Super staff that were very attentive! I had hoped to spend some time soaking in a hot tub but the resort didn't have one. If it were not for that I definitely would have given them five stars.

The staff was wonderful, very attentive and personable. The food was very good as was the entertainment. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it didn't have a jetted hot tub.

Currently staying in the resort and we have been very pleased so far. The only reason it’s a 4 not a 5 is due to having to wait nearly 40 minutes on arrival for our rooms, however it was very busy and the staff did reassure us well enough to not be too stressed. The pool bar has been fantastic, kids club and everyone very well looked after here. The rooms are what you’d expect and comfortable we’ve had no issue so far. Decor isn’t modern or new, but it beats most motel or hotels in Australia when it comes to value for money! I would actually give it a 4.5 star if I could.

Have just begun our stay but so far has impressed. Very much catered towards families with young children. Could use a paint job in a few places and plenty of other cheaper options around for food and drink but the rooms are nice and service is friendly.

Had an excellent time at this resort. I travelled with my wife and 2 children who are 22 months and 7 months. We flew in from Singapore and the driver was waiting for us out front of the airport. The resort is 10min away which was good. As soon as we arrived at the resort we were met with incredible hospitality. The staff here was absolutely amazing and the resort itself is extremely kid friendly. The pool is where we spent most of our days. There is a large water slide in the adult pool and there is a kids pool area that has 2 water slides too. My son LOVED the slides… all of them haha (mind you, he's 22 months). The food here was amazing. We ate breakfast everyday at H2O and there is something for everyone. Happy hour service poolside was amazing as well. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say… my family had an amazing time and when they are happy I am happy. We will definitely return to Bali Dynasty Resort again when we visit Bali. Great staff, great food, great pools, great rooms (we were in the family suite… very spacious), great service.

Property is really good… Reducing two stars… One for Hotel's Policy towards taking deposits (even one has already prepaid rent for the room) for any expenses you do inside the room, at pool or at bar. Either you deposit money at the counter before spending or settle at the time of ordering. Don't they trust their guests? What one would do when in pool and want to order some drink from pool bar? Come out of the pool, Go to the room, get cash and order drinks. While all rooms are not near the pool so just to get cash you have to walk more. One more star less for their beach club and access to beach. It's very sad. The adjoining beach resort has full set up, good DJ playing music, bar set up and everything. Here you have only few chairs. About rooms, when entered it was stinking but settle down after few minutes. Rest all good for family fun.

Visit Bali Dynasty Resort every year all the staff are friendly and wonderful and they go out of there way to help you out. Service is excellent and the restaurants are all excellent as well. I wouldn't hesitant to recommended Bali Dynasty Resort to anyone l have always had a great stay.

Good hotel, but rooms are a bit old fashioned. Good variety of food for breakfast though would expect more for the stars it has. Location is great, close to airport and rows of restaurants and souvenir shops.

Bali Dynasty is a beautiful resort. It's for kids and family resort. Ground floor hotel/ bar is awesome with live music. Breakfast you have 2 options, one restaurant for continental breakfast and other one for normal breakfast. We can choose one at our wish. Pool is awesome, it has temperature controlled. Pool bar is great. Fire games are good. Children will have fun. Barbeque dinner is awesome. Fish & ducks in a small pond is good entertainment for kids. But they charge for feeding it. Surprisingly to feed their fish & ducks. We need to pay, that's annoying. Rooms are good. For kids bunker beds are cool. Water gun in the bath room near commode is missing. Bath rooms are small, especially shower are is very small. Difficult for stout persons to get in and get out. Interesting thing is ice maker is available at the ground floor is something new on me. It's good. Over all is a good resort.

Big swimming pool. Even the have slider at the pool. Children will love it. Have family room. Each of your children (until 3 persons) can have their own bed. And their own tv, because in 1 room, they provide 2 TV. Nice!

This is THE BEST place to stay! Great service, friendly and respectful staff. Our family room is cean and comfy and accomodates well for kids and their parents! Food here is great and also caters for the fussy. Their location is safe and central to everything… we will be back! ✈

Bali Dynasty Resort is a perfectly laid out for family focused holidays. The decor is a little tired. The staff are very friendly and never miss a chance to serve the guests or to improve your stay. Included breakfasts are great and cater for everyone including those with special needs. There is an adults only pool area with its own bar. Generally tranquil and quiet. Always cool with grassy areas and plenty of shade. The kids pool and waterslides are well setup. The main pool is large and includes an in pool bar. The main area is 2 metres deep, so most people relax around the edges, either with children or as couples etc? A couple of island like table and chairs in the middle, would greatly improve pool usefulness. There is very limited shade in the pool and I think this limits the amount of time people spend in the pool. Overall a great time was had by all.

The rooms are modern and maintained. AC works extremely well, and the staff are accommodating. They were able to add a rollaway for no extra cost. I took off a start because the room service did not have many of the dishes on the menu available, and because the hotel does not open directly to the beach.

A good place to visit with the family. It needs a bit of work to bring it up to a higher standard. The beach is a minutes walk away but full of rubbish. They have a lot of good activities for the kids and the staff really do their best to keep everyone entertained.

Such an amazing resort! The photos do not do it justice. Had the most amazing 7 day holiday (which turned into 15 days due to the volcano recently). Ever staff member was fantastic. Went with a friend and also my 5 yr old son. Kids club was GREAT! So helpful and my son begged to go everyday! Even if I went kid free I would definitely come here! Such an amazing experience xxx booking my next holiday back here soon!

Thr Dynasty Hotel is, without doubt the best hotel in Bali. Located in a fantastic area with a beautiful beach and easy walking distance from 3 yes 3 fantastic shopping centres, waterbom park. The hotel itself (more like a second home) is great. The staff are so attentive and friendly its amazing. Rooms and amenities are first class and the 4 restaurants are WOW! Wish I was there right now. February is sooo far away! ♥️♥️♥️ Thanks Dynasty for being such a fantastic home away from home!

Nice structure but the beach leaves…

Nice place to stay. They held various hotels events. But the floor was a little bit sticky and greasy at my bedroom and the resto. Ow. They have a hospitality lounge, just in case coming too early or going out late.

Perfect Bali resort for the family. Rooms are spacious. Kids pool is amazing. Very well located, with short walk to Discovery Shopping Mall and it's shops and restaurants.

Its absolutely the best resort I been to. Attention to detail and professionalism is amazing. The kids pool and activities are great. Rooms are tidy, staff are helpful and smiling always. Breakfast could be better, not many choices for vegetarians, but is ok. Different restaurants are available in close proximity and within resort so not a big problem. Overall enjyed our stay.

I love staying at the Bali Dynasty with my family. The rooms are clean and spacious, there are plenty of daily activities, the daily breakfast buffet is yum, and the hotel is right in the heart of the action in Kuta.

Amazing friendly staff the Receptionist Dwi was so helpful, Joe the deli lady and the bar staff at the pool were brilliant too could not fault this hotel. If I could rate it 10 stars I would easy! And not forgotting the waiters serving us round the pool would recommend staying here excellent entertainment, facilities, food and service xx

Great resort for kids! Kids club is great and so are the pools. Good family rooms too.

Great hotel for kids. Fantastic all day kids club with really good activities. The room is nice but smells a little damp, it's a family room with a big main bed and a bunk bed. Each section of the room has its own TV with lots of channels. The pool areas are nice but a little simple and super deep which means everybody just congregates around the sides. The restaurants are reasonably nice but all food and drinks are quite pricey. The staff are fantastic and really friendly, the kids are fine chatting to them and making any food or drink orders. All in all a really good hotel but just a smidge short of at star rating.

Room is good — all facilities I'd expect, clean and modern. Pool is excellent. Lots of entertainment. Staff are helpful and friendly. Only been to H2O restaurant for breakfast and had pool snacks so far but they've been good (good dange of food and a fair price).

A very nice holiday centre, great service level, pleasant swimming pool, varied animations, beach access, tourist advice services. In short both a nice place to rest and a good base to visit the South and center of Bali.

When looking for a hotel with warm Balinese hospitality, please look no further. Bali Dynasty Resort has excellent staff, who will make sure you have an amazing stay. The hotel is in walking distance of several small shops and restaurants, so if you want to get out of the hotel and explore Bali then you can. But if you rather stay in the hotel, you don’t have to worry. There are six restaurants and five bars. There is also a spa, fitness centre and trapeze school. In addition to this there are different children facilities, which makes the hotel available for families. The hotel is stunning and clean and will give you the ultimate holiday feeling! The Bali Dynasty Resort is fully recommended by Bali Plus Magazine.

My family and I come here every year in May for 2 weeks. My daughter loves it as do we all! Clean, lifeguards for the kids pools, great atmosphere, nice bars, 6 restaurants, gym, entertainment during the day and live bands at night — Can't wait to be back their in 6 weeks!

Nice hotel, near city and malls, discovery, beachwalk, lippomall. Near citycentre, alot of food station. And the breakfast is very delicious, many kind of food, pastry, egg, sausages and bacon, and many others.

Went to Bali last year and stayed here. Nice and central. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Had a good time. Would stay again.

Outstanding hotel, particularly for families. Simply couldn't fault it. Activities all day for the kids and the kids club is great if you just want a few hours with your partner lazing by the pool. The staff are so friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. The room was in excellent condition and when we had a minor issue with the basin they fixed it within 5 minutes. I highly recommend the Dynasty for your next family holiday.

Lovely Room. Great location for the airport. Right on the beach. Lazy pool lovely but the sun doesn't quite hit it. Irish bar not very irish almost empty.

If you have kids — this place seems to hit the mark. If you are happy to be surrounded by wall to wall Aussies, yep this place hits the mark too. 3 nights was enough for me but having said that it ticks all the boxes for family entertainment for kids around 3 — 13. Very central in Kuta chaos. Maybe it was the culture shock from moving from Ubud (haven) to the madness of Kuta. They certainly have it all set up for families — games for kids and happy hour for parents etc.

Fantastic friendly and professional staff you don't have to leave the resort to have a great holiday could not be happier. Stayed here 3 times and never had a problem. Plenty of bar's, restaurants and activities for the kids the pools are really big so no worries having a swim food is to a high standard and massage's by the pool what more could you want. Thanks for the great service guy's well done.

The pool is amazing, althought the rooms are a bit squishy. The food is of a high standard and the gardens are magnificent.
