The hotel was nicely located in a calm street away from the busy and noisy roads of seminyak, and right in between the beach and all the restaurants. The room was very clean, but the open shower in the bathroom was annoying because the whole bathroom floor was wet all the time. The pool was not big, and there was only 2 sun loungers but it was nice to swim there after a long day at the beach to recover from sun burns. The breakfast is served on the rooftop where you have a nice view, but we were unlucky and got very sick after eating the breakfast on the second day. The first day we had no problem, and it was good.

Absolutely loved it here, staff are super friendly and helpful, it's close to everything but it's hidden away so it's not super noisy. For what it costs per night it's a 10/10. Clean room and bathroom, has mini bar fridge and a safe. Couldn't ask for more for such a reasonable price.

A small budget hotel in central area of Seminyak. It's clean. The room is not big, the bathroom is small. There is a small pool inside. Their main plus is the location and the price, and also it's located in a small alley so noise from the busy street is isolated. They have small parking area, and it's not convenient to go in and out of the alley.

Cheap, best location in the heart of seminyak, near every good attractions: kim soo, motel mexicola, potatohead, sea circus & so on.

The hotel is simply amazing, the space and interior of the room, the quality of the bed they used is so relaxing. 5 stars to the staff that has excellent quality service, very prompt and efficient especially Rahma if I remembered it correctly; Wowed for a very reasonable price.

We stayed here for one night and that was enough. The only reason I'm giving it a 2 star is because the staff were great. The ac barely works, pumps cold damp mildewy air. Went to take a shower and the shower head fell and broke out of the fall. Went to turn the water off and the handle snapped off and almost hit my foot, took 10 mins to figure out how to turn the water off. The worst part is the room smelled like sh×t because of the open drain in the bathroom. Balcony opens to a wall with no terrace.

Had an enjoyable stay there. This place is near to almost all attraction in seminyak and also have a good price!

Good staff they even borrowed me a spare helmet for few days, room service is quiet good. Lacking of hair dryer. Some walls a bit mouldy, the rest of it is just affordable and worth to stay even hot water is not working. (maintenance issue? not a big problem for me)

Great place to stay, central to beach and shopping district.

If you driving a car then you should avoid this hotel because hotel only have parking park that fits only 2 cars. Location of hotel is nice. The first room that they give to us very humid, even you can feel the wall wet. The second room I can smell bad odor from the pillow. But we are too tired to complain and replace into another room. Anyway you cant complain more with cheap room rate.

Clean, quiet, and has delicious breakfast with a great rooftop view. The rooms are small but the price is unbeatable. The location is in Seminyak Square, close to the beach and shopping. Would stay here again!

Great location in seminyak. Found it difficult if you rent a car and park next to the hotel.

Cozy place, staffs are amazing, best value to stay…

The room was alright and clean, however the staff was unprofessional and later unfriendly after a problem occurred. We were 3 persons who asked in advance if there was one room available and what the price was. The lady at the reception gave us a price on which we agreed and told us that we can check in first and pay later. When we went down to pay, she overcharged us 30% and explained that it was because of 3 persons. It would have been better to tell us before but this was not acceptable and not fair. Wouldn't recommend this hotel, better book online before checking in.

Best Location in seminyak, comfortable, cozy, friendly, affordable price.

Great location and value. I really enjoyed my stay for 9 nights. Good breakfast on rooftop as well with nice views. Walking distance to beach and local cafes, bars/restaurants and shops.

Very reasonable price, just minutes walk to the beach. And no traffic waranty to get casa aya by back street. So over all is the best to stay for your hotel in seminyak.

A fantastic place to stay in Bali with brilliant people. The location is awesome. The staff are great & rooms cosy. I stayed for 3 months and loved it.
