Loved the Surf Lodge. Well located with a 10 minute walk to restaurants and the beach. We stayed in a double room which was spacious, spotlessly clean quiet and well maintained and the aircon worked really well. The bathroom was well appointed and pleasant and very well priced. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The complex although small has a great use of space allowing interaction with other guests but enough space to chill on your own if that is what you like. There are 3 double rooms and 2 bunkrooms containing sleeping space for 4 people. Overall loved our stay and will be back.
Overall a nice stay, nice and clean room and bathroom, 10 minutes walk from the beach. Though the room was not well isolated, so we could hear people doing party in the common room after 11 pm, not comfortable since we wanted go surfing early in the morning. A bit disappointed that nobody was checking on that. We also booked a transport to gili islands with the hotel. Nobody told us it wasn't a private taxi, but a shared taxi who went around for 2 and half hours picking up other 8 (! ) people before finally heading to the port arriving few minutes before departure instead or 2.5 hours margin.
