This is the second time we've stayed here, this time with a pool view room, comfy bed and pool extremely clean. Will stay again.

We are staying here at the moment. It's in a great spot, great staff, pool is lovely — we would stay here again but next time would get a room nearer the pool! no complaints from us!

Great budget hotel, staff very friendly and help made alot of friends with most people that worked there, rooms not bad but mosqitoes was the only issue for me, besides that will be back there again.

This is would be the best hotel I have ever stayed. The satff are amazing and I hope during the change of management that this doesn't change. The current staff and their amazing attitude and interaction with the guests sell this hotel. Love them all and will always come back.

Great live music, in your Front restaurant. Staff are always friendly. I have stayed here many times with no complaints. I will continue to do so as it is my home away from home. Pool and facilities are great, terrific room rates.

Staff are truly amazing so friendly cant do enough for you. It was my birthday during our stay and when I got back from brekkie they had put a massive happy birthday banner and balloons was a lovely touch. Cleaners made really lovely designs of our towels was exciting to see each day what we got there were turtles, elephants, dogs etc. Nice clean resort loved every day we have already booked for next year.

Booked several weeks ago with confirmation, but when we arrived they didn't have our room. Put us in a room overlooking the street so much noise that we couldn't sleep. Asked for a fridge but they didn't have one Only one fridge for over ninety rooms. The Wi-Fi kept dropping out which made it difficult to keep in touch with family. Towels are paper thin. Since two years ago this place has gone from recommending to Dont stay. When we got there sixty international TV channel's so we can keep up with world events, then overnight down to ten channels, nine in Indonesian and one English channel, pretty poor. Plenty of other hotels in this street for the same price, we checked in on those and asked the tourists what they thought, and they all said great place that they decided to stay in. So take another look at where you may stay. Am extra dollar a night may just make you're stay more pleasant.

Great location, clean pool. Comfy bed. Great price and great staff. What more would you want. They even have a basic gym for those fitness fanatics.

Decent place, only stayed here for three days before heading to seminyak. Staff were friendly, rooms good size and cleaned everyday. We ordered room service one night, a chicken burger which wasn't chicken it was beef but they was adamant it was chicken. Changed it to a pizza, it wasn't great however, we had the Indian food in the restaurant that was very nice!. Nice pool area aswell.

The place was not very clean and is very outdated. We found a few spider webs and dust in some corners. It's not a quiet place either at night so do not count on peaceful sleep. The restaurant in front leaves much to be desired. Do not look forward to your breakfast in the morning, it was depressing to say the least. The star really goes out to the massage parlor on the premises, their staff was really friendly and so professional, keep up the good work, we enjoyed the massages. So in short, Paradiso needs a serious face lift.

Salah satu hotel bagus di Pusat Legian. Kamar Luas, kamar mandi sangat besar, walau terlalu besar menurut saya, karena keberadaan bathtub kayaknya sudah tidak update lagi. Makanan secara umum sangat enak. Pelayanan bagus dan ramah. Kolam berenang bersih. Top lah. Sangat puas bisa menginap di Legian Paradiso Hotel.

Good food with nice music and soothing ambience. Lot of varities to choose from the menu. Indonesian, Chinese and Indian too.

We didn't stay at the hotel but the security and staff were kind enough to let us wait in the cool office out of the sun and humidity while we waited for the Kura Kura bus. The hotel is beautiful and clean and the staff are always pleasant and willing to make guests (even temporary) feel welcome and comfortable.

Great staff, great location, fantastic price, worn down and in need of some love. Cannot complain.

Management moved our rooms after we booked 6 months early and had an inspection. Kids all had rooms away from us and they refused to fix. Air con old in two rooms and barely working. Fridge in one room reeks. When we booked we asked to ensure they served bacon as can be difficult to find with breakfast in Bali. Despite being assured they did, they didn't. Disappointed we paid for brekkie as this is easily the worst we have had in our many trips to Bali. Steamed rice, fried rice and noodles only hot food offered apart from eggs (good) and sliced brisket. Staff say hello when passing but that is it. Not made to feel welcome at all. Marlin in tattoo shop does a great job. Cheap hotel.

I stayed with the Legian Paradiso in February for 14 days. I was simply amazed with the Hotel. It was very close to all things necessary to have a great time in Bali. Beach, shopping, beauty salons, bars and restaurants etc. The staff at the hotel are fantastic are there to cater for your every whim.
The rooms are clean with fresh linen and cleaned daily. Pool is beautiful, as I spent a lot of time there it was heaven on a hot day. I mostly ate at the restaurant there "Bloody Sweet" its called as the food was fresh and wonderful and well priced.
Although it has a 3 star rating, I give it a 5 star price3 quality of service you cant beat it.

Nice place to reside just needed more pillows food was great on silent day and staff where friendly and helpful back there in November but will upgrade.

Just had 2 weeks at Paradiso. Legion. My husband suffered multiple bites which swelled and itches. Not sure if mossies… wardrobe was full of mossies. Or bed bugs. We have been staying there off and on over 25 years. NOTHING has been upgraded even down to squeaky pool steps. Poolside deluxe rooms? a joke. Old old old. Hard beds smelly pillows. Air cond faulty. No TV channel guide. Old tv. S. No DVD player. Mouldy bathroom. Just tired. Don't bother with breakfast. No cereals just small choice fruit. Eggs. Bread. Last night's fried rice. And noodles. This was a special memories trip for us. We won't go back.

You get what you pay for. Comfortable enough but cleanliness needs improving and had to ask for towels and toilet paper each day as they weren't replenished when the room was 'cleaned'. UHT milk for all beverages/cocktails I would not stay there again but then it will appeal to others.

We have been to Bali multiple times and stayed in different resorts and we have found the Paradiso our favourite Hotel to keep returning to. The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is every a drama for the staff, rooms get cleaned daily and our son loves the different animals made from towels left on our beds. The hotel grounds are kept lovely also u can sit out the front of hotel where the restaurant Bloody sweet is and watch the world go by or have a drink and listen to the live band and Balinese dancers depending on what’s on. What’s even better is u can go back to your room and u don’t hear any noise at all… The location is the best we have stayed plenty of places to eat and shop and don’t have to catch a taxi out every night for dinner etc. With the advantage of a little local mini mart next door. We absolutely love the Paradiso and would highly recommend this hotel:) )

Love the atmosphere. Staff happy and friendly nothing ever too much to ask. Rooms are comfy and clean. Food amazing. Love the cocktail parties mingling amongst other holiday makers… Management know their jobs… happy staff happy visitors.

Have a fantastic room got a 2 suite one. This time we'll worth the money. Especially good for disabled people as they have walk in shower. In fact this room has two showers and dinning room and 2 tvs. George the manager is wonderful and welcoming as are all the staff in the restaurant and security. Good area, close to everything. The gardens are beautiful and typical Bali style.

Good food at good rates. The special draw was Indian food. My parents wanted indian food and the Nan and choley did the trick. Other dishes were good too.

Great pool and nice garden, but all the rest is mediocre. The room didn't have hair dryier, internet was not stable, and hot water from the shower stopped to come out after few min.

Good value accommodation in legian central location on main road although facilities set back so no noise. Easy convenient but in need of updating. Friendly staff and family feel.

Well placed cheap 3 star accommodation in the kuta end of legian. Off the road so reasonably quiet. Old but functional resort and rooms. Friendly staff.

Great hotel location and outer looks. The rooms urgently requires and upgrade especially the bathroom. Although the rooms are cleaned daily, the consumables are only replenished on request. Towels are often stained or torn at edges. Buffet breakfast is very, very limited. (more of a budget breakfast). Will definitely NOT be returning to this hotel. It's only good if you are on a very tight budget.

Nice enough place but not ideal location. No direct easy route to the beach. Lovely heated swimming pool with attached bar.

Accomodation is a little run down. Staff are friendly. You basically pay for what you get. The reason I'm only give 3 stars is because of the room service. It's absolutely terrible food. I don't think I've ever had such bad food in my life.

This is the pits! Run. If you've already booked cancel. They over book and its not unusual to turn up and have no room. If so you are lucky. To get a room is worse. I have reviewed 50+ places. This is the worse.

Rooms ok. Location very good. Towels worn. The worst part of this budget hotel is the breakfast, they actually hide the bacon! Yes seriously it's hidden behind the counter of the cook eggs section… You have to request for the bacon and limited to 2 half slices. I would normally have local dishes but they are even worse here. 2 days with no cereals! Oh and the coffee … you got to try it just once… Worse than medicine photo of their full size bacon.

Okayish rooms. Great room service, brilliant hospitality. You can get additional beds if you need them, (we did. ) The Wi-Fi is nice. The food is great.

Clean and comfortable. Price depicts room standard. Pool view rooms best, garden rooms basic. Pool great! Beach 10 mins easy walk or five by cab.

We checked in to. Superior room. I wasn't happy as the aircon didn't work all that well. But staff straight away upgraded us to a deluxe room with garden views. Everywhere you look their is staff everywhere. Staff at legian pardasio are so so lovely made us feel very safe. The security guard at night time helped me with lots of things. Very trustworthy. Food is also spot on. The spa is wonderful little over priced for Bali but great girls there. Pool and bar pool is amazing! Overall great experience. Thank you legian paradiso.

3rd time staying here and each time has been lovely. The staff are very friendly and attentive… nothing is too much trouble. I stayed on my own for 7 nights due to my friend being unable to make it. I was upgraded and looked after so well it made my stay more enjoyable. The pork belly in the restaurant is to die for with real crispy skin ha! The breaky is good but you have to remember your in Bali! The pool is lovely with poolside towels. Shower is powerful! I have no negative comments to make!

Can't understand all these bad reviews!
The hotel is set back from the road so there's no bar/nightclub noise late on.
We have a deluxe garden view room and think it's great. Cleaned daily with fresh towels, toiletries and bottled water every day. Bedding changed every 3 days but you can request as often as you want. Pool is clean and items at swim up bar are averagely priced but good food. Pool towels are available most of the time or brought out straight away if you ask.
There seems to always be staff cleaning round or sweeping up. Would highly recommend this budget hotel. Excellent value for money!

Checked in around midnight, when we arrived there was a Balinese man in the lobby screaming as if he had been shot. The staff were yelling at each other and the man, they were not friendly which made my boyfriend and I feel very uncomfortable (being his first time in Bali)
Got shown to our room which was so run down and messy.
Air conditioner was horrible it didn't even work, outside on the balcony was cooler than in the room.
Our shower was terrible, it flooded the whole bathroom because the drain was blocked.
Not to mention we booked a room which included a bath in the bathroom, no bath.
The bed sheets and pillows were dirty, had to sleep on top of the sheets.
No staff were friendly, breakfast was crap not a huge variety to choose from either.
Pictures and reviews online were very misleading, we are very disappointed.
Not a very good way to remember our time in Bali.
Only ended up being there one night, would never stay there again and definitely would not recommend.

I orederd Sate, and the taste is like chewing a rubber. The food is not recommennded at all.

Wouldnt stay any where else. Beautiful staff. Great pool. Very clean rooms. Prompt service if you need anything. Wonderful yummy food. And best of all… great location. Da best.

Out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to all the Kuta/Legian spots. Very friendly staff and the manager is simply a superman… he can do anything you ask. Love this little place.

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Shower causes huge puddle on floor in bathroom, mould and cracked tiles, wireless net expensive and it won't work in my room, can only access it at front office area, but good location for shops and not too far to walk to beach, bit over priced I feel, the lizard running round the walls was a touch of entertainment though, unlike the dead cockroach that stayed with us for 4 days, maybe when I kept moving him round they thought he was staying with us. Otherwise ok,, for short stay.

Stayed in june 2009 and will be there febuary 2011 found staff friendly and helpfull, rooms large and comfortable bathrooms are a bit tired and need minor renos, location is excellant if your there for 1 week and want to be close to shops and night life, price is reasonable, as saying goes you pay for what you get.
