Hospitality and in-house food was great among many high end hotels there but lag in response time.

Nice Hotel with Excellent quality of service. Breakfast is great. Will back again soon. All staff is very friendly and helpful.

Imagine the air-conditioning not working for 2 full nights. And the technician coming to make repairs at 1am. Don't get me started on the room cleanliness where roaches babies were having a gala feast when I first checked in. The magical solution was spraying the whole room with repellent, imagine how to sleep? My advise is don't be a cheapskate and spend your money at other hotels, options are aplenty around the vicinity.

Hotel is just 15 minutes drive from the airport, staff are pleasant, rooms are reasonably equipped, menu is very short with less options available (this becomes an inconvenience if you don't have a taste for he food served. Some of the joints close-by does come handy for this. Additional glass ordered were dangerously bad.

Cheap budget hotel, friendly staff, clean & spacious room, complete amenities. Very close to the airport. A bit far from the beach but the hotel provides shuttle car to Discovery Mall (by the sea) 3 times daily.

This is a budget hotel. Right in the heart of Kuta, if you like street food, there are several avenues in which you can eat outside. There are easy approaches to supermarkets, hotels, restaurants (beach is a bit far). Rooms have little or no view, but if you are going to be on the beach all day, you might as well hold fort here. A typical 3-star hotel with not many amenities. (There is a shuttle, free, to Discovery mall for drop and pick up).

Because of the volcano we got stuck in Bali. Quest Hotel was booked by our travel agent. It's around 2 kms from the Airport. It's a nice 3 star hotel. Good Service and helpful staff. Food is Ok.

Location of hotel is too good near market. Rooms quite small but ok for two people. Service is too good.

The hotel is 6 storey, the rooms are cozy but not very clean, cleaning rooms for 3 *, there is Wi-Fi in the rooms and at the reception, the staff is friendly and polite, near the airport with a balcony at night can be seen as the planes take off, audible but does not strain), from the beach helpful, in the heat to walk not Very comfortable, overall 3 * real.

Staff very friendly and small care. The pool is nice. By cons Hotel a little old-fashioned and average cleanliness.

Near airport and very nice in junior suites room, breakfast is good but the sound of the aircraft was very dubious.

The room are clean, the facility are good, and the food is superb, also we had DJ playing music at night. But There's this disturbing blurry window between room and bathroom.

Great value, even when paying for an overnight stay but just using it as a day room. However if staying overnight be aware that you will be woken up at 5:00am with the local "call to prayer" loudspeakers in the area.

THis was my third time with Quest and the most disappointed one. After taking my bath at night, my husband found a bed bug and some tiny creatures on the bed and pillow. I called the reception and he asked the house keeping person to change all the linen for me. I was regretted for not asking to change the room in stead. My husband woke up at midnight and he found more bed bugs on the pillow. In the morning, we both found bed bugs bites on our body. I was more serious as I had many rashes on many parts of my body. I was so regretted to choose Quest. I like this hotel and that's why I been here for three times. But, it really disappoint me. Please take immediate action on the matter. Room 306.

Inexcusable. The room didn't even have soap or shampoo. Way to ruined my new years. Came to the hotel twenty minutes before the clock struck midnight and I expected to take a bath before then. Turned out the place didn't even have soap or shampoo. This hotel had one job and it couldn't do it right, don't even come here as a last-ditch effort.

Have been stay here for a night waiting our daughter transit from South Korea. Strategic hotel lication near airport. It's only about 5 minutes from airport. Room quit big but look old with their sofa and decoration. Indonesian breakfast provided is not tasty just simple one. But however with budget price is quit nice hotel for transit or night very close to Ngurah Rai Airport.

Location is nearby to the airport, Discovery Mall and Kuta beach within 2 km. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The place was noisy. Can hear slamming of the doors and talking out loud at the hallway. Not satisfied with the service. I booked for 2 nights. I don't have breakfast on my first morning but on my 2nd day have breakfast included. I asked them if it's possible that I can take breakfast on my first booking and on my second day im not going to since I was leaving early to the airport no chance for me to eat but they refused, which is not fair. I will rate them 5 star if at least they have sense or consideration. Internet sucks too.

Great service and very friendly staff.

A nice, basic room for basic travelers. Nothing too fancy, but they have everything. The location is a little out from town, but there are shuttle buses often, and take you to the airport anytime you request. Good experience overall.

Staff n cleanliness is fine, however need improvements. Wifi too slow and not able to connect.

I always go here when I need to be close to the airport.

I like the location: nearby to Kuta beach. Room is big, staffs are friendly, simple concept and just match to our expectation. Good for family and close to anywhere. Value for money and see you again when I come to stay in future.
