No service not very kindly they do nothing for their guests.

The 3-4*hotel is healthy clean & air conditioner is Verrel cool. I love it.

First night and we find that the hotel is really lovely, two bedroom apartment and rooms are huge.

Quiet Location, 5-10mins walk from Batu Bolong Beach. Spacious room with big comfortable bed, spacious shower room, powerful air-con, strong Wi-Fi, AMAZING service staff. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel! Can barely fault it. Rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. The pool is awesome with lots of lounges and shade. The staff are incredible and go above and beyond — especially Diar and Icha. Thank you lovely ladies. Fantastic location — close to the beach, restaurants/warungs and massage places. Only negative is that it is next to a vacant lot where roosters and dogs seem to like to hang out and make a little bit of noise in the morning, but honestly don’t let it put you off. Will definitely be returning.

Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff who genuinely go out of their way to accomodate requests. Lovely, clean, fun environment close to town and beautiful beaches.

My husband and I stayed at the Eastin Ashta in July and were thoroughly enjoyed the lovely hospitality accorded us. In particular, both management and staff went out of their way to assist us when we had an unfortunate medical emergency during our stay in Bali. Thank you, Mr Anders and crew, for taking exceptional care of us.

We spent our last 3 nights before our flight home to Germany here.
The hotel is great! From start to finish everything, but also everything was right here! Our room was on the 6th floor, we had a fantastic view. Unfortunately on the construction sites that can be found around the hotel. Many new large hotels are being built here. This is a pity and also brings with it building noise. The rooms are very clean, every day you get new care products (toothbrush and pasta, razors and cotton swabs and cotton pads). The towels and bed linen are clean and very pleasant.
Within walking distance you can reach many shops and restaurants, as well as supermarkets and the market (Love Anchor)!
The food in the restaurant is very expensive and a high tax is levied. The Hazelnut Latte Ice tastes very good

Really loved the stay. Friendly staff, great pool and restaurant, close to the beach and short walk to lots more food/bars/shops. Will definitely stay again in the future.

A brand new exciting resort in the luxe hipster area of Canggu, Bali. Glad to be here for the soft opening with a great deal offer of 50% off standard rates. The place is charming, chic and comfy. Impressed that on its inaugural days they could deliver such high standards of cleanliness, sincere service friendliness and great tasting food. Ambiance has also been on point. Already thinking when I could return with my children. *The room doors still creak a bit and bang rather loudly, but understandable for 1 day old operation, hope they would have been well oiled on our return visit.

Great location! 5mins away from Echo Beach. Beautiful new hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Big room, extra comfortable bed, best shower in the world. Good (and free) Wi-Fi connection everywhere, even outside! Breakfast buffet is amazing. SALT (restaurant) has good local and international varieties. A lot of yummy healthy food! Vegetarian and gluten free menu available too Nice gym and big swimming ‍♀️ pool. Very kid-friendly : connecting bedrooms, cribs, playroom, kids pool, baby sitting service.
