Great place for family visiting Bali, fercilities are great, very clean and got everything you need while you on holiday, close to shops and restaurants if you want to eat out, very friendly staff.

Kuta Central Park overall rating for us is 5 star, superb services from staff, serves good food especially their buffet breakfast. Hotel rate is lower compared to others but quality of accommodation is very good, I missed their Spa with coffee and milk body scrub then jacuzzi hot bubble bath then very relaxing aromatic body massage, super!

Great staff, very friendly. Stayed there twice, so relaxing, rooms are clean and more than happy to upgrade if needed.

The staff were great and very friendly I asked them to leave towel animals in our room and they did kids loved it. We had 2 family rooms the only downfall was they were in the middle so no windows. Other than that we loved our stay.

Perfect for our family. We have stayed here a few times and had excellent service every time. The price suits our budget perfectly. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The food is good and the cocktails at happy hour are lovely. We spend a lot of time at the swim-up bar too. We will be back!

Kuta Central Park Hotel is a truly reccomendable Hotel when you are in Bali. The place is accesible. They have a good accomodation, facilities and their staffs is really accomodating and nice. Very good hotel!

Extremely dated hotel. Converted from row of abandoned shoplots. Doesn't have a nice holiday vibe. Half an hour from the beach.

Excellent and promising hotel… Gonna live it… Excellent staff. Awesome services… Everything is at a walking distance. It's not very scenic except the room by the pool… But excellent place to relax…

4* hotel that keep the satisfaction of their customers at first. Very clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I left my sunblock cream in the morning and ask them to keep it until I came that night, and they did it to me! In the 2nd day I didn't manage to ate a breakfast so I ask them to make a take away breakfast, and they make it nicely. All in a box, I think its a brunch because its so complete. Whatever I write would be less to explain how great the customer service of this place is… The food is so delicious, less fat but rich in taste, area around hotel and room is so clean and well maintained. The bit of greenery around the pool and restaurant area adds color and life to the hotel. If the hotel staffs see u wandering around they come up to u and ask if they can help u with something. Also at the end of every meal, they take time to come up to u and ask how was ur meal? I am like one of those really hard to please kinda person, but still I didnt find anything that I can complain for. The massage and spa is also so comforting and realxing and so are the hotel beds. Thank u for making our stay really comfortable and worth it being really affordable. I will definitely come back to u and highly recommend to all the ones who is visiting bali to stay here.

The staff are fantastic (especially the bar staff). The food is amazing. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are like clouds. If there was a problem they fixed it straight away, even in the middle of the night.

Kamarnya bersih, untuk kamar superior disediakan bathroom amenities, pemanas air minum, air mineral dalam botol gelas, kloset, brankas, kulkas mini. Kolamnya kecil, lebih cocok untuk kolam anak-anak. Ada gym, ruang bermain anak. Lokasinya sangat strategis, satu kompleks dengan ace hardware dan giant, dekat dengan pusat kuliner dewi sri. Dekat dengan pusat oleh-oleh Krisna. Ada fasilitas mobil yang mengantar ke kuta, discovery mall, atau beachwalk yang berangkat tiap 2 jam sekali dengan gratis. Juga bisa nyewa sepeda motor di hotel yang mendapat diskon jika menyewa lebih dari sehari. Yang istimewa yaitu hidangan buffet untuk sarapannya. Ada menu indonesia, eropa, vegetarian. Sangat memuaskan.

Nice and clean hotel. It's close to Kuta, but not that close. But, don't worry they provide free shuttle bus to the beach. This hotel is suitable for you that want to stay close to Kuta, but don't want to feel the crowd and night life of Kuta. It has easy access to almost everything including convenient store.

Our family of 4 kids 2 adults stayed here total of 8days, anything you requested they were very accomodating, staff are absolutely amazing, they were so fabulous with our kids, funny, always smiling very welcoming from the start to check out. Our room was serviced and restocked everyday. Comfy beds. Smorgasbord for breakfast. My daughter turned 16 during our stay, they went above and beyond to make her day special, private table for 10 people inside, special breakfast bacon and eggs, cereal, in addition to the smorgasbord available, staff all come out and sung happy birthday and presented her with a cake, this come at no extra cost to us! Staff speak good English and no trouble communicating, Good fair price for our stay and again the staff were 100% on point. Terima kasih!

Love this place. My second visit to this hotel and I am still pleased with the staff. They reply emails promptly, they arranged a smooth check-in. Hotel room and bath rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable good. A light mix of Bali, Indian, a hint of Japanese and a hint if western dishes.

Pindah kesini saat malam kedua di kuta karena hotel sebelumnya lil bit creepy. Booking untuk 3 malam. Datang ke hotel jam 12, tapi baru bisa check in jam 14. Karena saya ada teman dr bali yg datang sambil nunggu saya ngobrol dg teman saya di lobby. Pas tiba saatnya check in, eh kamarnya di upgrade jd diatas kamar yg saya pesan. Wah… Seneng dong tiga malam dpt kamar yg oke dg view pool. Dan pengalaman menginap disini menyenangkan. Dekat mana2, makanan banyak. Pantai jg ga terlalu jauh. Mungkin bakal menginap disini lagi jika ke kuta.

The hotel room I booked was okay value for the money (135 Euros for 5 nights). I even got an upgrade from standard to superior. The breakfast is not extraordinary, but I enjoyed the pancakes as well as the Indonesian food and fried vegetables. Coffee was not good though. As the hotel is a bit outside of the center of Kuta, a shuttle bus will take you to different stations in the town (discovery mall, Kuta beach, Legian beach). It operates every two hours starting from 10 am. Since the traffic is so dense, the drive is about 30 min. They will not do pick up from the beach, you have to get a taxi to get back (30-50k). I realized that walking from and to the beach is actually faster, but in the hot sun around noon maybe a little exhausting. All in all a good hotel if you are not looking for something fancy and want to stay in a medium priced room.

Mediocre hotel, the rooms are very dingy, on the tiles in the room is a regular lubrication film; The staff at the hotel is extremely young (students/interns? ) and unfortunately also very incompetent, no matter with what concern one came to the reception, eg Wi-Fi, defective keycard or booking for the shuttle service, it was discussed at least 5-10 minutes in the big circle. The quality of the breakfast was very good, but the restaurant for the number of guests was far too small. Hotel guests are mainly Indoneser and Indians.

A nice comfortable stay. However, what's strange is that the suit though has larger rooms than the deluxe rooms, it doesn't have an attached balcony like the deluxe rooms. The food is quite decent with vegetarian options available. And they also have an Indian food corner during breakfast which fails miserably as far as Indian food is concerned. The remaining options are nice and they serve very nice fresh vegetarian pizza (which is missing from the menus of Pizza Hut and Domino's in Bali).

Love this hotel and all the beautiful staff who will always go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and all the amenities are very good. The pool, lotus pond cafe and spa are all very good too. Fantastic value for money. Have stayed here 4 times and just booked to go back for the 5th time.

I was enjoying my stay here. The room is spacious, clean, and look well maintained. I love their buffet breakfast. The most guests here are foreigners. The staff was nice. This hotel is located near by supermarket and some restaurants, so it is convenient.

The hotel is nice, located the truth a little away from the ocean but the shuttle runs constantly. The staff is friendly and friendly. Clean. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good. Not always accept or have problems with payment ( (it is very uncomfortable considering that exchangers are not near!

Definitely not worth it! Hotel is old and off, as it is a modification of initial purpose. Standard Rooms are those windowless cheap hotel style. Rate is far above it's worth. Hotel's gallery pictures are REALLY nicely taken. Not recommended.

The hotel is great all good but there is one huge but! But the staff working in the hotel are thieves! The Real thieves! I didn't think you could be robbed in the room. I want to say one where would you not settle down poor Balinese so waiting for a moment that would you steal.

Really enjoyed my stay there, hotel staff is very supportive and understandable. Morning breakfast buffet was very good and tasty. Pool is very clean and room services are good. You can find bathtub in standard rooms.

1. Location is good… best part is close (3mins walking dstn) to the biggest food court where all dishes are available with reasonable price. 2. Reasonable hotel with delicious breakfast. 3. Comfy bed but AC was not working during my stay. 4. Staffs are very helpful.

Good hotel. Clean room and clean bathroom. Nice swimming pool. Hot water. Breakfast options are good. Cons: windowless room. Smoking allowed around pool. So kids couldn't swim. Crowded. Won't let you in until 2pm. So after a long flight. Waited in Libby.

Absolutely loved the place. The staff is humble and helpful. Rooms are clean and service is available at any time of the day. The morning breakfast buffet is one to die for, with countless options to eat from. Decent rooms and great ambience throughout the place.

Good atmosphere. Very calm and polite staff. Everyone is smiling. Good, neat, clean rooms; room service, housekeeping are simply superb. Pool is also very good in condition. Only one point they need to improve that vegetarian food or Indian food. Because its very difficult to find veg food in bali. 5 Star for staff FTC 4 star for rooms and pool 3 star for food 4.5 star for all over.

Awesome place to stay this was our second time and they went above and beyond, I have Celiac Disease so need to have gluten free diet, the Executive Chef made a special menu which consisted of 3 courses each meal and if I wasn't going to be in for lunch or dinner I would just let the staff know in the Lotus Pond Cafe and they would pass on the message. All staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are very clean this time we stayed in a Superior Room and Last year we stayed in a Triple Superior Room which was just off the Lounge and Pool area.

Staff very friendly, the spaces common as the pool is the restaurant were immersed in the green. Very clean and spacious with linen always new. Every day we could find 2 bottles of water, coffee and tea in the room.
Excellent breakfast seems a real banquet for all tastes… from sweets to pasta,
To eggs in all ways, vegetarian corner, fruit, salad, potatoes, sausages, soups etc.
Free shuttle bus to get to the nearest places…
I would recommend it to everyone…

It's a nice hotel with all the amenities available. Staff is near to good rating but annoying at times as well. Hotel security guards are welcoming but rude at times. Nice ambience. Water bottles are provided when you request several times. Hospitality can be much better if staff work on their attitude to be polite and respectful. Massage & Spa center was very good and holds value for money. Poolside bar is nice. Near to Kuta beach at walkable distance.

The worst mistake this hotel makes is claiming to be 4*. It is not. BUT, although probably a 3*, it was clean, quirky and we found the food fantastic. Who wants to travel overseas and eat the same as you would do at home? Certainly not us! There was plenty of variety even at breakfast and plenty of Indo and western dishes to choose from at lunch and dinner. The staff were also amazing, so friendly and always trying to interact with our 2 year old. I have stayed in plenty (and I mean plenty) of 5* chain hotels and this sure wasn't the same standard but the price point should tell you it never would be. Pool area is agreeably not the best due to lack of room, but again was clean and we never had a problem getting beds. If we wanted something inexpensive in Kuta, would definitely stay again.

Staff was very accommodating and kind. It was a nice place for a good price. I would return. The pool was a little disappointing because it was surrounded by tall buildings that often blocked the sunlight. However, I still laid out there a couple times. Over all — I would recommend that this hotel.

Very clean, accommodating staff, near airport. They also offer bicycles and motorcycles for rent. Delicious local, western and american cuisines. Free breakfast and with swimming pool. I had a great stay here.

I was pick up my customer stayed in this hotel to do a day tour to ubud and the receptionist honestly welcoming to every one with a masive smile, as the driver in seminyak of course highly I recommend this hotel if you looking for nice place just 10minutes walk from city of Kuta.
