Nice look hotel in nice location with international taste.
I have been here for a few days. Upon a check in, I was placed in one room (closest to the street and desk). After I requested a more quiet room away from the street and frequent noise of guests checking in and their motorbikes, I was placed in another room without air conditioning. I was told the AC would be fixed the same day, so I left to explore the area expecting to come back to an air conditioned room or at the very least the AC being repaired. As I returned, I was met by an attendant and told I would have to move rooms. I was shuffled to another room further down the corridor. Within a couple of hours I heard a VERY LOUD humming coming from the bathroom and very aggressive and focused feet stomping overhead. I assumed the stomping was from new guests going upstairs and getting situated, so I attempted to ignore it. Only after I realized that the steps were intentional, did I go to the front desk. After I brought attention to both the humming and the stomping did the steps get louder and become coupled with the dragging of items across the floor and the dropping of heavy items onto the floor. I have been here for a few days, and I will remain because I prepaid for the duration of my stay. I have taken to being very quiet so that my location in the unit is not known to the overhead occupants. I make less noise as I move around the room because I have found that once the upstairs occupant hears me; their actions become louder.

Love to stay here. Very cheap, easy access and close to sunset road. Only walking distance to krishna shop. There also many restaurant and minimarket around. The hotel was clean, very big room with complete facility… staff was kind and helpful.
