Lovely hotel in heart of Legian, cozy good restaurant with live music. Rooftop pool were you can relax with a Bintang or something else, also food served from restaurant in ground floor. All people working here so so nice, send my best to Nadija in reception what a lovely lady.

Delicious food. Friendly helpful staff. Great atmosphere with live music in the evening and current music during the day. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, nice cleanrooms, great beds, good location, love the rooftop pool, good food in restaurant and room service, have stayed twice now and will definitely look at staying again.

Better than crown I feel best service always happy will Bend over backwards to make your stay the best I just did 14 days here and already looking at ems for next trip over.

Had an awesome time the best and most friendly staff andika, Rian, Agus, Adi, Esang, Gloria all of the staff always helpful, good customer service, clean well looked after hotel clean room comfortable bed amazing view on the roof top, clean pool, but the hotel and bar managers won’t so friendly and kind to visitors and staff I didn’t really get well with them I reckon without them 2 the place is perfect, would recommend to everyone to try the place and most of all it’s in a good area.

The breakfast is great, rooms smell of humidity and in the evenings there is a pub that has very loud music. Acceptable to be a couple of nights.

Have stayed at this hotel for the last 3 years, can’t beat it for the price. The staff are all lovely, food always great and a really great pool on the roof.

Pro: Nice hotel, great and friendly staff. Great location. No breakfast buffet only set and a la carte breakfast and it was good and tasty. Con: no coffee and tea in the room, no hotel slippers, only one toothbrush in twin bed room. Check in late but cant check out late.

Spacious room and smiley staff. Great and healthy breakfast. Always been my choice if I visit Legian.

Wasn't a bad place, close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Our first night there, our shower didn't drain and they stunk! But the problem was fixed pretty quickly. However, there is no soundproofing, meaning when the group of 10 guys staying on our level came back at 3am, they were very loud and kept partying into the morning. Very disruptive to our sleep! Bed was comfy and rooftop pool was nice.

Comfy place to stay, clean room, good service, good breakfast, 10 minutes walk to double six beach. A bit noisy at night from the bar in front of the hotel.

Great value for money very clean food good and lovely staff. Please do not use the money exchange just to the left of Zest as he will rip you off he did to many guests this week the post office people are honest and great to use just up from there!

Great cheap place to stay. Clean room/s mini bar, a/c. Close to shops. Food is ok for the price. They do local dishes the best. BUT watch out for the local (closest) money changer, he has the best rate but you will be lucky to leave the place with all your cash after his light fingers have finished playing with it. Count your cash right before you put it in your wallet and if he starts picking it up and playing with it after you’ve counted it … you’ve been warned.

Nice hotel. The rooms are new and clean. Only there is a mismatch on pictures with a balcony, and on fact without. With a balcony only on the last floor. And the evening is very noisy, opposite the bar on the corner every day sing.

Great hotel. Opened in July 2016 clean, bright and comfortable rooms, daily cleaning in the room. Friendly staff, at the address to them ready to render any help. There are many shops, massage parlors and cafes nearby. Gorgeous and warm rooftop pool! All good!

Very cheap hotel. You get more than what you pay for. Great roof top pool. Great for sunset and few drinks. Rooms are small but very clean and that's all you need. Best thing about this hotel is that the mattress you sleep on so absolutely good. You diffenently get a goods night sleep. Value for money.

Budget hotel with a great location to access around. Many shops, restaurants, massage places. Walking distance to the Legian beach. The hotel has a fantastic roof top swimming pool with a view of the surrounding areas and sunsets.

Well placed hotel near the beach and Beach Boys who rent surfboards and deckchairs. Breakfast. Hearty and swimming pool on the roof top. Clean and functional rooms.

Have stayed before, rooms cleaned/serviced daily. Beds and linen nice and fresh. Staff attentive and Manager Miss Diah will bend over backwards to accommodate just about any reasonable request.
The Jaen Bar and kitchen food is great quality and very well priced. If you dine and or stay here you will not be disappointed that's for sure.

I struggled for the first few days in Bali trying to find wheelchair access to a lot of restaurants. By chance last night, we decided to try Zest, even though I had to hop up a few steps to get up, so I sent my friend / carer / cousin in to check out the toilet situation. Whilst I was waiting for her to come back, to my surprise, the ramp jumped out at me. She came back and told me that I should be able to manage the toilet, so as I went to assess the situation myself, the disabled toilet jumped out at me. I can't believe I found somewhere close to the villa we are staying in that has a ramp as well as a disabled toilet. I was and am so impressed, you don't know how much you have made my remaining week here much more pleasurable and comfortable. I am extremely relied now knowing I can get to a bathroom if needed when out and about and not have to deal with any stairs as most other places in Bali seem to have. Thank you for this small inclusion you have made to your hotel / restaurant that makes a HUGE difference to people like me in wheelchairs, trying to get around Bali.

Nice, clean and new hotel with great facilities for the price. The location is great, the rooms were nice and the rooftop pool with a view was a great bonus. I also found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, they helped me book a taxi even after I'd checked out and been away out for the day.

We had a good stay in this hotel. It is a new and clean hotel with good service. Though it is a small hotel but the facility is more than we expected. There were 25 of us stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights. The friendly and polite staff adds the value of this hotel. I recommend this hotel for those who don't bring kids, as it's quite far from the main road and is surrounded by many bars.

Great hotel, best prices & loved the infinity pool. Breakfast was amazing & the staff are so lovely. Our friends moved villas to come stay here they loved it so much :) Would defiantly recommend & will be back.

My husband and I pre-booked three nights at Zest prior to our holiday in Bali. Being a new hotel, we weren't sure what to expect so thought we'd be safe and stay just a few nights in case we didn't like it.
We were greeted by unbelievably friendly staff, clean amenities and the worlds COMFIEST bed (and fluffy pillows)! Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to choose from each day. We loved our three nights so much that we ended up booking another 7 nights (and stayed their our whole trip) … and heading back to stay there in 2017. Thanks for a wonderful experience Diah and all your beautiful staff.

Great location, beautiful staff and service. The roof top pool is amazing. The rooms are beautifully kept. The bed was the best I have slept in and the linen was so fresh and crisp. I would recommend this Hotel very highly. Thank you for a wonderful stay. :)
