Just horrible! Dirty! Sheets and Towels had brown and yellow stains. Walls were full of stains. Floor was so dirty, in the bathroom were so many hairs! I complained, but she said "it's clean, it's clean". Staff speaks bad English, they cannot help you with anything. I wanted to have another room, because of the dirt and a dead cockroach in our bathroom. I was on the phone with a guy who told me "if you don't like, you can go". Worst service ever! Pictures are lying! It doesn't look like this at all! Every hostel I've been to before was more clean and the staff is more helpful.
