I would never visit this place again, I had a very bad experience in this place. Toilets were stinking when we entered the toilets (may be the room was not opened for long time) the bathrooms were not cleaned properly. It is not a four star property at all. There were mosquitoes inside and we had to call 4 times to get one single good night machines. Two calls for getting a water bucket for our small child. Really disappointed, will never visit this place again.

Its a good hotel for relexing your self, so nice and neet, no crowded place near by, silent and plesent feel. Its quite far from temple but they have free pick up and drop service.

Very nic hotel. Nic food n beautiful place to stay. Only one thing I would suggest. Plz improve ur room service abt cleaning room. Its not ideal n upto the mark.

Stayed their for a day, booked through MMT. The sole reason was to go with KEYS brand. The room was good and overall look and hygiene was maintained. The good part was the 24 Hour pickup and drop service for temple. The disappointment was with food and it’s quality. I took the breakfast & dinner as package. To my surprise, there was no dinner buffet, but fixed menu like thali. It wasn’t at all good for keys standards. The next day morning breakfast spread was again disappointing. Very limited spread and tasteless food. So go for it only if you need good stay, don’t opt for food.

Good hotel. Staffs are very helpful. Mattress thickness not adequate. Water force was very low.

Hotel is super clean and well maintained. We had a comfortable stay. But buffet spread could improve as options were limited for the price they charge.

Sufficient room space but bathroom could have been maintained a bit more (water doesn't drain soon which stinks later on). Centralized ac and 24*7 running hot water both in shower and wash Basin. I had taken a meal plan with room. So breakfast was complimentary and lunch or dinner was my option. Food was tasty but less spicy. Outdoor is really pleasant with big garden area with children play area and swimming pool too. Shuttle facility to and fro from hotel for any number of times. Overall it was pleasant stay and the ratings can improve by correcting minor things.

Hotel location is great approximate one Km distance from temple, spacious and clean rooms. And excellent bathrooms with continuous hot water and quality toiletries. Check in — /check out is very smoothly. Buffet breakfast they serve is quite elloberated. It has a good travel desk which also offer good service for site seeing near by. Free pick up/drop to temple round the clock 24 hours is also very good. staff member of hotel are very friendly & professional, Overall a great value for money.

One of the prime hotel near SHIRDI, Costs bit on the higher side but value for money. Hotel service is the best thing u can get from complimentary pickup and drop (multiple times) from hotel to the temple and return during the stay. Breakfast (complimentary), lunch and dinner (veg only) are also available. Buffet system got variety of food cost nearly ₹400 per head, Non veg is not allowed as it is near the temple. Swimming Pool for children and adults are available inside the premises. Huge lawn with play area for kids (swing, seasaw, slides etc) Rooms got centralized a/c and well furnished rooms along with huge comfort zone. Max 3 can be accommodated in one room (2 adult 1 child)

A small hotel in a narrow by-lane of Shirdi. As you enter the hotel, it doesnt look very impressive. However, the staff is young friendly and courteous. The room are big and tastefully done, though minimalistic. The food tastes good too.

Awesome place… with great hospitality… good room rates… all in all a place must visit if you are in shirdi… The only thing I did not like was had asked tea mug which wasn't delivered to our room.

A very nice, clean and well located hotel… Did not expect such a stay in Shirdi… Complete with pool, a little Mandir, small lawn and a restaurant serving delicious food… The best part is that they have 24-hour complimentary pick up n drop to the temple…

Nice hotel… They have good staff to serve, but bit delay in the service. Due to the high volume of guest in the hotel. Swimming is ok, not big one. Kids play area is good for kids.

Rooms, service, food everything of this place is good. It's a couple of kms away from temple so that's a thing you may want to note. They provide free pick up and drop from and to hotel so that kind of compensates. It's a place I would always prefer with family.

Very good 4star hotel. You can stay comfortably and kids definitely enjoy the place. Their free breakfast is heaven, lot of varieties and mouthful options. My kid always asking me when will we go again to keys. Definitely, I will stay in this hotel whenever I go shirdi.

A very convenient and pleasant place to stay in shirdi. The rooms are good and so are the bathrooms. Food is as expected vegetarian yet tasty. Rates are also reasonable. They have swimming pool too. So altogether a satisfying experience.

Quite a Good hotel and they provide decent service. They have a kids play area and swimming pool, also few indoor games. Complimentary breakfast buffet was nice with varieties of items. They provide free shuttle to temple which is a plus.

Good rooms with all essential amenities but poor room service. Located 1.5 km from Sai baba temple; offers pick and drop facility and also provides free transport for Sai Temple. It's a peaceful place to relax. No market and eating joints in its surroundings.

We were a party of 5 including parents and booked this place over phone directly with the manager Mr. Santosh. We were impressed with the way he handled our reservation over the phone. Checking in was very smooth, food was delicious with a lot of variety for breakfast and dinner buffet. They provided free shuttle back and forth to the temple multiple times during the day. Staff was very sincere, polite and dutiful. I must mention that we faced some issues about loud noise post midnight from adjacent room, the staff made their best efforts to subside it but we felt it was beyond their control. The staff was very apologetic in the morning and we could understand their situation. There were also some issues at the time of billing perhaps because that particular staff member was new. We were over-billed slightly due to her misunderstanding but we happily paid the amount. I did mention it to the manager later and he offered to return that amount which impressed me further. Very few times in my life have I received services of such excellent standard.

Decent hotel. Have only been in conference rooms here… Looked decent, not very upscale. Common bathrooms on ground floor were too dark, to looks elegant. Lobby area is kind of nice with a water fountain. Gives a feel of a budget hotel.

Hotel is good, about 2km from temple. Good food, but few options, service good, clean rooms, pickup n drop from temple. Only thing we doesn't like is that we have to ask for every small basic thing, like toothbrush, shower cap, soap, lotion ect. And they do not provide house slippers. So do not expect much on the name of facility.

Don't get misled by the pictures and flowery language on online websites. This is no different from any ordinary hotel, only with slightly better amenities. The hospitality is of a 2-star hotel as entire staff is local and untrained. Location is completely isolated with nothing nearby. Rooms are much smaller than you would imagine. Of course, given the condition of other Shirdi hotels, this might be relatively better. So go for it but don't raise expectations.

Nice cozy hotel with small beautiful pool (baby pool too). Courteous staff. Food is not so great. Breakfast was fine.

I was very upset when I saw hotel even from outside. Hot is too small as compared to pictures shown online. I felt cheated. Grass of outdoor lawn was in bad shape. Food quality was average. There are many other hotels in shirdi with same price range. Suggest to look for alternative.

Excellent Hotel with clutterfree neighbourhood. Good to go for morning walks. Lovely breakfast and kind people at the reception and restaurant. Good food nice spreads. Enjoyed overall stay it's a key to happiness in Shirdi. Good luck Keys.

I've a decent experience, stayed there for 3 days… Food was so type "OKAY" not that delicious, room's were spacious and clean… on floor there were 2 fire exit for safety… smoking detectors every where… no swimming pool and lawn is too small for party or family function! Its in budget and near a famous temple of shirdi!

The hotel is nice, consistently slow room service. But other than that good overall experience. Food was really good.

Good property and value for the money as I have stayed 2N in junior suite Room. Good hospitality staff and free shuttle service to temple. My kids enjoyed a lot near swimming pool and children's play area. Finally we had great and comfortable stay and highly recommend to stay further visit.

Great place to stay. Service is prompt & good. Only thing that needs improvement is the TASTE of food, especially the breakfast buffet.

One phrase — great service. Generally with small establishments with time, the staff do not remain great. Things start sliding. Both with quality and service. That thankfully is not the case here. Actually quite the opposite. Whatever shortcomings there might be with the place — it is quickly made by the people here who always have a smile — and a genuine one at that. I have see some posts which have berated the hotels pick-up-and-drop service. Specially the quality of the cab. I would say to that — it's too short a journey to complain about these things. And if you still are so finicky — please feel free to hail a A. C. Cab or drive there yourselves. In our case — there were 6 of us — my parents and my two kids along with my better half. We enjoyed our brief stay here every bit. The swimming pool was nice and clean, well maintained and the tiny play area for kids was also nice. The garden was nice place to relax and keep an eye on the kids in the evening. A bonfire would be a nice idea for the management — along with a open grill… just an idea. The rooms are modern and nicely appointed. We ordered room service in the middle of the night and were not disappointed either with the quality or the timing of the Service — which again came with a smile. I will be visiting this place again soon — definitely.

I visit monthly here for business tours. It's my first choice of preference. Wonderful property with Great Ambiance. Hygiene is top class with Great Hospitable staff. Variance in food option is commendable. They provide complementary pick n drop to Sai Baba temple and guide properly towards entrance. Only thing not available is fitness centre. Rest is good.

I stayed in Keys Prima Hotel Temple Tree and I will highly recommend this place with good hygiene standards, good hospitality by staff. Food was exceptionally good with large range of variety to choose from esp. For vegetarians its near by temple they provide free pick up and drop facility frm temple to hotel…

Keys hotel is one of my favourite brand of hotel to stay. This was my first stay at Keys Prima temple tree at Shirdi… the stay was good and comfortable. Rooms are clean and the hotel is in close proximity of the temple. The hotel also has a pick up and drop to the temple. prompt service of Hotel staff. The variety of food and its preparation. We enjoyed our stay.

The overall experience is worth revisiting. The ambience, people serving at reception, Resturant, & other supporting staff very much supportive. Only the common 1 st floor area needs attention, pool table & other entertainment equipments to be better managed. Garden area and swimming pool area may be improved with better cleanliness, grass care.

Best place to stay in Shirdi. Though it is 10-15 min (Walking) away from saibaba temple but hotel got shuttle which will pick/drop you at the gate of mandir.

It's really a very good hotel as we stayed and d food was just like home. Facilities provided 4 darshan pick up & drop was also too gud.
