was very modern and trendy and perfect for us. Dash hotel even surprised us with roses in the bathtub and a welcome "happy honeymoon" dessert. This hotel was my absolutely favorite, and all the staff was great and helpful.

Good value for money due to location and room quality (nice size, bed, towel, AC). Pool do not get sunlight, mostly dark or shaded. Staff friendliness and service used to be pretty great. My last stay (last week), staff were not as friendly, a bit standoff-ish. The senior ones were a bit distant. Food ok, but need to put more basic spices especially for Indonesian food. Cocktails are good.

Awesome front desk service. Help to get the room ready as soon as possible and help to get the cab for me to the airport. The place is very hipster like and the room is similar to apartment. Good for families and next door is their restaurants. Convenient to get meal.

Nice and price worthy hotel in Seminyak. Pros — cool rooms, good value — free massage (not too long, can always buy more time) — breakfast included with everything from the a la carte menu. Lot of options. — location is great, next to Potato Head and close other nice bars and restaurants — nice personnel Cons — not so many cons in fact — breakfast taste could be improved a bit. — the bunny is a bit weird :)

Facinating interior design. Great concept too! I am surprised with the room design. It feels hommy. Will comeback again and stay here! Easy to walk anywhere to find food, coffee, and walkable to the beach! Great location!

The room was really good, it was comfortable and given the price we paid for, it is value for money! Location was really good too. Right smack at the centre of seminyak! Walking distance to many places! Will recommend my friends to stay in Dash hotel anytime if they are not looking for villa.

We stayed 3 nights at this unique hotel and it was great! The hotel is in the heart of Seminyak at a walking distance of all the attractions and busy streets. We felt really welcome when we arrived and they offered us a welcome drink! It was a hot day so we enjoy it! The décor of the hotel is kinda chic/ Industrial and it creates a perfect vibrant atmosphere with amazing pieces of art everywhere. Our room had an amazing comic themed wall that we loved. The rooms are spacious and really comfy. The staff is out of this world! I like good breakfasts and I can tell the breakfast at Dash exceeded my expectations! As well you can relax on the rooftop in the amazing pool or have a cocktail in their bar at sunset! Awesome experience. I will repeat for sure!

Good hotel for the money (by local standards! ). The staff is polite. The interior on the fan, personally I red everywhere is not liked. Good by local standards, the Breakfast. Not a buffet but a menu from which you can choose what you want and how you want. But no meat. In the best case in the dishes you will find items of chicken. Well and eggs.

Good for the price. Studio room is a bit small with no bathtub though. Good location and very near to potato head. Breakfast is quite nice which you can order as much as you can at the restaurant. Will recommend if you want to stay with affordable budget.

Somehow, I LOVE the "1 bedroom suite" — but HATED the single! The single felt like I had to walk through DARK hallways, and the cartoons, etc. In the bedroom were just overwhelming. Conversely, the 1 bedroom felt chic, new, and large enough that the cartoons/art weren't overwhelming. Also the modern beautiful tub is FANTASTIC, and worth the stay alone. The fruit is a super nice touch you've added lately, and the all you can eat a la carte breakfast option is lovely. WOULD recommend.

Love love love the decor! Very cheeky. Location is super perfect. The food taste excellent. Price range is affordable for the amenities and comfort of the room. Super fan of the yellow robe and the red rabbit. Good looking pool. And The Shack rooftop bar is a different take on enjoying sunset.

We love our stay here as it's pretty unique. Love the room decor and interior that we stayed in. The only thing that perhaps to us was the overall lightings is kind of insufficient as some areas is a little too dark. Good to know the first beverages in the fridge was complimentary but would have been better if it was stated somewhere on the fridge. We were told only much later. Ideally, there should be FREE water replenishment since we only had the first during check in. We will stay here again and recommend to friends as the location is convenient and strategic to trendy places to chill. Keep up the good work.

Even tho we got a studio, we thought it was a little bit small. Didnt like the concrete floors for the bathroom/toilet area. The feature wall in our room was really cool. The fridge was not cold enough to keep your drinks cold. The staff were magnificent and their service, excellent. The buffet breakfast was very yummy They played pretty cool music in the evening whilst having a beer. Overall I would rate it an 8/10.

Perfect! 10/10! Price of room was very very attractive compared to those nearby. Service from check-in, to front desk staff friendliness to check out/airport transfer was great. Great location! And what's our Favourite was the spread at the ala carte breakfast! The juices, coconut surprise, and shashuka was awesome! The hotel also offered a room for us to have a shower (before we headed to the airport) after we checked out! Wonderful! Would recommend my friends to stay here.

Loved this hotel! I was a solo traveller. Super stylish, super sexy, felt like I was staying in an editorial magazine. The staff treated me so well. Loved the shack on the roof. Great location in seminyak too. I would go back to this hotel.

Very finicky place… The bar has an amazing happy hour but the staff are very slow… We ordered beer and gin and tonic and we then were informed that we get no other drink because if it is it part of the happy hour! We spoke to bar manager and she was clueless! It is a shame but never the less, it is worth visiting!

We loved the Dash Hotel! Very friendly amazing service, this is a very unique hotel! The decor is Japanese pop art and very well done and very cool! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! You are sure to enjoy a stay here!

I would like to thank you all of Dash staff. They are nice and professional well service. Even we had only 2 nights stay but it was pleasant stay and memorable. The breakfast is excellent. Just small problem during stay is the slide door bathroom. It was not smooth to pulling. I would recommend your hotel to my friends and definitely we will come back there.

Currently staying here, I was greeted with smiles, a complimentary fruit drink, and hand shakes after getting out of the pre-arranged airport shuttle, price extra. First impressions from a seasoned traveler: great service, warm smiles and eye contact. Spotless room, small but complimentary sodas in the fridge. A/C, HD television with satellite programming, comfortable double bed, reasonable laundry service, clean toilet and shower facilities, funky decor with a giant upside down bunny over the pool. Definitely not your average hotel, recommended for sure!

Stayed here for 3 nights and I was amazed with the level of service of this hotel! The rooms are clean with industrial funky designs. A cute rooftop for you to chill after a long day out in Seminyak. The staffs are extremely helpful. We get complimentary head and shoulder massages upon arrival. But overall, the service and warmth the staff offered beats any other 5 star hotel I've stayed before ;)

Amazingly generous and bright value hotel. It is a hotel for those who want to keep a high energy through out their stay Bali. The food for breakfast is beautiful and affordable. One of the rare hotels that it's food is cheap than their surroundings restaurants. Dian, the receptionist was very cheerful & helpful. The staff here seems they enjoy themselves and their work.

Loved the Dash Hotel. We booked with free breakfast and I have to admit the food was amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly, always smiling, and very accommodating. The hotel decor was unlike anything else in Seminyak. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. I would highly recommend the Dash hotel.

Great value for the money. Fun and funky. Everything is well appointed and modern. Staff are friendly. Location is great for cafes, bars and restaurants. Opposite Potatohead and W. Cheap laundry available up the road past Sarong and Revolver (not the Eat St one).

Hearing the staff choir a big "good morniiiiing" every time we went for breakfast made my days. The breakfast is incredible with many choices of food, juices and milkshakes. The pool is really nice, although it gets some sun during just a few hours in the afternoon. The room is also very nice and if you get one of those which have a balcony facing the "backyard" there is a nice view of Seminyak and more privacy (the ones facing the pool also face each other…).
